Royal Beauty House

I was treated like a Queen and I felt awesome at the Royal Beauty House. The place is a no hassle, with a relaxed atmosphere - you feel rested while the ladies do nails highly professionally and fast. I am absolutely satisfied for my nails looked perfect. Colours palette is amazing. The quality is high. They work so fast and you do not notice the time, plus no-one disturbs you. I highly recommend the place! The owner personally asked me if I am satisfied with the services.

This salon is now called afrina salonI turned up for my appointmentIt used to be called royal beauty houseI called to confirm that my regular guy was available upon bookingWhen I arrived he was not here and was told he had left , there was a new person.I then sat in the chair to get my hair done and asked for olaplex and she said another 400 on top of what I was payingI then negotiated the price with a very rude and abrupt manager, I had come all.the way from mirdifShe then said to me ok, but you must pay first!I have lived in Dubai for a very long time and have NEVER experienced this type of rude behaviourI was so insulted got up and walked out.I am not one to complain but the level of rudeness was beyond poorI am so upset was looking forward to getting my hair done for Eid 😥Please spend your hard earned money on salons that will appreciate their customersThe salon was empty and if I was them, i would really have exceeded customer expectations not turned them away .

I redeemed s cobon voucher, hair colour and pedicure and manicure are very basic but what frustrated me most that they were allowing a husband of a client to go in and out and room around the saloon freely watching me doing all the services which is very embarrassing!! Staff are friendly though

I am a regular here and besides the fact I love the lady who does my nails.. since I started to use the cobone discount they had online I was treated so rudely I will be now looking for a new nail salon.
