I recently visited Royal Nordic for a hair scalp treatment and blow dry, and I couldnt be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.The scalp treatment was both relaxing and revitalizing, leaving my scalp refreshed and my hair feeling nourished. After the treatment, I opted for a blow dry, and the stylist worked their magic! My hair looked stunning—healthy, shiny, and absolutely glowy.I left the salon feeling pampered and rejuvenated, with my hair looking better than ever. I highly recommend this Salon to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I cant wait to come back for another treatment soon!

Very satisfying treatment. I had the Japanese head spa, it was very nice and relaxing. I left the saloon feeling so good and relaxed. I feel that my hair and scalp are healthier and I definitely will visit again. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Nur, the specialist is great and I recommend you to try it out with her.

No time management, waiting long time even after booking an appointment, I wait 20 minutes for my massage treatment.We 3 sisters booked hair treatment at the same time, and they confirmed that after coming to the salon, they said to wait 2/3 hours more, there is no credibility, careless, so who will be responsible for paid parking if the waiting time is very long

The head spa was okay, but it didn’t meet my expectations. I also thought it would last longer, but it’s actually one hour of spa and then thirty minutes for drying. To make things worse, they didn’t even dry my hair properly, leaving it damp.

Just had a really poor experience at this salon. Japanese Head Spa treatment - was told it was suitable for 8 months pregnant lady and ended up laying on my back for an hour in a boiling hot treatment room being covered in oil on my face, arms and décolletage. When I then asked not to do the blowdry which was part of the package because I was completely overheated which is not safe for a pregnant lady and also therefore not be charged for this part which I felt was fair but I then had to have an argument with the ladies there so have left with a very bad taste in my mouth and will not be returning. Please look elsewhere, this place does not understand customer service and isn’t anything special unfortunately. They obviously value trying to prove they’re right and making money from one treatment rather than listening to the customer and trying to salvage a relationship for future visits. More fool them. Plenty of others offering the same in Dubai.

Amazing salon! I had the head spa and the woman was really knowledgeable and experienced and made everything so relaxing! I then got a blow dry from the lovely hairdresser who did my hair so well. Definitely recommend. Great experience x

PLEASE READ!I expected a relaxing salon treatment but left very disappointed. I was first made to wait for 45 minutes after my appointment, where I had to keep following up with them on when we could begin. I opted for the hair caviar treatment- and every step of the process was subpar. The hair wash, the product application etc. WORST OF ALL- they increased the price by 100 AED at the end (hidden charges).I booked because of their discount but that ended up being fruitless. A waste of a Saturday evening.

It’s a lovely salonThe therapists are super professional and really know how to get the job done extremely well. What I loved is that they use very high quality products and their technique is very detail oriented and professional. No one here was in a rush to get the job done which ensured the best quality of serviceThe staff is very friendly and go an extra mile to make your day nicer

This is the worst I’ve experienced in dubai. better ask the price before you come in, or they will charge more after you finished. And the owner will said she has CID husband to threaten you!

I had a wonderful day at this salon, where I had my nails done and a Japanese head spa which was amazing. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The salon is clean, chic and in a great location.

Their Japanese Scalp Spa was an absolute brilliant! Nur was so gentle and thorough!!! And the japanese manicure… well i never knew my own nails could shine like that! Thank you so much :)

Two of us came to do a Japanese Head Spa and we loved the experience.We left the institute completely relaxed.The therapists were gentle and very diligent. The advantage is that the blow dry was included in the service.We recommend and we will come back!
