Unfriendly welcoming from the Hairdresser ‘Fatimah’…..bad experience, and poor washing hair technic and to top that I came back home with a burned spots on forehead. When I informed the hairdresser that i was burnt she didn’t even care to apologize. I chose Fatimah amongst the other hairdressers because I saw a 5 star review on her. But the unprofessionalism made me leave this bad review.I don’t think she was qualified enough to do a 3c type of hair, and the blowdry was unnecessarily set to very high heat volume. I wish hairdressers would just admit it instead of giving someone a bad experience.I’m a visiter from Germany, and this was the worst hairsalon experience so far in Dubai.

Marva is amazing! My lashes look stunning! She is fast, and her technique is just awesome. I certainly recommend her if you want to have some beautiful lashes 😍

Update!My big toe had been causing me paining since the pedicure. It was because they were using unhygienic tools which has caused a nasty infection on big toe!This is unacceptable!I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. They were so bad! Kept drilling in my nails for soo long until it was so painful. To add more pain, they really dont know how to trim the cuticles fully tugged and pulled. It was painful and it would burn as they spray the acetone onto the nails. I said its hurting and still no change they carried on. I asked her to shape my toes round but she did square.A horrible and painful experience, safe to say i will not be going back there. They were telling me to relax but how am i supposed to relax.

I had bad experience with this salon . If you use to do Russian mani pedi don’t go there . I asked if they do machine mani pedi they said yes in fact only mani was with machine. Also women from reception she didn’t even ask how was the experience even when I said that I’m not happy she didn’t apologise and she didn’t offer any discount . I asked by myself

Very bad experience especially johnny the guy doing my hair , he agreed with me on a price and when i go there he charged me extra 100 aed telling me there is additional fee!!! and why you don’t mention this while doing my hair . Not professional and not recommended at all . Thats why when i enter the salon it was only me because of their over prices and stuff . If i can aslo remove this star i would do . aslo i forgot to mention when i ask him to fix my bang he tell me to do it by myself at home because he have another client !!!!! Please don’t waste your time and money in this salon
