I’m new in the area and feel so lucky to have such a great nail salon in my area. I tried Ruby salon for the first time and had many bad experiences earlier so I definitely waited to see how long my nails will last- my nail mechanist was Kami I highly recommend her-she is very talented and good at what she is doing. The gellish French manicure she made was just so stunning- they really care about the shape of the nail-it has proper C shape not flat and good quality. Lasts for long and stays intact as well. This salon is my favourite salon when it comes to eyelash extensions. I have been to many different salons for lash extension but I always come back to Ruby. Shes an amazing lash artist. I highly recommend to visit this place. You wont be disappointed.

Ruby Salon was recommended by a friend for eyelash extensions and I wont go anywhere else now. Mia does my lashes and I am always so happy with the results. The extensions last for weeks and survive through all my sweaty workouts. I usually have a gel polish/pedicure done at the same time and love the convenience. All the girls have been amazing. I specifically requested Ruby but then I opened my eyes I had a different lady so they must have swapped in between treatments. When I confronted the owner she was dishonest and told me she had an emergency but was standing at the till.Dishonesty is a no go for me in any business.

These people are not honest they tried to fool me. I was sending to a technical called ruby for eyelash service and we agreed on a certain time and i was clear that i want her specifically to do the job. I went on time and another lady came to me saying she is ruby but i was suspicious so i asked her to show me the picture i sent her on whats app so she texted ruby to send her the pic and show it to me. I told her i think you are not ruby she said no i am ruby no.2 and then i started to get angry from lies then she finally admitted she is not ruby and that ruby is off today.. i just don’t know why people are not honest and they think fooling people is ok. I will never go this place again.
