SAB Beauty Concierge Home service Salon for Eyelash and Nails

I love my lashes, the lady who did my service was really nice. I had fun conversations with her and she did a great job. I’m so happy, definitely would come back to her for my lashes!🥰

I had not so good experience with SAB Beauty Concierge and feel compelled to give 0 star about their services. I availed of their home services for a hair keratin treatment, body waxing, nails, and eyelash extensions, and it was a disappointing experience.Hair TreatmentInitially, they suggested I go for a protein treatment instead of keratin. I agreed, but it had absolutely no results on my hair. When I raised the issue, they offered to redo it as a keratin treatment. Even after the second attempt, there was no improvement. As someone who has been getting keratin treatments for years, I can confidently say their products didnt work. Worse, I started experiencing severe hair fall, which I’ve never encountered before.WaxingThe waxing service was bad. The technician caused burn marks, especially on my underarms, which are still blackened and painful even after a month. The pain and the marks have been a terrible ordeal to endure.Customer ServiceDespite the promises to refund my money, I’ve received no refund even after multiple follow-ups. They have now stopped responding to my calls and messages altogether.Other ServicesTheir nail service was subpar and not worth mentioning. The only service that seemed decent was the eyelash extensions, but as it was my first time getting them, I’m not sure if it meets industry standards.

I had my first experience with SAB Beauty Concierge for hard gel nails, and I couldnt be more impressed! The service was incredibly professional, with high standards and attention to detail. The team made me feel comfortable, especially Mee, and took their time to ensure the result was perfect. I love how my nails turned out, and I’ll be coming back. Highly recommend!

The ladies Mae and Mariam were super smiley. Came in last minute with a great attitude. They were mindful of my home ; polite .. cleaned after themselves .. the service they provided was perfect and they were willingTo go above and beyond. And Mae was super funny too. Thank you

The eyelash technician kept pressing into my eyes and skin very hard, it was shocking actually. I have never had such a rough and horrible eyelash experience; when I was done I couldn’t even open my eyes because the top inner eyelashes had stuck to the bottom. I also had lashes pointing in different directions. I had to cut and fix them myself.I was so upset and sent them pictures. The manager offered to fix them by sending the same girl to my house the next day, and it was just the same awful experience all over again. This time I even had a different technician come to fix my nails French tips, and it was joke it was so bad. She didn’t even follow a line I literally had to take the color and fix my nail tips myself. I told the manager lady her girls needed to be retrained. I hate leaving bad reviews …because I know it affects their business, but the truth is other women should know they are not going to get a 5 star treatment with SAB beauty concierge. That’s why I’m leaving this review.

I have decided to go for keratin treatment along with my friend. My friend she finds them and decided to go with them as per their ratings. However, it is fake. She has her family coming to Dubai so she wants to do it first. I decided to go on my anniversary which was 2 weeks later.Mt friends had terrible experience. There was someting wrong with their products and it didnt turned out as expected. Later they recommended some other sessions which she did. She ended up payinh 1700 AED; however the keratin does not looks like Keratin and she started having hairfall.They are now not responding to her calls.

I just did my nail and eyeslash handed by Ms. Sarah ... she was so professional with the job .. i really recommend her for this service . Thank you so much SAB Beauty for the service . ❤️❤️❤️

May is a great nail technician, very knowledgeable. She is also a very lovely, polite and funny lady which makes the nail session an enjoyable one. My nails looked beautiful when she was done!

Absolutely horrible service. The lady was very friendly and came on time, can not complain about that but the work itself was not good at all. If you dont care for your nails then you can get it done, other than that i would not recommend it. I asked for a refund since i needed to get the nails done again but from a professional. They didnt do a refund.

Ladies were an absolute hoot my wife loved the services . 10/10
