I had a wonderful experience with SAbeauti last week - first time I have used the home salon services and I was so impressed. Archana was amazing, she came over to do my eye makeup, I loved it so much that I booked her again for a few days later. Karbrel was also really good, she did a perfect job braiding in extensions to my French plaits which I loved so much. They were super friendly and professional and look forward to booking them both again soon!

Siddiqua has been coming for a year now for my hair. She does an amazing job at colouring, wash and blow dry styling. She has also done my teenage daughters hair. She is polite well mannered and patient. Highy recommend.

Really really liked both the ladies who came over for this work today. Ruby and Alima. Lovely people and were perfect at their jobs. Ruby did my pedicure and facial bleach and Alima did my manicure. They took their time and were excellent at their jobs even though their driver was waiting downstairs, and I love my hands and feet. I drove for 40mins to come here!I had a booking already then I had to wait for 30 min and the receptionist didn’t even apologize for the delay.I left the saloon without using their services I could see how unclean disgusting it was .Such a place shouldn’t exist in DUBAI !

They tried to get me to pay extra for keratin just because of my hair type.They first said they Will only go after length and when i sent picture they upped the Price.I would not reccomend anyone to come to this salong as this is so unprofessional and discriminatory!!

I had lifesaving surgery, and I called them to send someone to fix my extensions. They sent their technicians! First, it took her a long time to do it. Two times she set and removed it because it was not appropriately balanced. I kept explaining to her and helping her until she did it, but she didn’t correctly stitch, so I had to call them the next day and request to send her again to fix it back since it was open. Although I was very sick and not feeling well, I treated her very nicely, and I told her no problem this happened. At that time, I didn’t do any reviews because I didn’t want to share my experience, and I thought maybe because it was her first time with me, she was nervous! But when I called again to book an appointment with her for the second time their customer service told me that she didn’t want to do it for me and refused to come and that was very disappointing and rude because I was very patient with her and not only I paid her tips plus she had juice and everything at my home. I would understand that if I was not pleasant to her, but since I was very friendly and polite with her, that was very disrespectful for them to allow their technician to talk this way, which is not fair. I would suggest the owner to reviews her staffs manner and the service they provide. I never understood that when it comes to delivering service, it will be dependent on your mood, which is a terrible impact on their business. I never disrespect or misbehave with anyone, but this was something that very surprised me after being very nice to them.

Absolutely marvellous experience! We called them to our hotel. They were very punctual and very professional. A huge thank you to khadija and Bushra who did an amazing job. Khadija was such a lovely, considerate and highly expert makeup artist. I cannot recommend her enough. She knew exactly the kind of look I wanted and did that. I received so many compliments that day! Bushra was excellent in making hair, she also replicated the exact look I wanted and even fixed the mistakes done by another hairstylist until it was perfect. Both these ladies are highly recommended.

I have visited many salons in Dubai and this is by far my favourite. The booking process is very easy. I did a Keratin treatment, which required me to be at the salon for 6 hours. I am very grateful that Rowena did my hair. She was so friendly, funny, professional and polite. I absolutely love what she did with my hair. Id give her 10 stars if I could. Id also like to thank the other staff members Lyt, Naima and the lady from Cameroon (sorry I forgot your name). Thank you all for a great experience.

Worst company ever! Unprofessional and the result of their work is extremely poor considering the prices they are charging.I booked several home treatments ranging from mani/pedi, facials etc for my family who flew over from the UK. The work was appalling. Firstly the two ladies were sat there arguing with each other while doing my 13 year old nieces nails, constantly bickering with one another, exchanging words. This was only made aware to me after the ladies had left and my niece had told me about it. Secondly the lady who did my sisters manicure cut her nails so short that the skin was exposed severely also causing her to bleed. Gel pedicure on my niece was not good, the polish was not neat and very messy.Also before I booked with this company I confirmed with the person who responds to WhatsApp messages if all prices are excluding VAT, she said no. Later when I had to pay she sends me a message with a totally different total and then switches her WhatsApp off. I have no issues paying the VAT but they had confirmed to me that their prices are all including vat so this is what I paid.Furthermore, after the ladies had left, I sent a message to the person who deals with the WhatsApp messages, that their service was poor and the ladies were arguing in my home with one another, the person’s response was ‘sorry about that mam’. I also told them how the manicure was not done properly causing my sisters finger to bleed and swell, the person did not reply back at all after reading the message. This company is very unprofessional and I would stay away from this company. Their prices are not worth the quality of the work they provide.I usually use feel pink home salon service whom I have always used regularly but decided to try a different company which I now regret and will stick to using feel pink.

Very bad services, did not like the staff at all, not worth visiting. Staff is always complaining and fighting back biting on each other. Earlier when African girls used to do the services they were really good. But today my experience with the Indian and Nepal staff was very worse. I could not relax at all in the saloon. Felt like I wasted my money. I did not like the way the facial, gelish pedi mani and hair color with Olplex was done. Not good at all. I do not recommend this saloon at all. Unless they change the staff

This was the second time I went I this salon for gelish manicure. The first time was a great experience. The second time, was horrible. The lady who did my manicure was incredibly slow. Before she started I informed her that I was in a rush and if it was possible to be a bit faster. She said okay but despite that it took her 2 hours to finish my manicure. Which is an insanely long time. My usual manicures take 45 minutes. Keep in mind, these 2 hours were without removal. So I had clean nails to start with. To add to that, all the colours I picked were either “Finished or gone for home services”. Being in a rush, I settled for any colour that I saw was the next best one. Then the nail technician applied the polish in such incredibly thin layers. Which i know are too thin as I have been doing gel for years. Due to the thin layers my finished manicure was see-through and very streaky. Not smooth at all, uneven and bumpy! After this experience and informing the receptionist, she very kindly offered me to come back tomorrow and redo my manicure. I appreciate that very much, however, I am scared to go back and waste another 2 hours on an unsatisfying manicure.

As the rugular client I am super angry and upset due to the receptionist unprofessional and no respectful attitude. I have booked and date and confirmed with my preferred staff for my service one week ago. Until half hour ago get to kown everything is changed.All the rest staff are super polite and I like Dana and lite . As they are very nice and professional. But for the receptionist I am super not satisfied, and I am living far away from salon , but I still come because of professional staff , now your receptionist push me far and I am not welcome at all .

Elahe did microI just had my eyebrows microbladed by Elahe and she was amazing and my eyebrows look amazing. What I really liked was the time she spent planning the shape of the brow. When you are getting something fairly permanent on your face you want to be really happy with it. I didnt feel rushed at alland she was open to my ideas. I would reccomend her to anyone.

Every single person in the staff is so polite and they welcome you with open arms. I went to this hair salon with my mom to get her a great haircut! Because obviously i found it to have the highest star rating in google maps!!I wasn’t expecting ratings to be fake so, when we arrived the place was dead, no costumers at all, i should have taken that as a warning but still, we asked about hair cut prices it was average price, we asked the lady who is the professional that will cut my mother’s hair, she told us one has gone to home service , and she will cut my mom’s hair instead!We had our doubts, i had a gut feeling that shes not good at it , but i told myself not to be judgmental on appearance! We asked her if she is a professional hair dresser and she swore that shes an expert!My mom requested that she did not want her hair cut off too short and wanted it to be layered, the moment the lady held the scissors and comb my stomach turned , i was extremely anxious and on my nerves because it was obvious to my she did not know what she was doing, she cut it off too short, did not know how to layer it, ended it crooked like obviously crooked!! I felt like I wanted to start a fight over them lying to our face about their expertise and professionalism ! But i just forced a smile, payed and left.This was the worst haircut experience in my life (even though it was not my own)! I would not recommend this place for a hair cut to any one!!!

I have booked a mani pedi at home, and 30 minutes after the scheduled time only i receive a call from the salon telling me that they are going be to be late after i sent an online complaint, since no one was answering the phone. This is extremely unprofessional and do not recommend this salon at all, as there are so many other options in Dubai of beauty centres that are willing to provide you with way better service and respect the time of their customers. Unfortunately due to this incident and their mistake they lost a customer and made the application i booked from loose a customer as well since It reflected to me the quality of shops they decide to work with on their app.

Looking for a quick home service anyone? Give these guys a wide berth.. Well, that is unless you want to pay AED 150 for Travel to your Accomodation Fee alone and another AED 150 for iron setting hair that was keratin straightened a week ago (which means, a 150 quid for simply running the iron through already straight hair just to make sure it is set - a process which took less than 5 minutes).Did the colossal mistake of confirming the home service from SAbeauti Salon on 06th Sep 2019 without researching reviews as we were short on time. Had booked for a quick mani-pedi and setting of my already straightened hair (no styling, simple quick ironing) The girls arrived on time with their home kit and set to work as soon as I was ready. The mani-pedi was very basic and mediocre - nothing to talk home about. During the service the girls were happy to inform that they took up the assignment as my place was very close to their accommodation and that they also had their salon staff living in my very building. They jovially added that the fare was AED 6 by taxi, but that they had to pay the minimum fare of AED 12.The shocker came shortly afterwards when they presented the bill - A total of AED 400 (AED 100 for mani pedi, AED 150 for the ironing and AED 150 for travel charges). RIP OFF would be a mild term for this atrocity. The girls were helpless as they had been given the bill from the salon to be presented to the client.They however, asked me to speak to the salon directly as they normally charge less than AED 50 for home service travel charges, I was told.Called up the salon and spoke to Christina who informed that those were the charges for a Friday Morning and that it was pre-agreed. (In all fairness it was, as the service was booked by a friend who was trying to help and just went ahead with the booking). But on pointing out the absurdity of the prices for the level of service, I was told that they would work out better prices for the next time. Seriously ????Would never ever touch these guys with a 10 m pole. Strongly recommend STAY AWAY.

Im from South Africa and we dont have at home beauty service, so this was a first for me. I booked through Helpbit and received a 50 dirham discount code, which was a nice surprise. I think the concept of having your beauty regime done by a therapist in the comfort of your own home is absolutely genius. I didnt even have to put my face on, with the added bonus that I saved transport fees and time by having the waxing done at home. Dhana was very professional , punctual and efficient. She kept up a decent conversation, whilst performing a great job, waxing and tweezing every last little hair. Im so impressed by how easy it was to book, as well as with Dhanas / SA Professionals service as a whole. Will definitely recommend your salon (ask for Dhana) and make use of your services in future. Thank you very much for your service excellence at a reasonable price, a rare thing indeed.

I have dyed my hair for the first time with them, and made hair botox treatment for my hair!It was the worst result ever! My hair is sticky every time I shower! My hair became extremely dry. The color that I asked for to dye my hair with was nothing like what I asked for even though I confirmed with them before if not the same picture I don’t want! And unfortunately my hair looks ugly and unprofessional.Anyways I have asked them to fix it, they asked mento pay 100 dirhams for their transportation, and then never showed up, everyday they were answering the lady is off and we will confirm with you the schedule later for a whole week! And at the end I traveled and they didn’t fix it!

I come at 8.45 pm..the ladies worker look sleepy..they no have any warm wellcome for customer..the shop empty and no have any customershop or their body full of bad smell. i dont know why ??I asked them about the promotion i receive in paper that any 10 for 100..they kick me and said that its late..i should book time next time. I asked them why late they close at 10 pm still more than 1 hrs ?? they said they have customer appoitment..i sure its a liar to kick customer .I dont know why they have very bad service as almost indian service.so disappoint and lost my time..I give them 1 star. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! The single worst hair experience of my life. I went in for Brazilian blowout and came out with orange hair. When I questioned them, they told me I must have lied about colouring my hair previously (I do not have coloured hair). This has cost me a fortune to repair.

Did makeup and hair service at home that was very bad and messy , i washed the makeup and kept the hair (put a shawl on to cover it ) as i did not have time to redo.i told The lady not to worry and anyway ill pay for it all but she kept on blaming me and kept on trying to take a picture which i don’t consent

It was the worst experience I have ever experienced, terrible time management, bad quality of service, also unprofessional and poor management, extremely rude and above of that they deleted my comments on Instagram also blocked me and instead of knowing why I had a such a bad experience, that shows a sign of unprofessionalism .
