Worst experience and bad service evertotally disappointed in madina mall branchfew hour ago i did nail extensions see the finishing of nail so disgusting not in balance not in shape, not straight not same size in both hand, even glue also not sticking 3/4 time nali fall after she fixed its takes 3hr and the result are like this so much expensive after offer also 157dirham i paid for this and zero satisfactionfor hair straight also forcing me to do protein and they charged me 700 dirham only for hair protein and after 10 days my hair like crumble looks dirty super oily within 12/15hr of washand more dandruff came i complained to them they take it very easily they said u have already dandruff and after doing protein it will be like this….:ohh seriously???700dhs is not small amount for meeven though if my hair is good im ok but noim crying for my hair and regrettingits just like scammingi thought if expensive it will be good resultsbut i totally regret why i went this saloonnot recommend at all

Got a pedicure done on Saturday. The beautician literally cut my nails very deep. I told her specifically that its hurting. She continued to do so. Poor hygiene while doing pedicure. Both my toes got Infected. Had to rush to the emergency and had to get pus removed and antibiotics were given. Unnecessary high expense and hurt my toes. Highly recommend not to visit this place. Wish I could give a minus rating

Lovely full body massage by Pooja. She really took the time to clear all my knots and tightness.I also got a lovely fresh haircut with layers by Kajal. She is very professional and did a fabulous job too. The staff is in general is very sweet and make you feel welcome. An overall lovely and affordable experience. Will definitely come back for other services too!

Disgusting,im not satisfied with this salon and im not recommending any one to go there is very expensive also i thought its expensive then they give good services………~after morocan bath,the staff didn’t dry hair nicely,no brush~cuticles are not done properly, even the staff dont know about cutting cuticles,and also,this salon dont have shiners for nail~staff behavior is very very bad……..im very disappointed ☹️~i will never ever go this salon again

I purchased a Groupon voucher for 111 dhs for keratin treatment and once I got there they said it would be 149 + 25dhs per inch beyond 12 inches. On top of that, they measured the hair starting from the crown and not from the nape like how you usually measure hair. They also made me cancel my voucher and then agreed to do it for lesser. That lesser ended up being 250 dhs. Also saw them scam another customer who had the same voucher and had shoulder length hair (and in no way is that beyond 12 inches). Horrible service and no one should ever go there.

Got a hair cut today at Saddaf saloon Mankhool. Loved it. Thanks Anita for the suggestions and giving my hair a me look. Thoroughly enjoyed the Manicure and Pedicure from the friendly staffs.

Recently, I had an extremely unpleasant experience at your salon where the staff displayed rude and disrespectful behavior. Despite being a paying customer, their lack of professionalism made the entire visit uncomfortable and disappointing. The staffs dismissive attitude and disregard for customer satisfaction left a lasting negative impression on my overall salon experience.We visited Mankhool branch on 2nd March 2024 for hair cut. Timings are between 8.30pm to 9.30pm. I was so irritated with her behaviour I didnt even ask her name. When I contacted your branch they informed me, she is new and her name is Anitha. Even though she is new, she should know basic manners and how to behave with people particularly with children. I appreciate your attention to this concern.

Very bad services and will not recommend this saloon to anyone, the staff kajal who cut my hair today was very rude and unpolite and given horrible service. she started to cut my hair and insisted on saying my hair is sticky even i know they will say that to get my hair wash done for extra charge, i have already washed my hair from home and came and she started to push my head here and then sit straight, this that and did too water splash on hair i was even not comfortable at all. i felt like leaving even without doing it. and then somehow she did cut it and later on she said its not proper i had to wash ur hair like its my mistake the hair cut didnt go well. then with hair dryer she was literally burning my hair and i felt too much hot and irritation in my face too. at last they charged me a big amount including hairwash charge. such a pathetic saloon, i was a regular customer for 2 years but now it have changed. i wont visit anymore, even i wanted to speak with the manager but the staffs will not give the number also.... pls take into consideration of customers needs or else u will really lose everyone.

Visited the salon a few times and got some treatments done. The staff were v polite, friendly and always happy to help. Khushi specifically was v helpful in choosing the facial and waxing treatments according to my skin. Maya who did my balayage was v patient and recommended a good colour combination which came out fantastic.thanks.

The staff at Sadaf Parlour are all very pleasant, they greet you with smiles. Very hygienic & clean. Have been going to this parlour since many years, their services are priced reasonably. Recently got my Protein treatment done for hair from Suvarna. She is excellent at her work, very honest in her opinion. My frizzy hair has got new life. Now my hair is just wash & wear. Hair breakage has minimised to a large extent. Before this treatment, I used to regularly get my hair wash & blow dry from the same parlour. Nancy & Sujata do a fabulous job with hair styling. Strongly recommend their services. Happy Customer!! 😊

I wanted to get simple normal blow dry I called a number it’s for the other branch how much for hair blow drying in al Mina branch!!! she gave me the owner (she said starting from 50 I told ok for long she said up to 90)So I drove all the way I went to the salon I asked again how much for my hair she said 200 !!!!! Doubled the price I said how come they said 100 & you saying that (she replied this is starting price) so now the starting price 100 not 50 !!!!?A respectable professional place have a fixed pricesThis is lying the wanted to take advantage of me because seems I am Arab which is so unprofessional

Horrible experience in mankhool branchFor the second time she ruined my eyebrows it was uneven and looked horrible. She agreed but still made me pay for it. Several cuts while treading was very harsh. Waxing was very harsh too. She didnt even clean up after waxing my legs were sticky and had to wear pants on that. Please dont use their services!

They scammed me. They have this offer that says 26 services for 6 months for 599dhms, and when i asked the staff to confirm she confirmed and said that we can pick any 26 services and repeat them as many times as we would like, for six months. We asked her again because we were unsure and she explained to us again saying that for six months and unlimited we choose 26 services and use them. now when we go back theyre saying that we could use ONLY 26 services for 6 months meaning that we can choose our services and repeat it 26 times only. but they said unlimited before? and now when we speak to the owner she is lying to us saying we misunderstood. this saloon is terrible and untruthful, they dont have a single bit of humanity and morals.

The service is so horrible that I had multiple patches after the waxing! Which is clear result of a horrible waxing job!Do not recommend to anyone! Terrible experience and very unhappy and loss of money.They use cheap products for wax and nail paints which dont event last!

I want to share the horrible experience I had in this Salon last month. I went to this Salon for Hair Highlights. Never did I know that I was assigned a staff who was a trainee and they were experimenting the service on me. I was shocked to learn that they are using customers to test their trainee / temp staffs. The trainee experimented on my hair for 7 long hours and I was literally begging to leave. The owner came twice to check but nothing remarkable happened. At the end the result was a sheer disaster. The hair became like rubber with excessive bleaching and the colour that was promised was nowhere close. I had to go to a Professional Salon and get the treatment done and the colour fixed as the result of the highlight in the salon was bright Orange ! I was called and promised that I will be given a Credit Note of the 50% bill that I paid to the other salon. Till date I never received the Credit Note. I did follow up but not even a soft copy of the Credit Note has been shared to me till date. I regret now of visiting that Salon. I am sharing my experience so that you all know and do not become a victim like me. Thanks

I visited the Central Mall Branch yesterday and that was definitely my first and last visit. The staff seems really untrained and unprofessional in their work. I opted for the package deal - which believe me is not a very good idea as you end up paying much extra than mentioned in the package. What frustrated me was the way this lady did my underarms waxing! My skin is literally burnt. This is inspite of telling the female that be careful with reapplying wax as my skin is very sensitive.. i am literally not able to stick my arms down because of the burning sensation! The way she did waxing was very rough and frankly the worst I have experienced in any salon in Dubai. I wish i coulf put photos of my underarms here which have developed black patches now.. Not only waxing , they also screwed it up with my Mother’s manicure.. apparently they cannot distinguish between what is top coat and base coat in nailpolish. Although they redid the nail paint application, but how did you go wrong with as simple as manicure in first place! I think their approach is give less importance to people who have taken package .. this is not acceptable at all! Dont keep packages in first place if you can’t deliver the same service in that price! People come to salons for pampering themselves and not get burnt and go home unhappy..

I have been a regular customer of Sadaf Beauty Salon over past few years. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing. Services and packages offered are excellent. Owner(Anju) and other salon staff are really friendly and hospitable. Salon is just perfect in all the parameters i.e. Atmosphere, Staff Attitude, Stylist Skill, Cleanliness, Efficiency and Price. I would highly recommend it!!!

Honestly zero star.Highly not recommended for HAIR REBOUNDING.Poor quality nd value. Wastage of money. Did my hair rebounding in sadaf parlour after 10 days it doesnt look like something has been done to the hair . I paid 630 aed wasted my money . Product used was not a good quality. Even after notifying the mistake the staff finds their own excuses never rectified . Please dont waste your time nd money here .

Fantastic color done by Sadaf Saloon. Its been more than 2 weeks and result is amazing. Quality products used, which wont damage your hair. Really appreciate the efforts put in by the hair dresser.

I had done a pedicure and my toenail got injured deeply...it took more than 2 weeks to heal.. Being a nearby place I went again few more times for hair cut n blowdry.. their prices are sometimes reasonable and sometimes high... prices keep changing.. There was a good hairstylist earlier but she has left... I got my hair cut 2 times after that but both times it was a bad job done quite uneven and shorter than required... I used to visit this salon regularly earlier but now the quality is not good as before... Will not be going back to this salon...

I am a frequent visitor to this parlour ever since I have moved to Mankhool! What I like the most about this parlour is that it offers a huge range of services at a very affordable price! The packages are also customised as per the clients requirements! The place is hygenic, staffs are friendly and caring! The Owner is a sweetheart and ensures that the client is comfortable and happy.

I wanted to get threading done for my eyebrows and upper lip and instead of threading I asked if they do waxing for upper lips. Professional parlours use bees wax.. but the lady used normal wax and did it so hard.. wasnt even concentrating busy chatting with another girl about the phone not working. My skin got pulled off it has been red for the whole day now.I have to go see a doctor because its burning as well.

Staff is really rude, they think we are here to take the treatment of free of cost, really disappointed it was my second time will not come again just coz of your rude staff

I have visited this saloon for pedicure and facialThe services they have given was not upto the mark and they charged unnecessarily for the 10 min pedicure / 15 min facial. There was no massage at all for any of the service even for the charge 100 AED and 140 AED respectively. V bad experience.
