Safa Beauty Saloon For ladies

I went to this salon to get my gel nail polish removed. It was the worst experience EVER! She just used a nail file and removed it. It was very very painful. I already have weak nails and by filing them continuously she made it worse...now my nails hurt and are even weaker. Also, they charged me extra for cutting my cuticles but it was not up to the mark...my cuticles hurt now, and have cuts and is painful. they charged me an extra 10 dhs for cutting my cuticles and its not like I have a problem with paying the additional amount its just that if I am paying then I expect the work to be done properly. It has been a few days and my nails still hurt and in the start, they were extremely red.

Never even by mistake go there...i am sitting in the waiting area after morocon bath since 2 hours for massage in a towel and wet hair...there is no bath gown only small towels waiting for massage freezing to death...they are saying 10 more mins....even if they give free service do not take it... you will just spoil ur time and money...They have no remorse or shame...i called the owner and reported this matter still they saying wait for 10mins onlyGiving 1 star to this place is actually praising them...they dnt have any service all reviews are fakeI have never in my life been to any such place...WORST IN DUBAIThis facility shd actually shut down as soon as possible and never open for good

Staff says 50 aed for pedicure... Owner says 40... Then staff responds to the owner in her regional language saying I have told her 50... So owner conveniently turns twists says... Its 40 to 50... When asked how u guess 40 to 50 she says... Today is Thursday... Didnt understand the concept... When asked rate card... She said... We send only WhatsApp msgs... We have no rate card... So customers please dont get fooled here... Dont get cheated with the rates... Please ask for rate card... Verify the charges and ask for the bill please... Services is not great...
