This is my second time coming to this salon to get protein done to my hair. First time I came I did protein for my entire hair, and it was honestly perfect compared to the other places I went to before. It was painless and quick. This time I came to redo my roots and I have nothing bad to say. Asmaa did my hair both times and she is lovely, professional, and her skills are great. I definitely recommend coming here for getting your hair done and I will definitely come back again!! Also the salon looks so nice and is clean!!!

Lovely salon, had a last minute blow dry with Amina and she has such a lovely way … hair looks amazing and she did it super quick too … I will definitely be coming back to this salon when ever I come to Dubai! ❤️

I’ve been seeing advertisements for Safa Dream Salon  all over social media, and I finally decided to give it a try. On  January 1st  I visited the salon to get highlights for my hair,i must say it was one of the best salon experience.The team was highly professional especially the hair styling AMINA the result of my hair color exceeded my expectation.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a great overall experience. Came as a walk in. Very nice staff.Ms Somaya did a great job on my Mani pedi. The nails on my hand were in bad shape due to some breakages and she managed to shape them so they all looked good. Im not a huge fan of this shape as I feel it only looks good when you have nail varnish on but I appreciate she worked well with what she had (due to the odd shapes after breaking ) and did well. Thank you. Also no unnecessary talking.

I have used their offers for protein treatment and hair color packageIsraa made me the treatment, she is very kind and professional, I really recommend herFor color also the girl was very professional, she recommended me the suitable color for my hair depending on my preference, and I had a relaxing time and an amazing result.Just I have a comment that I have waited some time(almost 30 minutes) so I hope that they will improve that in futureI will try soon pedicure, manicure and Moroccan bath and I will share my review for them

I am used to straighten my hair for years, with the colouring and every other chemical treatment my hair was weak and falling, I went to SafaDream salon because of the offer where she said the treatment is safe and I am glad I did. Soso recommended one kind of treatment suitable for my hair and OMG! My hair never felt this soft and the falling is way less. The colour is also on point. Thank you very much for everything and I will be a regular for sure 😊

Japanese head massage with Celenia, almost an hour of pure relaxation, leaving you as peaceful as a baby sleeping. The Hamaam is one of the best in Dubai just ask for Sanaa incredible experience.

I was shocked to discover after my visit that this salon has two cameras installed. This is a complete violation of privacy, especially in a place where clients expect confidentiality. I feel completely betrayed and will never return. This is unacceptable.

I have been a regular customer and today I had a bad experience, the customer service was not good at all. The hairdressers were great in their work, however the staff made me wait 1 hour (after my hair was finished) for my eye brow threading appointment which I had booked for.They advised me that the 1 staff member who does the eye brow threading was with a customer who refused to let her go and do my brows for 5 minutes and return, while someone else takes over. So they made me wait over 1 hour and never showed up. They have plenty of hair dressers and only one person who does eye brow threading. They should be able to mange their booking properly and not just listen to the client who was getting a service that many hair dressers could assist with. I ended up leaving after waiting 1 hour when I was told it would be a half hour wait.When I was paying, the receptionist at the counter told me she cannot see that I booked for brows threading, this made things even worse. I was made to feel like I was lying about what I booked my appointment for.Need better management. Really disappointed and will not be returning.

However, if you want a great work, a staff that is friendly and welcoming and has the best customer service skills, as well as a comfortable salon, Safa Dream is the place to go.I had my GK keratin treatment here last week and waited a number of washes before posting a review.The result is breathtaking.I no longer need to touch the flat iron, and my hair feels so healthy and silky.Without any hesitation, the stylist provided me with all the aftercare information I required, and they didnt try to upsell me on any pricey shampoo or mask. I simply inquired which shampoo to use, and she showed the item and advised that anything you can buy with these specifications is goodI recommend them strongly and I am super happy with my hair

I visited for gel manicure and pedicure Safa Dream Salon for the first time and definitely the last one. It’s the worst experience which I had in Dubai. Quality of the material is so bad and they charged 70% extra from the price was mentioned. After half day manicure totally get cracked and 6 nails was damaged , next day they fixed again and day after same disaster with nails happened. I sent all photos, the answer was from the owner or manager very disappointed and disrespectful. They said “nobody will return money and it’s my nails bad , not salon or products “! i am doing manicure for a 15 years in different salons, but I never had such a bad experience! Please don’t even take a risk to go there, otherwise you will be disappointed or even worse 👎👎👎

I did my nails with Khadija, she is the best. I have sensitive skin, and she cut my cuticles perfectly without making them bleed. Other salons always either cut me or not touch my cuticles at all. Khadija is very professional at her job and she is very friendly to customers with positive energy.

I had a terrible experience. I asked for a short bob haircut, and I was told it was possible. The hair was cut unevenly, very short, making it impossible to do something acceptable in the end. The hairdresser continued cutting without any professionalism or technique. When I questioned the result, she said it wasnt finished and cut even more. They had to call Amina, who was on her day off, and she managed to minimize the damage as a good professional. But the entire previous experience was terrible and traumatizing.

Worst experience in a saloon in Dubai. Went for moroccan bath,mani and pedi. Morrocan bath was good,lady she was nice, and did her job well.Mani and pedi experience was really terrible, so unprofesional staff, poor and bad quality tools and luck in hygene.

First of all i booked my appointment and went there, the lady at reception told me i have to wait for an hour though i was on time. Despite telling her she gave me the appointment after like 10min. The expeirence was fair not great, honestly i have had better morroccan bath elsewhere- they said for one hour but she finished in 30 -40 min max.. and when at the time of paying she told cannot accept cobone voucher though i called her and told i will pay same price.. never come back again because they do not stick to thier terms

I tried to have my hair done here. No one would talk to me, 2hen I sat down the bench broke. Then they said they couldnt see me for 1 hour. And my hair would take 3 hours. Not to mention Im bleeding on my ancle. Worst saloon I even been too.

The cleanliness of the staff is very bad , I didn’t like it , they used for me a dirty towel , ( it was full of hair pigment ) , it’s too hot inside, their is to much flies inside , i didn’t like the results , they use the same tools for everyone

Went to get my hair colored they did a wrong color then they tried to cover it with toner and that washed out by 2 washes and I was left with ruined hair which I had to go to another salon to fix .
