My wife found this salon as it was close to us and now she and my mother both go there and are frequent customers. The only problem my wife faced there is the hygiene. It should be more hygienic though. Sometimes the places doesn’t look that clean, we can see hair in wax room, and salon ladies need deodorant often. Rest is all okay.They like their service, the staff may pressure you to buy their things like oil etc but well everyone does so. So thats ok. Priya is very professional there. Others need a bit more training.

This is the salon where i am stuck from last 5 years . And truly saying the services are upto the mark .From simple eyebrow to highlighting these pretty women made it look so simple .they place you at ease .And moat important cleanliness.Love there Moroccan bathOverall pleasant experience from many years

I went 1st time with 2 of my friends we all have good experience for relaxation and hammam. Myself was handled by Nabila she was good and I m planning to visit again next time. The place is clean and tidy.

These guys are smooth talkers when it comes to the sales pitch. While enquiring about a certain service for my wife (Hair Highlights) they assured the best service and even went to claim that their work would speak louder than their words.When my wife reached there it took 20 minutes for the parlor lady (beautician) named Sameena to understand what my wife required and even then the results were no less than pathetic.My wife showed her a picture of what needed to be done to her hair, and the end result was nevertheless a disasterThe strangest thing is that though the parlor lady accepted that the end result was wrong, but that this was the best she could have done.In the end we had to escalate the matters to the owner of the parlor Ms. Anju who was shocked to see what had been done to my wifes hair.She was realistic enough to accept the wrongs and instructed for nothing to be charged from us and a color correction be done to my wifes hairThe problem is that the color correction involves reapplication of chemicals to my wifes hair which we would have rather avoided. But we didnt have any other option.(After the color correction was done, the hair condition has gone from bad to worse)So I would suggest this place to be a Big NO for parlor visits considering the quality of service delivered.We are looking at a possibility of lodging a complaint with Dubai Economic Department.

I purchased a voucher for a friend to have her hair cut, washed, blow dried with a classic manicure and pedicure.When she got there they told her EITHER hair or nails.So Ill be making a official complaint to the voucher co.pany in the morning.Dislike people who cheat.

I had morrocan bath last week and it was horrible and worst experience i ever had- it felt like money is going to drainage- the steam was high and no assistance for there- I knocked the door as I wasn’t able to breathe- then she gave me scrub to apply by myself- and nothing was amazing and relaxing- worst ever experience!

Worst salon ever i suggest people not to even enter please.Very expensive as if its located in burjkhalifa.They are fooling people for more money.Just bad n worst .Worst service bad staff
