I had an amazing first experience at Sai. All the staff are incredible friendly and welcoming. Sumi did a great job. I got french gel manicure with extensions for some nails. The extensions lasted for 2 weeks and a half and the gel polish is still looking pretty good. Will be my new go to salon!

I had an amazing experience from all the services I booked. I had pedi and mani combo with normal colour and the girls were absolutely professional and did a great job, even when one of my nails got spoiled she fixed it again with such a kind and gentle attitude and patience. I had also brow shaping with threads and the girl also was very professional and with knowledge so I got the shape I wanted without having to explain myself too much. It is shown that they really know what they are doing. I had a full body massage and first of all everything was really hygienic, they give you disposable wear and everything is sealed so it is nice to trust on that and talking about the massage the girl was very professional and accurate in the thechniques for relaxing the muscles so it was worth it. At last I had the style hair cut and blow with Mr. Abid and he was the most professional and expertise stylist ever. I just showed him a picture of what I wanted and he inmediatly knew and understood what I was requesting, he was accurate and it seemed that he totally knew professional techniques for styling and blowing, I was totally pleased and amaze with my hairstyle, also he was very kind and asked me question of my preferences to understand what I would like better so I really really reaally recommend him and everybody of the staff. Super!!!

I used to visit this salon regularly when they first opened, as their service was good. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly. On multiple occasions, my nails came off only a few hours after gel application. I even had a pedicure that damaged my skin, leaving me unable to get one for months due to the peeled skin!The pricing is also unprofessional. The price list clearly states one thing, but a lady sitting at reception charged me more (without any basis) claiming it was because my hair “looked nice” and the owners had to cover rent. Later on I discovered that this same lady is actually the owner (her dishonesty was not appreciated). As a customer, I expect transparency and adherence to the price list, not excuses about operational costs. If an owner is worried about such costs, he/she should revise their price list rather than discuss it with customers and give random prices. The last time I went she charged me extra just because my hair looked nice despite the price list clearly saying that for my medium hair length I must pay less. It is not about the money .. it’s merely about principles.The only nice thing about this salon is Abid, who is an excellent hairdresser and a very respectable person. He is the reason I kept going there despite the unprofessional treatment I received at multiple occasions from the owner. However, I will no longer visit this place and definitely do not recommend.

I absolutely love my visits to the nail salon every 20 days. The team is incredibly caring, respectful, and friendly. Their work is clean and organized, and they always deliver exactly what I ask for. Every time I visit, I feel relaxed and at ease. After a long day at work, their pampering is just what I need!I want to give a special shoutout to (Yamu), who has amazing skills! She did my nails today and perfectly recreated the design I showed her. She’s perfect 🤩I also want to thank (Sue) for her warm welcome every time I come in. Her cheerful smile and friendly demeanor make me feel right at home. I appreciate the loyalty card she gives me, which allows me to earn a free manicure after every ten visits—such a thoughtful touch. ❤️I feel so lucky to have this wonderful salon so close to my home.

My first visit to this salon was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff..Manicure and pedicure with (Gita & Alora). They took their time and treated me very well and the outcome was perfect. Everyone is friendly and helpful and special thanks for the cute receptionist (Ayosha) . I’ll be back for sure.

I had a round hairbrush tangled in my hair, and the team at this salon worked tirelessly to remove it and gave me a beautiful hairstyle. They saved my hair with such dedication! The cost was incredibly affordable, and I truly appreciate the manager’s efforts and the talented Syrian hairstylist for their exceptional service. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience. Nimra did my hair — I only wanted a trim but she suggested I try something different and the end result was amazing. I’m glad I trusted her suggestions on what would look good on me. She’s very gentle on my hair, very professional & trained well. Service was fast, too. All services as usual very good. Friendly, gentle and professional staff. My hair specialist Tannu always gives me the hair color I want. The Pedicure specialist Yamu is very gentle and caring. Manager is also very customer centric and nice. Thumbs up.

Today, I visited Sai Beauty Salon for the first time and had a gel manicure, waxing, and a hot oil massage. The services were excellent, especially the waxing, which was done quickly. The highlight was the hot oil massage, which included a soothing neck and back massage-it was incredibly relaxing and de-stressing. I will definitely be coming back!

I did gelish removal and eyebrows, staff are so polite. All the ladies are soo attentive and caring. I would recommend you to try. The salon is clean and well maintained.

I was a regular customer at this salon. Recently I did hair colouring from here and Abid, the hair dresser did a very good job. Before the service I had already discussed the pricing through whatsapp and it was 400 AED. But after the service the receptionist charged additional 600 AED and said that it was for bleaching!! I have coloured my hair multiple times and no salon in UAE had charged additional for bleaching and it is a procedure which is covered in the hair colouring process so the price must be inclusive. Ok even if you are charging extra, how on earth can it be 600 dirhams?!! So does it mean bleaching costs more than the hair colouring itself? And this bleaching cost is nowhere mentioned on the brochure! When I asked about this to the receptionist, she said brochure doesn’t mention all services! How can a service which is this expensive not mentioned on the brochure? So as customers what should we refer to?There is something called transparency and ethics which is very important and I really felt like cheating.You guys give very good services but these kind of acts is really ruining the entire experience and customer satisfaction. Hope the management takes it into consideration.

I had the strangest experience. I went for a hair trim and was told that to get the back of my head trimmed is one price but if I also want to get front of my hair trimmed, thats another AED 30 something. This is not indicated anywhere on their service menu. I tried explaining that Im not asking for a new style or haircut, I just want a trim. I also already have bangs so theyd literally just be cutting the edges. This makes no sense to me and its the first time Ive gotten this in all my years of having my hair cut or trimmed. Who only trims only half their head. I left without getting anything done because by principle, this feels wrong. Just put one price for the trim that includes the whole head of hair.

My mom and I went to Sai Beauty at Liwan. Extremely friendly and cordial staff. The service was excellent and beyond expectations. Sumi did my head massage and hair wash while my mom got a haircut, wax and threading from Diksha and Tanu. amazed. Superb and will be going back surely!!

As a beauty technician and someone who understands the technical part in 13 years this is by far the warmest salon yet professional that I visited. The team is so friendly and accommodating, keeps a good touch in attention to detail and one of rarest that is adding CARE and SATISFACTION to their service. They actually ask what do you want not the other way around. Anu is by far the one of the best in head scalp massage and wash. Just wow I was skeptical but instead they turned me into a regular. Highly recommend

I have been coming to this place many many times. Yesterday I wanted to have massage , pedi done and color the roots. We agreed on a price via what’s app with the receptionist and I came for the treatments and the girl was convincing me to cut my hair a little , she said we won’t take much just cut a little. The lady literally used the scissors 3- 4 times and to my surprise they charged me 50 AED extra upon payment. Is this how you retain your loyal customers? Was it worth it? Maybe the reception lady gets a commission for upselling customers, but let me ask the owners what is worth more 50 AED or a loyal customer who brings 300 AED every week?Looking at the answered reviews I am not hoping for a Professional reply on my matter, but maybe the owners will have a clearer idea on what is happening in the salon.

Its a amazing salon ever i can have in dubai, as been indian skin types its very difficult to go around even it is for eyebrow, i was very concern about my skin but i must mention that every one is been notified your skin requirements and do the best service. I went today to do hard gel, they dint have any colors and I have to accept one color which I didnt like, I requested many times to show me others they said we dont have.The lady in the reception didnt offer me the price list and didnt mentioned that they have offer starting from today which is aw on the door when I left.I kept requesting the ladies that I dont want transperant color, they dont understand until I finished and I wasnt satisfied, the reception charged me 290dhs,however,the services I did inside the offer was 99 plus the hard gel only without nail extensions which should be Ms 40 or 50,she took 199 dhs more than what I should pay.Adding to this, I was very disappointed with the color but unfortunately I paid and left.Worst experience Ive ever had in a salon since 10 years.Please all take care they will take more money from you
