Saigon Ladies Salon & Spa

They are the best saloon in all services and customers services, they have very good girls in nails and design but they have one problems the nails they are using and quality not good it get broken vary fast and 2 times i go for fixing with charging. From my side I will do gel extension in another saloon and go back to them for design and art.

If youre looking for a professional and stylish nail extension experience, the parlour is a great choice.

Rama the best massagist and I just love her massage. It’s very good relaxing massage and suggest if anyone looking for massage then sure opt for Rama.Christine s the best receptionist. She replies in WhatsApp or n person quickly with smily face. She has to manage 12 girls and for sure not easy still she has all patience and age ensures that girls r engaged and client s not kept waiting.Good job Rama and Christine

I usually prefer getting my services done with sana and naazia but the receptionist here is not good…wherever i book appointment she confirms Time on the call and when i reach there she says the person with whom i booked an appointment is busy and tries to convince to get it done from someone else. Pathetic as today they forced to get the services done with saba and she ruined my eyebrows

Cery bad customer experience I asked for french and I had a terrible one when I asked the staff to correct it she was getting offended, the lines are not straight, she ruined the shape when she was filing and she seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, they could’ve simply said they didn’t know how to do it and it was still would be fine but not make my nails look like they are done by a kid playing with nail polish. I don’t recommend that salon

I have been to Saigon Spa quite often for pedicures and manicures and it has always been a great experience. However, yesterday, I was very disappointed with the staff doing my pedicure as it seemed like they didnt know what they were doing. One girl pulled out skin from my toe and my toe is swollen because of that. Also, my nailpolish got spoiled while I was at the parlour and it wasnt re-done well. I had to ask the attendant to redo it because she did a shabby job at fixing it the first time.

I love this salon. Staff are friendly and very professional. Im very satisfied with their services, manicure, pedicure, waxing, massage, hair treatment and all at reasonable prices specially during promotion. Hope you will always have promotion and discounts so I could come regularly for treatments! 😬 Thank you Saigon Spa!

Lovely well trained stuff - Kristine at her best at all times with a smiling face and a warm welcome- no matter what time you visit ♥️The atmosphere is very relaxing. Finally a spa where you dont need to listen to the staff gossip and can actually get recharged. I had there facial, mani pedi with foot scrub spa so refreshing with great body massage. My all time favorite is Acrylic nails. Nana for nails and Sullu for hair & face - are my superstars and I wouldn’t be anywhere else for this experience ♥️

I have been coming here for years. I drive 20 minutes to come to Saigon even thought there are a lot of Spas nearby my house. Superbe costumer service, they know the need of every costumer, product quality is perfect. They are beyond expectation.

The staff and the nail technicians are very well trained and professional. Rates are not so pricey yet you can get superb service and quality mani and pedi service.

Each staff is experienced for services. I am happy to recommend their daily offers & services. Easy to communicate & decent product.

Very bad product quality, I asked to cover the white roots and after rinsing the hair I was extremely shocked with the result as it didn’t cover the white root and staff was trying to convince me because it a new product and it is poor quality the results were like this I refused and cancelled my other services because of the unprofessional attitude and serviceDon’t waste your money and time
