Sakura Luxury Beauty Ladies Saloon

I recently visited Sakura Salon, where I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened. However, since they hired a new cashier/receptionist(Shyne), I’ve noticed issues with unexpected charges. Although I always get the same service, she often adds extra fees without informing me beforehand. Each visit, she finds a way to charge more, and when I question it, she responds with a smirk and treats me differently. The owners and other staff are very friendly, and I’m satisfied with the service they provide, but her attitude has become a problem.

Unfortunately, I used to be a regular customer at Sakura Salon, but today I was shocked by the rude and disrespectful attitude of the Filipina receptionist. She spoke as if she was the one paying for my service, which made me very upset and uncomfortable. It was a disappointing experience, and I will never return to this place. Customer respect should be the foundation of any successful service , All the staff were nice to me except for this lady who was aggressive , 👎🏻

Experience was so bad. The manicurists all were taking 1 hour for manicure ,i reach 19:00pm sharp ,.I got my turn at 20:37pm.Why it was bad, because when I entered the saloon reception,i showed her that I have 2 points pending,phippino lady has confirmed me that madam you can use this. When I waited almost 2 hours for my turn, 1st point eyebrows done then She came to me asking for the money that this time you have to pay because our colleague is on vacation,after waiting 2 hours and upon check-in time she confirmed at reception that yes madam you can use your points. Now she was telling me to pay because the staff is on vacation and receptionist cannot fix this pending service because that person is not available. Wow. Great service....... If I should have pay , why I waited so long..I should have go to other saloon and pay for my service, why I should wait 2 hours and then pay. Wowwww.....The problem is, the receptionist should not confirm from the start that you can use your points in the absence of her colleague who is on vacation. She has to stick on one statement.******************Thanks to these ladies who did my work.

Best and amazing experienced women in this salon is miss Runa always she doing best and calm with the guest . All the very best Runa and I thank to miss dolma I appreciate your hard work . God bless you .

Been going this salon many times and I am one of the regular cx but last time I do my nails on that day all was removed and I think something wrong to there nail arts things . I dont wanna complain but it was like waste of money. Upon having a conversation with there receptionist everything was sorted but on the day that i come she told me almost done and i will be next I rush to come but when i reached i wait for 1hour! Next time pls make sure the timings as not all the time everyone is free . I already told i was a bot busy so i need exact timing. There receptionist dont know to balance the time !!!

I would ask the owner of this shop remove that woman Philippine name Elvie who working as your flyers and never put in any shop or accept in any ladies salon. Shes the worst Philippine. If I see this lady again. I assure you will have a big problem will come. I will definitely gonna report that there is people working your shop without visas. Those filthy mouth of her doesnt deserve your shop or any shop as she is disgusting working your ladies salon. I can report to CID, Dubai Municipality Inspection, Labour Inspection..... So you better remove if you dont want your other staffs and shop to be in trouble....worst ever service and employee.

I wish I could give them negative markings, I went for my services came back with infections in my nails because apparently the staff has zero sense of hygiene and what not :( I feel so bad, my nails never looked this disgusted ever, its full of brown and yellow patches now.0/10 literally! Please dont waste your money with them

Horrible. Hair stylist just woke up from a nap, clothes dirty and tools used were unsanitary. Customer service is a zero, cleanliness is nonexistent — using a wet towel to wipe off hair from my face, hair irons lying on the ground, using scissors that he got from inside his pocket. Spent less than 10 mins and doing a terrible job on the haircut and no cleanup after. It’s worth the 10 aed to be honest. Never again.

My wife did layer cut from this salon. She got very worst experience from the hair dresser not recommending the salon. We did again layer cut another salon in same day. Waste of money. Very rude staff.

First all sakura salon its ok..but i went last saturday i did full color with free hair cut...and then i told to that i guy cut my hair only little he answer no because little only cut not required...its that ok im waiting i tought his joking only until im going his not cut my hair...

They are thieves . The size of theft depends on your nationality. If you are a local, be assured that they will triple the fees or may be moreThey allow men to inter the section of the ladies with hijab.

Had a 5 star experience today omg am so inlove my eye lash tech is so beautiful her services are top notch I mean she’s a professional recommends u everything makes u feel comfortable next thing she convinced me to try out pedicure which am so in love with my pedicure definitely telling all my friends about this beauty center

I had very bad experience yesterday.i asked them to remove split with hair cut also but they dont know even what is split and they dont English properly,The guy who have white colour hair he is very rude and he is pushing my head after hair cut done ,I told to do long layer hair cut but they dont know and they are telling it will come short and step ,who dont know that layer will come with step and layer by layer but they are telling it will come step by step short like that 🙄,every one knows it will come with layer.They guy telling short short he dont know long layer cut.he didnt do properly just they doing time pass ,he dont know how to treat customer .I am old customer of this saloon but they will not care.i had worst experience with that guy ..I always to go this saloon only ...but I will never go again.

Very worst experience the hairdresser dont know what is layer cutting. Please dont go. He is very rude. Dont know how to cut the hair properly.
