Yesterday, I went to Afrina Beauty Salon for the first time. The staff were very polite and had excellent manners. I went there for highlights and met Shilan in the salon. She was very kind and meticulous, and she did a neat job without causing any damage to my hair.

I was recommended by my sister in law as Afrina is having promotions. At first, it was only for henna but I decided to avail the 5 services plus the henna. The ladies are very friendly and welcoming. My henna was done beautifully too.

“I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. My hair was cut very poorly and unprofessionally, leaving me extremely upset. It feels like a nightmare, and I can’t understand all the five-star reviews. I certainly did not receive the level of service they seem to promise. I would not recommend this place.”

They have offers which are good, but they make you feel as if you are there for free! Went for roots mini pedi and it was very very basic after washing hair she barely tried to dry my hair, meni she barely cutt and file when i spoke to reception they were pissed off !! Then dont promote any offers!

I did my eyebrows with Geeta first time. And I love it. The reception is very nice and they recommend me a good therapist.

The salon closing time is 10 pm, but they make the deep cleaning while customers are still sitting . It was uncomfortable and not professional. Deep cleaning must be after closing.

Noor was an amazing hairdresser and not only was she precise but she knew exactly what worked for my face shape and hair texture!

I have done moroccan bath with Sri Janna she is really good and professional 😍 and i also did manicure pedicure with Barsha and Emily they are so nice and friendly and professional.Their manager Ms Akram helped me through all the steps and was checking on me if everything is good. It’s one of the worst salons in Dubai, bad quality and service, overpriced, I had to change the nail design as 2 technician they couldn’t do it , my nail is not equal and the color full of bubblesI don’t recommend at all

Outrageous Pricing and Terrible ServiceI recently had a truly awful experience at Salon Africa The eyebrow shaping was poorly done, rushed, and the end result was disappointing. But whats even more shocking is the pricing. I was initially quoted one price, but when it came time to pay, the owner demanded a whopping 120 dirhams! Its clear theyre playing games with customers and taking advantage of them. Avoid this place at all costs. You can find much better service and fair pricing elsewhere.

Worst salon ever I called them and confirmed and booked for my appointment at 3 o’clock i didn’t get assisted till 5 o’clock and when I wanted to get a refund they told me I can’t because I already paid if I already payed at least give a proper customer service and be on time, after I did my hair and makeup they charged me extra as if the hair is special when I asked before I do my hair I had bad experiences before but this much lying and taking advantage is next level.

I want to praise Emily and Jackie who did my pedi & mani, excellent service both were very careful in filling cutting and applying nail polish, this show their professionalism and dedication toward their job. In Addition I want to praise Barsha and Sandy who did the service for my 7 years daughter. They kept her engaged and were very friendly while giving her pedi and mani. They were understanding and patient showing care and compassion. This branch provide Excellent lash extensions, I always used to get my lashes done with Badrya but when she left to a different branch I was scared that the result will not be satisfactory, but on the contrary both April and Sharmeela do the most beautiful extensions. If you’re looking at natural look with shape go for April, if you want a Wow affect with volume go for Sharmeela. Sabina was very nice to my 3 years old son when I was doing the services she was friendly and kind to him making him feel happy. For the first time I wanted to try the Henna service this saloon has. Sunaina did my daughter‘s Henna and no surprise it was wonderful. For my Henna Sadia did an amazing 3D design and turned my hand like romantic garden. I’m very pleased and happy with my visit today. Very poor communication and rude customer service that I would never recommend to come specially the manager on duty is very rude and she does not know how to clarify misunderstanding if there is any and approach not accepted and not to tolerate so never coming back again here.

The bleach they used on my eyebrows was extremely harsh and caused a burning sensation, which ended up burning my eyebrows!! I informed Saadiya multiple times about the burning sensation. Despite the intensity of the burning, my eyebrows weren’t even fully bleached!I don’t even think this was a normal bleach. It felt more like a harmful chemical.

Trisna changed my gel polish she was amazing very clean work and quick.and i did moroccan bath with Deva she is amazing and very nice and friendly her work is very good and quick

Considered pricy for eyebrows shaping where not all the ladies are as good and professional. The workers gather and chat and laugh loudly in the space that is supposed to be waiting area for the customers and I’ve never seen that in any other saloon. What I like about them is that they use gloves and masks when they do the eyebrows

Overall I like the salon services especially doing my eyebrows with Ganga she’s excellent at it, and I tried henna for the first time in the salon with Sadiya and I really liked her work .

The makeup and hair was really good . I did my makeup with Najima and she was super nice,fast and everyone loved the makeup . I did my hair with ghinwa who was very energetic and nice lady. The only issue i had is that they changed the prices during the procedure so i had no option but to pay the additional amount and it was supposed to be explained at the beginning. Thanks to all

I wanted to rate more as I love the service in other branches. I had to just fix my daughters hair. But despite the discount and some support from staff my experience was a disappointment because the manager didn’t allow to let us make wudhu to pray in their empty saloon. This makes no sense. And the hair artist after washing my daughters hair didn’t even bother to dry it well and rushed off. Thanks to samiha and other staff tried their best to make the experience better but overall am quite disappointed. An empty salon but not great service
