Salon Afrina Beauty & Henna - Jumeirah

I came to Afrina salon today for eyebrows cleaning and for my nails. All staff are welcoming and looking professional. My nails looked flawless, and my eyebrows trimmed and shaped nicely. Would surely recommend it and come back to this salon.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the blowdry services at Afrina Salon, and I must say, it was exceptional! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted warmly by their receptionists. The ambiance of the salon was inviting and soothing, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing experience. All staff was incredibly attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences and offering valuable suggestions. The blowdry itself was executed flawlessly, leaving my hair looking stunning and feeling fabulous. What impressed me even more was the reasonable pricing, considering the high-quality service provided. Without a doubt, Ill be returning to Afrina for all my blowdry needs and highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-tier hair care services!

I came back to do blowdry with Odisa, shes still the best and my favorite hairdresser. She did my hair beautifully and professionally.They made me feel valued as a client. Will surely come back next time.

Eleven days ago, I visited this salon for the first time for a manicure, pedicure, haircut, and blow dry. Different services in parking, reception and hygiene were good. Also, the managers and staff of the salon were respectful.Now, after eleven days of manicure and pedicure, it still feels like the first day. I am also satisfied with the hair cut and blow dry.

I am regular at this place, i love their services, positive vibes, welcoming receptionist miss kaira and ahlam, all of their staff in all sections- hair, makeup, nails, massage, henna, beauty, skin are very professionally trained, place is very hygienic, clean and this credit goes to miss shivani, my all time favourite person- miss joyce (supervisor) and miss jheela (manager) both understands me very well and always advices the best. Affordable prices, good promotional offers. Highly recommended to all. This place treats like our home!

I only come to this Branch Jumirah because I like their services and I like all their stuff they’re very friendly the manager is really friendly as well I did today Henna For my daughter as well and I love it thank you so much for the services

I visited here for their Gelish manicure and pedicure offer. The staff were nice, but I was disappointed with the service. My Gelish nails peeled off in less than 24 hours, so I returned the next day to have it fixed. I asked the lady to check if all my nails were fine, and she assured me they were. However, now less than a week later, my nails have peeled off again. The technician was in a hurry and even forgot to apply cream and oil at the end, and she asked me if i want on the next day! I’m really dissatisfied with the poor quality of their nail service .

Firstly, I called them to book an appointment for hair toning + nail painting. The lady had told me that it would cost 300AED each if I’m not mistaken. My sister and I had arrived and sat down and the lady told us that it would cost 2100AED (total) and my sister asked her why does it cost that much and the lady told her that there’s a hair treatment included which the lady I called did not mention (even if she did I wouldn’t have asked for it anyway) my sister told them that we wanna cancel our appointment but they refused since the lady had already poured the product into the bowl. After they were done with our hair and my nails the lady that did my hair wanted to trim my brows without my permission!!! I told her not to but she insisted and even insulted them (btw there was no difference after she trimmed them + she didn’t charge us for it). And in the end the ladies who did our hair forced us to write a good review like what??? (And don’t worry I deleted the review the next day). Forgot to mention that they gave us a discount and lowered the price to 1800AED

For the past few years I go do my eyebrows with Saro (the best). Today I went for a hairstyle and did it with Marwa for the first time. I was hesitant to do the hairstyle she suggested, but it turned out very nice. I highly recommend booking with her for hair style and for brows with Saro.

This was hands down the worst henna experience I’ve ever had!!!! They made me sit there for 3 hours, dragging out the process with terrible henna work that wasn’t even worth half of what they charged. I showed them designs I wanted and I’ve been quoted 500 dirhams, but cashier at the end of the service tried to change the price to 600??? Also stained with henna my bag!!! Absolutely horrible!

Where to start? Just amazing ESPECIALLY Ms. Sara! But generally, this is my forever go to Salon. The quality, the professionalism and the products are top notch quality. I’ve been searching for years in Dubai a place to go get my nails done. Most of the salons are trying to scam you or they just don’t have the right people for the business… But Afrina is amazing if I could I would give 10 stars! This is my absolute go to salon for everything I need to get done!

Definately not recommend for hair colour, paid £300 for highlights, asked for dark brown and was given blonde. After two washes came out bright orange/ginger. Messaged the branch manager, and the manager had blocked me .

I went for henna design and eye brows, I had my eye brows shaved and tinted, I believe it took longer time than it should and honestly at the end I didn’t like my eyebrows it wasn’t done nicely, the lady gave it a weird shape it didn’t look natural and it didn’t even look the way I requested and it was very pricey compared to other salons and compared to the way of tinting. The henna was ok but pricey.. I’m not going to repeat the experience again, the salon is pricey for the quality of the service. But at least the ladies who did my henna were nice they waited half an hour after their shift for my henna to dry. Thanks

I only come to this salon because Saru does the best eyebrows. I did my hair a few times, but they like to manipulate customers changing the price every time as they please, when the services are just average. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone except if they’d do their eyebrows with Saru.

Worst nail service ever, i wish i can post what happened to my nails in Mamzar branch, they used a bad product for normal manicure, that when i tried to remove it with Asiton, some yellowish color stayed on my nails, i am embarrassed to roam around without covering them, bad products, bad nail exprience and will never be repeated.

I’ve becoming here especially for one expert eyebrow specialist, Maryam. Although I live far away but I still manage to only come to her as she already knows the shape and I get comfortable knowing she will not ruin it at all. Always amazes me and I recall for my wedding she did it perfectly. Having thin eyebrows growing up first time was with her she changed it and made it thicker also advised me to keep using oil. Not only her experty but also her friendliness with me.I recommend this saloon as the staff at front desk are also nice.

The nail polish brand they use is terrible. Even 1 hour and 20 minutes after my manicure finished..this happened when I made the slightest movement with my hands. Very bad.

I booked from before ahead and agreed to take their package but when arrived with all my 4 sisters they said offer is ended and scam us for more money and told us the makeup and hair they did was for more price ! The lady who did my makeup was nice but sorry she did my make up in 5 minutes and it looked ugly so i told her what to do and i did my own lips . Hair was ok but still not as professional for the amount paid .sorry but never going back again

This salon was ATROCIOUS. I booked an appointment for me and my family asking for a package deal, when I got there, they said it was unavailable. However, they told one of my family members the package finished!! They were telling me one price, then charging another price. Going to this salon felt like having a 2-faced friend. They were switching up every 2 secs. The price is not worth everything they put me through.

So i passed by the salon to try their eyebrows threading (JUST only that) based on some good reviews here but only got shocked with the price and left with disappointment !!! like seriously who would pay 100 something for just eyebrows threading where even other well-known salons in Dubai charge lesser than that!! also I personally know other salons that do it for around 20-30dhs and they get the job perfectly done. What makes your threading so special that it is priced like. I am not sure about the other branches but this was my shocking 3 mins experience at the reception. Never again and whoever paying that amount to do their eyebrows every 4 weeks I just feel bad for you..

Love the service. Specially they take very good care for eyebrow. Maryam is really good and makes sure that we are relaxed and dont feel much pain and she is very professional .I’m very happy with the result

I did my eyebrow with Maryam and she have done a very good job and she never seems to disappoint me for the past 15 years that I have been her client in the different saloons she worked at. I also did my classic Mani & Pedi with Sheryl and she have done a good job too. However, I didn’t like the fact that the receptionist assigned 1 staff to do both my mani/pedi service and that it actually took me 2 hours to finish all my services despite her advising me before starting the service that it will take 30-40 minutes when I asked and that was the main reason I opted for the service at that point.

Bad service and bad communication skills at the front deskService was done by a girl who wouldn’t listen to what I want, my nails were breaking one after another after that visitI noticed that they do what they believe is right regardlessI called later to come and fix my nails and the receptionist was loud and she was interrupting me until I put her in her place … she said that they’ll call back after checking with their management and of course nothing happened and no one called backI could have been a regular customer but It’s their loss not mine

I went there for morrocon barh, lady who did my morrocon bath was v professional n polite .she made sure i am comfortable.place was clean i like it. Reception was nice. They welcome me nicely.upon asking the manager if you guys do micro blading she said yes i told her can i do a consultation with her as i am thinking to do it. She laughed on me and said ofcourse consultation is not like this for a consultation u need to book first as she is not available in the branch we have only one and she keeps on going diffrent places and if u want consultation with her i can arrange for u for some other day but u need to pay deposit. I was shocked who does that.its not a doctor consultation only i wanted to talk to the technician who does micro blading and she ask me to pay deposit.i told her its fine leave it as i dont want to pay deposit because m not sure if ill be convince by the lady or no .she goes ok fine and did thanks to me and left.Moroccon bath was good but the conversation with manager was bit put off. So due to bad conversation ill give 3 star.

تعامل سيء جداً للغايه في فرع جميرا و إعطاء مواعيد و غلط والانتظار فترات طويلهI book appointment in Jumeirah branch she gave me a time which is no one free when I went to saloon and she was mocking talking to me in a very “BAD ATTITUDE” and she said I told you by phone that you need wait until someone be free !! Actually she didn’t said that, she said come on your time and I was before my time there and they kept me wait for more that 25 minutes with no respect of wasting my time, Also she took the money without giving me a receipt!! I got mad and I took my money back and I left the salon, am unsatisfied I need Compensation for the bad service.

The lady at the reception in Jumeirah branch called Christina is extremely rude! She is not in the mood when she answers the phone to book appointments ... extremely rude... doesn’t know how to communicate with customers and is unclear.... when I asked her to confirm if my appointment requested is available or not then she started arguing with me and hung up the phone. It seems that she is bringing her personal frustrations to work and taking it out on customers . Never seen customer service like this before !!!!

I used to go there since 2018, i had no issue with them their prices were good and their staff are very friendly, anyways i havent been there in months and i remember i would only pay 36 aed for eyebrows, so as i went today the lady told me its for 105. WHO THE HELL WOULD PAY 105 dhs for EYEBROWS. So, i told the lady by the counter no. She kept dropping the price. Keep in mind this is a salon you cant just keep dropping the price to a costumer this is a fixed price. So i went on their website and guess what? They do your eyebrows for 30 aed. Anyways so i ended up leaving because i honestly felt like they were just lying. Tips and toes AND sisters dont even do eyebrows for 105, and these 2 salon’s are well known that they are pricey. 105 for eyebrows ? Lol is the thread made out of gold or what. Never going back after this honestly very unprofessional.

I had the most BAAAAAAAD experience in dubai unprofessional at all and the prices is super high I did my nails and the second day it broke the nail color is so bad quality DONT GO AND WAIST YOUR MONEY.
