Very friendly staff, very professional.I had my hair blow dry with “Najla” and that was by far the best blow dry I’ve had in a very long time, the hair style lasted long and was done in a very professional way that didn’t harm my hair. 💖🙏🏻Also “Jessa” did a very good job with my nails , very professional and I loved my nail color and design.💅💖

Salon was nice and staff were very friendly, the salon is clean and has good atmosphere. The prices are a bit high but they have some offers which you can ask about. I made massage and facial it was very good and relaxing. The experience overall is very good. 🥰

I can’t put into words how satisfied I am with my hair transformation! Najla did an incredible job,she understood exactly what I wanted and used her expertise to suggest and create the perfect style for me. I highly recommend her; she truly has a talent for bringing hair to life❤️

I had my eye lashes extensions for the first time in this salon. My eyes were stinging during the procedure and my eyes were taped open for longer than I had ever experienced before in other salons. I told the therapist who kept telling me to wait… so I did.I told the owner it took too long and my eyes were stinging - she said eye lashes take a long time…. Anyway I woke up the next morning in severe pain and blood shot RED eyes ! I phoned them and complained, they kept apologising. I said I wanted to know if the therapist was qualified and if I could see her certificate, this was never shown to me. I wanted the owners details as I can’t find it on the very simple website , again this information was refused to be given to me.I think this salon should think carefully about the expertise of their therapists before allowing them to play with peoples eyes !Honestly, I would never recommend this salon to anyone. By the way I never complain! But I feel it’s important when it comes to peoples eyes and sight. Avoid.

HorribleI’ve been getting hard gel with refills for over five years and recently tried this salon after moving. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed. Within less than 13 days, six of my nails broke—something that’s never happened before. The hard gel is supposed to last at least three weeks!The technicians seemed rushed and unfocused, almost like they were on autopilot. It was clear they were tired and overwhelmed, which showed in the quality of their work. When I reached out to let them know about the issue, they didn’t offer any discount or take responsibility for what happened.If you’re looking for a high-quality, reliable salon that stands behind their work, this is not the place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting good results and accountability.

Horrible place and in-humane management. My private nail professional was doing my nails at home and she used to work there. She complained about how badly they treat the staff. More than 10 working hours with no break. No bathroom. And definitely no time to eat. They weren’t allowed anything and the over that they cut from their salaries when they did not hit the target! Inhumane management.

I am looking for a place to take care of myself and I have found the right one. I am so picky when it comes to Moroccan bath and I have found the best place. Try the Royal Moroccan bath where they use organic scrub and mask. My skin looks and feels so refreshed, so soft and so smooth!!! Will definitely makes this my every month routine!! The staffs are so accommodating and they give the happy vibes that we always need.

The staffs are always in a hurry as they take bookings without any gap, The facial is done without giving any relaxation as they try to complete the other service like manicure and eyebrows in-between the facial, services are highly priced for the quality given

Love Beauty Time, love the customer service and how efficient they are to get anything done and to such a thorough standard. Have been twice this month for a blow dry (it’s the season!) and have now gotten a blow dry package! Seems like a good deal, I’m very happy with them - specifically Alia. She has great attention to detail!

Rachida was amazing in the Moroccan bath it’s the best Moroccan bath I did in UAE so far. I am very picky with Moroccan bath but she did really good job and she is very nice and kind. Words can not describe how I feel now🥰. It’s a must try really, and I will go to her from now on. I booked 3 upcoming hammams with her already

Giving 2 start just because of previous history as I am customer of this salon for 5 years.I have visited new branch 3 times and on the first time all my gelish pedicure fell out starting the following day within a week I had only 2 colored toe nails. On second time I booked appointment expecting a compensation for poor quality pedicure but instead salon has allowed technician to take kids during my appointment and I was delayed by 30 minutes, needless to say I was charged in full. And yesterday once again fresh gelish manicure and it’s starting to fall out the following day. It’s sad that after 5 years I’m not coming back!
