This place is one of the best nails and hair places in Dubai.I have been a repeated client for Calgel Manicure.Services are amazing.Staff is great with good experienceTimings is something we need to be particular of, as the staff availability is based on your requirements.

It’s was very good experience with Minu .I have done my hair color. My hair looks now more refreshing as before its was too much orange and damage .I will highly recommend.All the staff is very kind and friendly 😊Thank you so much 😊

Rossy is amazing! I see her regularly for waxing but I also had a 1 hour massage with her and I loved it! The salon is super nice too and easy to find. All the staff are really welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing makes me feel more at home in a new city than a fantastic manicure. I was specifically looking for a Calgel manicure and Lanes did a wonderful job. She gently removed my old gels and put my hands back together after a tough move. Ill definitely be back.PS - Im really picky about my nails!

My go to salon I love it here, nice and quiet and take really good care of their customers I always contact Heidi she’s amazing. The nail work is really good and clean and a big range of polish colors.

One of the best salons in Dubai, for several years it is the first time I love my haircut and my frizzy hair is managable, thanks to Minu. She is very gentle, polite, cute, caring and professional at the same time. Also thanks to Ruth and Nurian for the nice manicure and pedicure. This lovely relaxing salon offers great services with friendly staff! I love my calgel manicures and the improvement in my own nails from doing this. Hairdresser Charlotte is fantastic! I love my colour since I started going to her. Try out the spa services too, I loved my facial and massage!

Amazing experience and top quality. I did my nails at Salon No9 and tried their signature « calgel » brand for gel. Nail technicians are extremely meticulous. The manicure and pedicure lasted for more than one month and for the first time, my nails were extremely healthy when removing the gel. Removal was surprisingly easy compared to any other gel.Highly recommend this salon !

Horrible attitude of the staff and owner. Salon is always empty , they hardly have any visitors and no wonder . All Russian and Ukrainian specialties are left them . New Filipino don’t know how to do manicure . I request owner of the spa have a look on my destroyed manicure showing her prices of skin pointing all directions , she don’t care . At her opinion it’s fine . Being regular client with the Ekaterina and Oksana for more than a year , it’s very disappointing . The new staff has a lack of experience and need training . I don’t recommend this place for visit

I absolutely love this place !I have been getting my nails done since January, using their trademark Calgel system . My nails look amazing for 4–5 weeks and are super healthy.The new eyelash technician Myra is incredible,It has been two weeks and they still look like day 1.on-top of all that , Communication is super easy on all platforms and the coffee is yummy. All round 5 Stars thank you sooo ladies 😁

My massage from Grace was excellent and I would have been a repeat customer if not for the salon attempting to charge me more than their listed prices. I booked via the Fresha app and when I went to pay for my services the reception informed me that the salon had failed to update their prices on Fresha - and that my total was higher than the listed price. I, of course, refused but I found this to be in bad taste and it put me off coming back. This is not the expected standard of salons in Dubai - particularly in this location. This experience was really unfortunate as Grace is an excellent therapist.

I live this place! Helen gave me a course of Modeiro massage, and her hands are the best! And Nargiza covers my nails with hypoallergenic Kalgel, which is not yet popular in Dubai for some reason

Just had an wondeful experience at Salon 9 with Charlotte, had blonde highlights and blowdry. Turned out so perfect! The salon is so zen and relaxing . I felt so looked after throughout - definitely be back :) thank you !

I am suffering to this day because of what they have done to my hair! She double bleached it and my hair is just gone now - nobody can blow dry it even after I cut it. I left with dark roots despite going there for full highlights.Terrible experience...would never go back and not interested in anything they have to say.

I’m beyond happy with my visit to Salon 9! Fanos did an incredible job with my hair color, and Minu worked her expertise on the blow dry. I’m loving how fresh, vibrant, and voluminous it looks! The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

A very good colorist Ivanna, she did my roots coloring and +5 tinting❤ my daughter had her ends cut. My daughter really enjoyed washing her hair 😁 I tried the new calgel nail coating - it wears very well and my nails are better than after regular gel polish

I fell in love with calgel because I previously had problems with gel polish and had to cover my nails with regular polish.But after I tried calgel, it’s a godsend for those who have problems with toenails.And now I can walk with the coating for more than 2 weeks and nothing bothers me, even in closed shoesI had a pedicure done by Oksana and thank her for insisting I try calgel 🙏. I recommend it to everyone

The only place in Dubai where they work on Calgel coating and work perfectly, using original materials according to all protocols. This is the best coverage for me. Manicure and pedicure are of the highest quality - masters Nargiz and Leya.
