Samar salon by glam nails

This was the worst experience ever I had in a hairsalon in a 5 star hotel!! I made an appointment around 10 am for 11 am. When I arrived the hairdresser wasnt there and needed to be called by the receptionist. He clearly didnt want to come and had hoped his co-worker could do it, who was occupied by another client. After 15 minutes he finally arrived. He started cutting in a rush and didnt check all the dimensions of the layers. Also he didnt show me the result with a mirror and he didnt finish the work himself but put his co-worker to do it! When the co-worker showed some concern after drying my hair, he waved it off. I only noticed the disaster after taking a shower and when I had to leave for the airport. A total disgrace!!!

The guy did a nice job but I was very upset as the price was doubled after the hair colour was done. They gave me an estimate of 500 AED and changed it to 1000 saying we told you it starts from 500. This is really not professional the prices are not revealed in the beginning. I honestly felt cheated. The pedicure girl dod a fab job but be careful for hair services as asking them the exact price is a must. The girl who spoke to me at the counter and they guy who did my colour both left and I was left with noOption but to pay. I paid and didn’t wanted to keep the service money but really felt bad as the price was doubled and I wasn’t told about the charges in the beginning.

I’m done before too many treatments in Samar salon.. very excellent for service.. and staff is warm and friendly every staff here is professional … I’m recommended to come and visit to do any treatment here .. you will love this salon
