Did a refill manicure with nail art and French! So happy with the service and the result of my nails. Absolutely stunning. My therapist was Maksuda - she was sweet and took her time and paid a lot of attention to detail! I’m very happy! Can’t wait to come back again. The staff were all lovely! ❤️I did my nails again 5 months later now with Arlene. Absolutely happy! As always the girls are so lovely and the service is always great!

Fatima did a wonderful job with my hair wash and blow dry! I felt very relaxed throughout the process and loved the way my hair looked in the end! I also received a foot massage from Jennifer while getting my hairstyle and the massage felt amazing. I always love the experience I have when coming to this salon! I highly recommend this Salon to all my friends and family. I have been going to them ever since I moved to Sobha community over a year ago and my nails have never looked better! I always had weak nails that get broken easily and would never dream for them to look this good. They use Russian manicure techniques and it surely did wonders in making my nails grow and get the right shape. The videos speak for themselves! Gulsana is a queen and the whole staff is super sweet and friendly. Really great blow dry service as well with Sushi. You definitely will need to book an appointment beforehand since they can get quite busy.

I am very lucky to met Guthaina who has amazing nails skills and sopassionate about her work which I never met someone like her during 11 years in Dubai in other salons, before My nail was totally damaged by the extension I did before in other place, and now my nail are naturally long and stronger,all ladies in this salon are kind and lovely , the other Russian lady who cut my hair also has so much patience and always make sure the customer are happy in the end. I advice Guthaina to my colleagues and friends, because of her I had so much nice comments about my nails. The only thing need improvement in the place is the Wi-Fi no connection every time! I visited the Samaraz Salon with Mimi as my stylist. I am African American with relaxed hair. My roots were very thick as I had just taken my braids out. I was apprehensive to the service because i do not find it common to visit salons that know how to do Afro textured hair. Mimi did a wash, deep condition and blow dry for me. My hair was super soft and she did a fantastic blowing out my roots to stretch my new growth. Her services rivals the services of my stylist in Atlanta, Georgia. I will be visiting Mimi again before I go back home to the US. She did a fantastic job!

Amazing nails. I had tried them for the first time as my nail technician was on leave. And I had to travel for vacation. The girl who did my nails in Samarz is Daria..she’s amazing! My nails lasted and still looks great and strong. In general my nails don’t grow very strong and even with overlay at times it comes off within few weeks. Thanks to Daria and her professional skills. I’m loving it. Highly recommended it.

I was really pleased with Fatima’s work on my hair, she was really nice and precise.

Have been a customer for more than 4 years now! The team is great but the prices most of the time keep changing! Have had a medium hair for a couple of months and was considered by Jennifer “long” I accepted it and continued my service with them, for it to now become an extra charge when I did put on new actual long extensions!! Like I wasn’t paying for long hair all this time?? Didn’t like the advantage that I felt was taken of me? Not to mention that my loyalty card was hardly stamped or even considered to appreciate my loyal service to them!? So for this will not continue my service.

Ever since I discovered this place a few months ago, I drive 40 min every month to get my nails done with Gulsana. Amazing service even more amazing staff.

I really wanted to like the services provided because the salon is so conveniently close to my house however I really didn’t. To start off, the lady who did my pedicure went so hard on my cuticles that I would barely walk on my right foot for a couple of days due to the pain. Secondly, the nail polish is old so as soon as it dried on my nails, it got all scratched and looked very bad. Finally, the lady that did my upper lip would refuse to start the service before I finished my nails and had me move chairs with my fresh nails for her convenience which is a first for me. Will not be returning

Sobha has lots of salons but I will go to Samarz again.

Wow..I was so impressed with how my pedi and mani turned out! My girl took her time with my pedicure and really got in there. It took about an hour and 15 min but only bc she was giving it all of her attention. They came out perfect and the polish was applied evenly with lots of coverage. Although I didnt have an appointment I was greated very warmly and professionally by the receptionist who booked me in straight away for a haircut. I went in without an appointment as it was a last minute decision. They were not very busy at the time, so they took me, but within 5 minutes, each beautician had a client. Excellent service, polite and professional ladies. And the set up is beautiful! Just being there will make you feel its worth your money. I did a gel manicure and it looked very cute.I had met Samar, the owner of the salon. Absolutely down to earth and humble. She went to each client to ask if they were having a good time. The worst polish application I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. The topcoat they used made bubbles and this wrinkly pattern in the polish as it dried, it looks so bad

After trying several salons for many years in Dubai, I must say they do here the best mani pedis!! Long lasting, too many colors too choose from, no chipping and high quality products. Also the blow dry is highly recommended. The owner and staff are super friendly.

Ive been coming to the salon since 2 years and Im always very happy with my nails. The girls working here are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Gulsana makes the most beautiful nails and Sushila will take care of you since you enter the salon untill you finish all the sevices.

Have been visiting the salon over an year and I must admit I can’t do my manicure/pedicure anywhere else! Gulsana never failed to impress me with her work at every visit or art work she does! Shabana did amazing blow dry

Never again, they made 2 appointment on the same time. Even got the confirmation of the appointment still had to complain. 3 colors not available that I wanted, after that I wanted cat eye color, therapist didn’t know how to do this. Ended up with red gelish ,badly done after 1h 1/2. Too thick, color covering some part of the skin and other parts not fully covered of the nail.

The quality of service is outstanding, the place is very convenient as I didnt have to look for a parking they have a free valet parking available. They are offering and using a HUGE range of luxurious products and brands. All their specialists and technicians are very experienced . Their hospitality is out of this world.Bottom line its my favorite place to get all my services done. I totally recommend it.

I am very happy with the service. My pedicuire was done very percisely and nice and it was long lasting. Very good place to relax a bit after a long day and have a good beauty service.

This is the worst hair salon I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I asked for the yellow to be toned out of my blonde hair because it was looking brassy and the man working here turned my entire head grey, almost blue and then started giving me attitude saying ‘where are you from’ when I responded he said ‘is everyone from there angry like you?’ He then tried to get all the knots he had created out and ripped out tons of my hair he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I asked for him to fix the colour in tears and he tried returning it to its original blonde state turning my roots copper and the ends ash blonde. I left the salon crying and he had the audacity to call up to my hotel room asking for 200$ for ruining my hair and ripping half of it out. Please do yourself a favour and never get your hair done here. Unprofessional and disappointing
