I’ve been going to Sara Touch Salon for almost 3years, and usually, it’s great, staffs and ambiance. But today, I visited here after almost 5-6 months, everything felt different, and not in a good way.When it came to my eyebrows, I told the new staff exactly what I wanted, but she didn’t listen and messed them up. And they didn’t even bother to check before they started threading. The staffs didn’t even care to apologize when they messed up my eyebrows or refund. My eyebrows are now a total mess, and I look like a man on the other side.Secondly , the same new staff was in the facial room, likely learning from the lady who did my facial. The new staff wouldn’t stop talking, and I found it really uncomfortable and annoying. As soon as I entered the salon, I noticed she kept picking her nose, scratching her hair, and biting her nails. It made me feel uneasy about hygiene. Then, she used the same hand to assist with my eyebrows.And then my hair color turn was there. They put the base without even aiding my hair apart. The base cream was completely touching my ear and it was itching really badly. They used to care or check the customers earlier. But this time I find it very disappointing. And while drying my hair, surprisingly or intentionally, they didn’t even cover me with the towel. The wet hair was literally touching my body, and the dryer was making me cold enough.It made me question why I even bothered traveling all the way from Nad Al Sheba for this kind of service. They work as per their mood.Overall, I’m beyond disappointed with Sara Touch Salon. They’ve really let their standards slip, and I’m not coming back here.

When it for a last moment hair wash, blow dry and basic makeup and I wasnt disappointed. The last time I was there, was around 4-5 years back and I can say the service and staff were really friendly and knew their stuff. The blow dry was on point as well as the minimal makeup. I would definitely return and recommend them. Their prices are quite reasonable too.

I have been coming here and glued to Sara touch since 2010 never felt like ever going else where the services are great, the girls and friendly and Sara is become a friend who u can blindly trust for ur style, with honest opinions. Prices reasonable service great! Even tho shifted to another location far still my monthly visit to her is a must. Great work great vibe total satisfaction!

Very professional and attentive to the smallest detail. Sara is cutting and coloring my hair since 2007 and I never allowed anyone to cut my hair ever since. Customer service is impeccable and the team is very friendly and professional.

Sara did an amazing job with my haircut. Not only did it look great after the blow dry but even after multiple washes my hair falls beautifully! Definitely going to be my go to place for a hair cut, highly recommend!

Their eyebrow threading was good n painless.Not so satisfied with their waxing. It seemed the lady didnt know what she was doing, or didnt know how to handle the wax heater device. Even though she tried her best to do the job, she ended up burning my skin to the extent that the skin came off... i was in a lot of pain.And at the same time she didnt remove my hair properly either. Felt my money to went to waste for what i had paid 60dhs! I could have done a better job at home.Then another lady came to wax other parts, she was good at it.Overall it seemed i had the bad luck of being treated by someone who didnt know what she was doing. Least i expected was to be compensated with how much i had to pay for it.

Did a normal nail polish application and the polish was not even getting dried after an hour of application. Will not recommend them for nail polish application. Poor quality of nail polish. It was leaving mark after an hour.

I went to Sara Touch to freshen up my haircut. I was very well received. The shampoo and treatments used repaired my hair, which was very damaged by the water of Dubai and the sea. The hairdresser was very professional and advised me on my cut according to the nature of my hair. We do not force you to buy products or carry out other services, the prices are clearly displayed and affordable here, no prices at the customers head. The other customers were regulars of the place and seemed very satisfied and comfortable. Small friendly neighborhood salon, simple and clean, I recommend!
