Sasha Beauty Salon - Al Barsha 1

I visited the salon today, and while the service itself was decent and the staff polite, I had a very disappointing experience regarding their pricing. I brought my 9-year-old daughter for a simple hair trim, something I usually pay 50 AED for at most salons. To my shock, they charged me three times the usual price and refused to adjust the cost, even after explaining that it was just a small trim, not a full haircut.I find this pricing unreasonable, especially for such a minor service. While I appreciated the staff’s politeness and the overall atmosphere, this left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. Sadly, despite liking the service, I won’t be returning due to this unfair policy.

My favorite nail salon in the city! I am Using their services in past 11 years regularly, after trying other saloons I always came back. Thank you for your great care Al Barsha team!! My daughters are happy customers too

I was in a rush and needed a hair straightening and regular manicure and received the best service from Sobha and other ladies. Great service definitely will come back !

The gelish is okay but the polish for feet is horrible. I did it the day before wearing open shoes. After 24 hours the color was all mashed up.

This is my first visit to the Salon. I was quite hesitant as I am a fussy person.However, the hairstylist Maria made me feel at ease. She assured me that it will go well. And she did an AMAZING job.Their prices are not cheap but I think it was worth it. The decor of the Salon is not very plush. Could be improved.However, they are very professional and courteous in their approach. I left as a happy customer.

Cindy is the best! I wouldn’t have anyone else do my nails. So professional and amazing! I always get so many compliments.

I’ve been a long-time customer at Sasha since 2017 and all of the ladies that work here do an amazing job with their care and artistry. If I ever have to visit another salon, it never feels “quite right” because other salons don’t compare to how warm and inviting Sasha Salon is. Even now that I have moved to Abu Dhabi, I plan trips to Dubai specifically to visit Sasha Salon for treatments. Sasha Beauty Salon- Al Barsha is fabulous! The staff are warm, friendly, caring and extremely professional. The competence of the staff is second to none and the high level of training is evident from the quality of their work. I did manicure on Sunday, the lady was very friendly and professional, however, after 2 days, it is already peeling.

Got super lucky today! Was just checking the services and costs, but ended up getting accommodated because of a client cancellation. CINDY is such a PRO with gellish nails stuff, very meticulous with her craft. DAHLIA, her patience is just wow, and attention to details with my pedicure just blew me away! MARIA, she did the magic with my hair! From now on, only Maria will touch my hair 🥰. Oh and of course, Shuba - she’s super with threading and waxing. You’ll leave the salon really feeling beautiful🤩. Place is well kept, everyone is professional and focused. Will never try other salons from now on. Ladies, keep up the great job and see you around; will keep my bookings/ appointments with you. Amazing staff! Amazing service but the only reason I give them a 4 star rating is the varieties of the bio gel polish as its very limited compared to other nail spas! I have always had my nails done at Sasha for the past 7 years but this branch is the nearest to where I moved to but the variety of the color always dissapoints in this particular branch! Other branches amazing varieties....

I don’t know from where to start one of the best customer service I’ve ever received in any salon the lovely receptionist and her nice recommendations everyone is soo welcoming the salon is super clean and super well organized the lovely girl who did my waxing was sooo attentive and mastered her waxing skills very gentle and kept everything so hygienic and clean . I love love love sasha for my gel nails. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years. Staff are friendly and very well trained. I have recently relocated therefore moved from WiFi branch and I finally found Madiha who I did my nails with before my trip in November. My nails were in great shape, lasted the entire trip (30 days) and beyond. I followed her from jumeirah pavilion to Barsha and couldnt be happier.

I have been a customer of sasha for around 9years, but I felt Prices are not very clear these days. I did my hair colouring the other day and service was good. However they charged me more than ever.Yes I know the price on the WEB states “ from XXX AED” and depending on the length, but I just didn’t understand the past 9 years was much cheaper when I had longer hair, and this time was more expensive while I’m having shorter hair(and it’s same service “normal hair colouring” ). I will not going to do my hair service in Sasha anymore.

I absolutely love my new hair style and colour. The hairdresser did a.brilliant job to match what I wanted. She was attentive, kind and I will definitely go back. The other staff were also really welcoming and the place had a really happy vibe.

I was serviced at the Vida Location. I received the best experience and a level of professionalism rare in Dubai. The ladies were all so friendly and I could obviously tell that this was a great team. Starting from the manager Sofia …. Who is excellent and very knowledgeable to my frat hair stylist Wafa… who I now cannot live without… she was superb. I must also mention the Sri Lankan young lady who completed my hair… this location will be my forever place. They are exceptional. Thank you ladies… my hair looks fantastic.

Fantastic facial by Dahlia, one of the best I have had in Dubai. The Dermalogica products are great and she was very detailed and professional. Really relaxing massage to. I will be returning :)

I did the haircut in Sasha. Maria is brilliant, she understood me perfectly and did exactly what I asked her. I need just a little touch for styling, the haircut keeps its shape.

I got fungus on my nail, was booked in to repair it, and when I showed up at my appointment I was told I had to wait 1h !! (the lady before was either late or asked for extra service) No one called me to inform me or apologising - nothing and on top of that they wanted to charge me ! I have been a client with them for 7-8 years - WORST SERVICE I EVER FACED IN DUBAI UP TO DATE !

Im a regular customer for this saloon but today is last day for me with themKomal which is responsible for the paymentshe is manipulating with prices every timesi went on 26 of augest i did some services and i paid 640 dh i told her why the prices higher than before she didnt answer and i paid , after that one of the stuff told me only saturday and wednesday we have an offer and there is list on the wall you can check so you can take discount ( komal didnt mention that when i was paying )then on 31 i went to do one of the service that i did on 26 ( Wednesday ) which was only 5 days inbetween (was cost 200 )then komal told me you need to pay 240 🙂 i told her how come today is wednesday and there is an discount then she told me no now the prices increased i told her i came before 5 days how come !!!!!!!!!then she told me ok i will consider same price for youthen i told her i have botim that will give me discount as is mention in your saloon wallthen she was arguing that she gave me already discount 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂after that i try to call the manager they told me the manager is not her ( as usual 🤣) we will solve the problemwill call you backtill now no one call back 🙂and i paid 189 dhDont treat us like fools if you want money be clear before doing the service not when we call you give us price and in saloon different price and after service another price 🙂🙂🙂
