Amazing place. I’m here on vacation, my sister recommended this amazing place that she visits often. I’m blown away by their efficiency. I had gel mani and padi, along with a hair wash and a blowout. All the beauty technicians worked along one another cohesively to give me the best experience ever. Zakiah designed my nails beautifully, love it! Highly recommended.

I just booked online for French manicure and it’s 99 AED and I did one hand gel that she told it will cost 25AED more so I go with that they were so hurry that they do not see and are not interested, although the salon was not crowded, as mentioned, there was an hour for this service, and my hand was cut off while she cut and did not apologize for that morally, and when I went she did not give me any attention because the payment was rude and she was telling her the lady next to her, but she did not give me any attention and I did 157.50 if it was. Someone else, despite less respect, will pay nothing for this service.

Oh this is such a lovely place. The girls are amazing and very welcoming. And my nails - made by Wendy, i always get compliments. The massage as well i tried it and is amazing.

Parking here is a terrible experience. I dont use valet parking due to a previous company crashing my car. So when Sashas Salon told me their valet parking driver was going to reverse down the pedestrian foot path along side traffic and park my car in an empty lot I left.

Sasha Jumeirah is a place where professionally and client satisfaction is guaranteed. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you asked for. They are a great team that time after time deliver great results. I would recommend it if you want great service, high quality at a reasonable price. Nancy deserves to be in a Hollywood salon for her expertise and eye for detail.

I have been visiting Sasha Jumeirah for years now and have always been extremely satisfied with their services. The girls are friendly and experts at what they do. While I do go regularly to Sally, Queen, Saima and Nargiza, I would happily also have anyone else there help me as they are all amazing. Mum loves them too and it is a highlight of her trip to Dubai.

I deleted a previous review since the salon called me and asked me to delete it after “fixing” my issue. Thinking back on it they didn’t actually fix anything. They dyed my hair black when i asked for brown hair and gaslit me into thinking that i asked for that color. And i paid 500 for a haircolor i didnt even want. After going home upset i decided to call back and see if they could fix it. They did a horrible bleach job and brushed my hair with bleach in it which stretched out my hair and now my hair is weak and thin after trying to heal my hair for YEARS. And ofcourse when the hairdresser was does she had to add a comment “See this is light brown. Before you asked for dark brown. Now your hair is level 6” im not a hair stylist but please check what level six hair is (fyi its blonde not brown). Anyway i was charged 150 for this horrible job. So i paid 650 for a patchy horrible mess that i need to get fixed. Never going back there again. The hairstylist is not qualified and you shouldnt charge customers for something like this. Horrible attitude and horrible work i wish i never went to this salon.

I have been going to place for a long time but this time when i took my mom who had severe ingrown in her feet, they did a wonderjob. Xuan did the best pedicure for my mother and she believes this the best pedicure she ever had and was so happy with the service!

Best nail technicians in dubai. They know how to do it well and with speed. The back massage with mani pwdi is the most relaxing option I get but the ladies also do ur hair whilst they do the nailsBest gelish Ombre I have had hands down . I was Sasha’s yesterday for mani, pedi, shoulder & back massage. After the mani pedi my massage started and the lady removed my gold chain and diamond pendant (which was given to me by my mother) from my neck and gave it to me. I kept both on my lap and completely forgot that both are on my lap. When I stood up it fell on the ground and I heard the sound but didn’t check. It was almost 8:30pm and they were closing.I realized I’m not wearing the chain and pendant so I called them first thing in the morning. Since morning i called more than 10 times to get an update and asked to speak to the manager but apparently the manager was too busy to talk over the call. The manager spoke to me after 6:30pm today and accused me to have dropped the chain and pendant elsewhere. Yet they were unable to find it. Pathetic !!! 😡 on top of that my shoulder had been hurting due to which I booked the shoulder and back massage. After the massage the pain didn’t get better it only got worse and today I had difficulty holding my work bag. So disappointed! 😡

I have been a long-standing client of Sasha. In particular, Caramelita does the best blow dry ever! I live in JGE so closer to Sasha JGE but I actually drive 25 min each time specifically to have my hair done by Caramelita at the Umm Suqueim branch. Her blow dry makes my hair look so naturally soft, but also with natural waves. And the most important thing is that it lasts for 3-4 days! In addition, Caramelita is so funny and pleasant and she’s very quick. My favorite hairdresser and I would highly recommend her!

Disappointed and upset with the worst blow dry ever.I hv been a long time client my evening was ruined I was late for my event because of the horrible blow dry given. The staff offered no compensation and instead charged me the usual for washing n drying my hair. Shantiand lioni had no sympathy and carmelita the main culprit even failed to apologise. Im shocked as didnt ecpect this from sasha

I have been waiting for my nails to be done for over half an hour and nobody us helping me. They have a child in the salon listening to cartoons at full volume too. What kind of place is this? A kindergarten? I thought salons were supposed to be relaxing. No apology from staff for delay and no one bats an eyelid when you complain. Ive been coming here for over 10 years and will definitely not be coming back!! Really bad service and total lack in management. I wasnt the only upset customer, another lady was also left waiting for ages.

A really good place for those who value time and money , they can do gel refill toes and hands with manicure and pedicure in only one hour!!! As 4 people will work at the same time ! I think this is the best service to be offered when time is the most valuable asset and we still want to have good quality service and look . I’m a client for 8 years now !!

People are friendly and nice, there is place to park and if not there is vale parking services. You get warm welcome even in the busy time. You have lots of services for hair, nails and body. The prices are not cheap as I thought.

The worst experience I ever had at the hairdresser- ruined my hair - messed up my hair color, burned my scalp skin- and that is what she called recovery of the first mess. Had to cancel meeting as at this point all this was running into third hour - and all I wanted was root retouching. So ,I walk away with something that someone else has to fix- while for them business as usual. I guess, the only thing I can do is write a one star review, and NEVER visit the place again.UPDATE- following day recovery ( half head only - to minimize further damage) cost me 1500 aed (they had to prepare my scalp first as it was so red and irritated ) . I was advised to do 2-3 times a week at home treatments so my hair does not start breaking down ( and experience loss of hair) due to the damage done. According to the hairdresser who accepted to do the damage control after I insisted - hair will take up to a year to fully recover from all the mess done. If you are blond and have a fine hair - look for another place!

One of the receptions in Sasha salon - al wasl branch have told me curtain price for my nails. later on, ones my nails were done she decides to double the price and give me some nonsense reason. The nail technician used a sponge not brush to complete ombre, so the receptions have decided that doubling the price without letting me know in advance is a good idea. Ive been doing my nails this way for a long time and no one have ever doubled the price because of this technique, actually its much faster to do it that way so it should be lower price. Also she took the money and didnt give me a receipt. I have to say Im very disappointed of the staff of sasha salon and will make sure to go somewhere else from now on and will suggest to all my cabin crew colleagues to go to a better salon. Theres no need to be hustled by a shady receptionist.

I would give this salon zero but it didnt provide me the option. I visited this salon last week with a view to redefine my curls The hairdresser did not follow my instructions and left me with a head full of frizzy, damaged and unruly hair. I was in the salon for 3 hours and had to pay for the service. They promised to fix it, I came back this week - albeit cautious, but the manager insisted theyd rectify. This did not happen. Once again, after 3 hours, my hair is in even worse condition, breaking, frizzy and as dry as straw Theres absolutely nothing I can do with my hair until it grows out. I visited this salon as it was recommended, but I would urge you to think twice before going. The hairdresser Jane didnt seem concerned by the damage shed caused and simply walked away after destroying my hair. So disappointed.

Only reason I come here for threading upper lip and eyebrows is because of pushpa! I recommend Pusha in this salon for sure

When I showed my photo they messed up my hair when I gave them clear instructions and a photo of what I wanted, they made my bangs look like a bowl cut and when I told them about it they only said sorry once in a cold tone and didn’t do anything about it.

They are very bad in appointments and timings.it happened alot of times that i go on time and i have to wait for 20 or even 30 mins until i get to start my gel refill. Today my appoiyment was at 2 and i enetered at 1:58 telling them that im in hurry and need to start on time. I enetered and saw that Voa (the lady i had refill appointment with) was just applying the gel on thr other lady so i knew it will take about half an hr. I asked the receptionist but she said no it just takes 5 min. They made me wait for 20 minutes without any apology or even replyig me in a nice way. Nobody is caring. I stepped out and never gonna go there again.

I am right now sitting here in the umm al sheiff branch. I phoned and I came here. I also got my friend which means additional business. I was refused after I came here that package people are not allowed during holiday season. This was the most disappointing experience. If parlour was busy I would still understand all the ladies are sitting free. You can check your billing and co form this. Still you refuse me ? Saying it’s a policy for sure give me my package money back I will look for some other parlour. I am so disgusted with this attitude in a service driven competitive industry

Awful service and dirty as well. Had a horrible experience waited almost 30 mins for my pedicure as I made an appointment, and it was very unprofessional. The manager was also there and she saw me complaining and being furious to the employees and she could not even address me personally and ask what was the problem. Never coming here again.
