Sasha Beauty Salon Jumeirah Golf Estate

Never go to Sasha Beauty Salon! It’s taken me 2 years to recover from this experience to even write this review. As a resident of Jumeirah Golf Estates for 10 years, I can confidently say this is one of the worst salons Ive ever encountered. The woman washing my hair was not only careless—pouring water over my eyes, blinding me, and even going into my mouth and choking me—but she also burned me with the washer because it was too hot. To make matters worse, she became very aggressive, hitting my head with the washer. I had to call the manager to address her behavior. Instead of resolving the issue, the same stylist sat behind me, glaring at me in anger while she fiddled on her phone for the remainder of my appointment.I wanted them to acknowledge the situation and apologise, but instead, I was harassed for payment immediately after my visit. My mother and brother tried to speak with the salon about this awful experience, but it escalated further without any acknowledgment of fault or apology from the staff. The same aggressive employee even confronted my family, leading my brother to point out that someone with such troubling behavior shouldnt be working there.Even though I paid the next day, the whole ordeal was incredibly distressing. I will never return! We deserve a better salon in Jumeirah Golf Estates!

My experience with the hair colour with highlights and haircut was truly amazing. Their new hair stylish, Ms. Hajr was extremely professional and somebody who knows what she does. It is honestly so difficult to find a good hairstylist but I can swear by the professional services of Ms. Hajr. Thanks again for the wonderful makeover!💕🌸

Sasha Jumeriah golf estates a nice salon. I coming here for lots of different things. 20% Discounts on a Monday. Trudy does the best gel nails and is always in demand. Doreen is great for all my waxing needs eyebrows, shape tint etc. all the hairdressers do great blowouts. Staff on the front desk friendly and happy.

I really enjoy the company of my technicians and their work, but their management is just unorganized. Most of the time that I come I find my technicians are occupied with someone else, which is annoying when you asked them to book them for you. I have let it go many times but this time it was the breaking point when I saw my technician rushing in finishing my nails because she almost had an overlapping appointment, her work ended up being great but it could’ve been a better finishing if the management managed their bookings better. 3 stars for the management and not for the nail technicians. They really need to get their ducks in a row.

This is by far THE BEST haircut I’ve ever had! Hafida’a done a fantastic job with a goth-fem blowdry !! Very well stylized & it’s a new look for me & im in love with it !!

I went today to give another chance for the blow dry and I did it with Inas. I got the results I want. I think you should avoid basma as she does not know what she is doing. Sasha management I think you should be more selective while hiring. Thanks Inas for the experience.Regarding management, I think they should train their staff. We are customers and not friends

Not worth the prices!!!I have known this place from a friend and i went there as they provide discounts to platinum card, NBD, HSBC, MASHREQ, essad and entertainer. When i arrived they never mentioned no discounts as its holidays. It was the 30th of December which I dont understand where the holiday is. They said they sent sms to their clients, which i asked two friends who went there and their numbers registered, they received nothing. Also, they said they hung it out in the reception as the picture attached which happy Christmasy new years picture. Doesnt look like its talking about no discounts. Never going there again and the service they provide doesnt suit the amount i paid. If you are looking for a relaxing spa day. I guarantee its not the right place.

Within an hour of returning home my nails looked like this. No apology and not very receptive to a refund. Will credit me for polish only as I didn’t complain about manicure.

I love this place. The staff are just so sweet and the work is very professional! Fouzia did half head of highlights which I was skeptical about at first lol as I usually have a go to lady but she’s on vacation but Fouzia did a phenomenal job even though I was stressing her out poor thing as I had to go. I brought gram gram here and my mum as well and they also did a phenomenal job and everyone has such a lovely attitude, they’re just the sweetest!! I’ll be coming back for more treatments for sure ❤️

It was truly a rejuvenating experience and was my first ever experience of trying out the lymphatic massage. Will certainly do it again and a special mention for the masseuse Trudy who did a splendid job.

It was my first time visiting Sasha’s new branch in Jumeirah Golf Estates. I absolutely loved my experience. The staff are genuinely warm and I felt pampered. I had a back and foot massage, gel refill and a pedicure. The technicians were all very experienced and did a great job. Definitely found my new spot to pamper myself.Oh! And it’s so so clean. Each and every single one of the girls are brilliant! Thu Hien is an absolute legend! She’s so good and can turn any nail art reference into reality! Def Recommend using her!! I’ve never had a service I’ve been disappointed with! If you ever need your nails to look glamours and perfect this is the place to be! So skilled and professional and an extremely friendly staff. Not someone who has ever bothered to write Google reviews, but the disappointing experience at sashas for hair-styling has driven me to share my experience. I booked an appointment for Hair Styling.I am writing this review after I expressed my displeasure and a second staff member try to correct the messy work to not much help.I agree with other reviews that hair styling is poor here - its a bit of a hit and miss.Sashas seemingly just use random girls to style hair- they keep changing every few weeks/month (may have had good stylists in the past, but not currently as of June 2023). They do not have hair stylists- these random girls have no knowledge of hair products to use or styling hair. One person applied conditioner in to my scalp, no heat protection was used, no other styling products was used. All that I got was a regular blow drying. If you are looking for a regular blow out- you might get it, but they absolutely can not style hair.The so-called manager is quite defensive and not receptive to feedback. It has been frustrating as I have spend 2 hours in the salon with lots of heat on my hair to only return with a style that I didnt ask for - for an event that was absolutely important for me.P.s- attached image. The so-called manager claims that this is a smooth finish

The lymphatic drainage massage with Doreen was amazing. I will without a doubt continue to do it once a week here! I’m very happy with the service and I totally recommend it. They pedicure service is also great!

This was the first time I had ever used this salon and I will definitely be returning. The staff were helpful and friendly and the service was fantastic! The ladies were super and couldn’t do enough for you. I had a full head of highlights and a cut and I was extremely pleased with the results. It was lovely and clean and I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I love Ines at sascha. She had the best hands for your hair. She is an amazing hair dresser and knows what exactly best for your hair. If you love your hair , ask for Ines when you come to sascha.

Hands down the best nail services in UAE. Their quality service doesn’t compare to others. I’ve been a customer since 2014 and tried other salons in between. I always end up going back because they truly have the best manicure and pedicure services. Big shoutout to Cindy, Ann, and Donna in Al-Barsha branch they’re amazing and Ruby in Jumeirah Golf Estate who’s also as amazing!!

Apart from being very clean and hygienic the staff is extremely polite and helpful !They are fabulous with their services and go the extra mile to entertain my toddler when I have no choice but to take her along !A special shout out to Anam who has been the one person to restore my absolutely messed up brows ❤️

Worst experience at the cashier, the ladies who did the service were amazing. But the lady at the cashier was horrible, she kept insisting I used a Hard gel service even when I repeated myself multiple times I did not / then she called the staff and they confirmed I didn’t use that service. Very annoying, and obviously charged me an exhorbitant price even with my discount . Unpleasant and completely dissatisfied.

I enquired about hair wash and their staff Anu atleast she told her name...I wanted to take an appointment for hair wash which was listed on their menu but the lady was extremely rude and kept on saying that they do not follow any menu and they will do only blow dry. Extremely rude behavior. Definitely a very bad experience. Please see this menu I collected from their salon and confirmed that all these services are available and then they said yes.But now they refused hair wash.

I strongly suggest providing proper training to the team managing this account or replacing them with individuals who can communicate effectively and respectfully with customers.

Very nice, the quality of the manicure and pedicure is average, but I go because it’s fast and convenient, close to home.

I visited Sasha Salon, one of the most wonderful salons in the Emirates. Experts in hair cutting, dyeing, highlighting, blowdrying, keratin and protein. I am very happy with the services of the staff. They are fully prepared for the customer’s comfort.
