All staffs are caring, for sure they know what they are doing most especially on nails, hair extension(tape) facials massage in all kinds of waxing as well as packages going on a really best offers that l have ever had.

I just got a dermalogica facial from here by Alvina.I highly recommend this amazing lady for your services. Shes professional and warm at the same time.Loved the way she took notes very seriously and worked according to my preferences.

I came for a neck and back massage after waking up with a stiff neck and Sunita was very caring and did a great job alleviating the pain. She has a strong hand and is able to deliver a deep tissue massage with ease. I also came back for a head massage and I love that it was finished off with a 10min steam to really let the products sink in. She even kindly applied my own hair loss treatment for me before the head massage. I will definitely be incorporating the head massage into my routine.

After being a loyal customer for 6 years, decided not to go back any more. I had multiple bad experiences but the last was very unacceptable I had gelish refill appointment I was shocked they start deceiving client just to make more money, the same product that i have been using as “gelish” now they decided to call it “gel” and charge 50% more! It seems management is becoming greedy and doesn’t care about customers. Services and quality of products specially nails is becoming worse and colors very limited.

I am really unhappy with this salon. The receptionist is always SO grumpy, never welcoming or smiling. They make you feel as if coming into this salon is a burden to them. Please learn to SMILE.

I’ve been coming here monthly for manicures since they opened! The only place I go for my gell nails. They’re super quick and I’m always VERY happy with them.

One of my favorite places to go and get my nails and eyebrows done! They have a great selection of regular and gel polish and very clean. The staff is super friendly and parking is very easy. If you get a chance try the neck and back massage while you get a pedicure or/and manicure

Absolute garbage facial. The therapist tapped on my face for a hour after having questioned about 4 times what she was doing.I will NEVER go here again. Just under AED 400. Absolute joke!

I have tried two branch of themWafi where i live. And Jumeirah Park.All the staff are very good in their work. Polite and not being too noise like talking each other. I love the saloon. The prices still affordable. They have day discount for every branch. Always satisfied after you came out from Sasha Saloon.

It’s already been 10 year that I go to Sasha! The best nail Salon! amazing staff super nice and friendly and most importantly professional and know what they are doing! They are all good but I prefer Terry and Jessica.

The booking is not reliable. The time was available, I booked and received my confirmation, but I got cancelled anyway by phone call.

The saloon staff is very unprofessional. I felt cheated. I went for haircut, the receptionist never mentioned that haircut doesn’t include blow dry. When I requested them that I will pay additional charge for blow dry the lady who did my haircut said you wait for 15-30 mins then I can do. Also she didn’t bother to clean the cut hair from my T-shirt and shoulders. I would never go to this place again.

It was a great and relaxing experience. I just did manicure 💅 and pedicure to pamper myself , and I feel like I went to a spa and did a full body massage 🤩 they literally makes you feel comfortable , staffs were so nice and polite . Will definitely recommend as well to my friends.

I was looking for a good salon nearby Jumeirah Island and my friends recommended me the Sasha beauty salon. I went there for nails and facial treatments with hydration mask and was received by Sunita who did all the work. I was very pleased of the outcome, she does an amazing job, facial cleaning and massage, my skin looked radiant even long time after the treatment. The next time, I have also asked her for eyebrows coloring and shape and was also very pleased. The whole team is very friendly. I can only recommend.

I have been a regular at Sasha Jumeirah park branch for more than 2.5 years now . My comfort salon I must say . Staff has been very kind and helpful but lately there is some change in management as they said and I must say I am fairly disappointed with this “New Management “ I have been noticing not such good things from past few visits but today’s experience is beyond tolerable . I got my waxing done today and my hand is literally bruised all over with skin peeled off , As reported by Sunita the quality of wax being used is bad from past few days and that has been reported by staff to this “New Management “ but absolutely no action . After the receptionist taking pictures of my hand and calling the management for some action the response I got from this “New Management “ is “ please let us know how is ur hand tomorrow “ , they didn’t even have the courtesy to arrange for an ointment considering my arm was burning from the scratches moreover I was asked to pay full amount of waxing for the bruised hand as well . sunita who was carrying her personal Mebo cream applied it on my bruises. Extremely pathetic and unprofessional attitude I must say .. horrible experience and shame on you whoever this alleged “New Management “ is .

I have been going to Sashas Beauty Salon at Jumeirah Park Pavillon regularly for a couple of years to do all my beauty treatments (Massage, waxing, eye brows threading, pedicure, manicure and facials) . I have always been pleased with the results. The therapists and supporting staff are professional and very friendly. In summary, Great Service, Value for Money and Friendly staff.

This is my second reviewFirst review almost 8 months ago which was 5 star, today I am giving one star only for the hair services done my Meriam. The African lady who took my reservation yesterday was clearly informed that Meriam didn’t complete my hair colour service the first time, I had to wait for my wash the first time for really long and in the end someone else did my hair wash, then I had to wait for my normal blow dry where Meriam never showed up and since I couldn’t wait further I had to leave. I informed the receptionist that I don’t want the same experience today. When I visited exactly same thing happened. Meriam applied the hair colour, left after that, sent another lady to wash my hair who didn’t know how many times she had to wash my hair and even after 2 times it was still not washed properly. It was a mess. Meriam mentioned that they are too busy today. My question to the African receptionist is why would you take so many appointments if u cannot fulfil even one appointment at a time. Also if she was informed of the last experience she should have informed the person taking over so that the same thing is not repeated. What’s the point of saying something when the other person hears and ignores. Also to the owner if you do not have staff u need to recruit more staff, by no way you are giving a free service, you are charging people so please make an effort to do your job right.Really really poor experience.

I asked for compensation because the waxing lady dropped wax on my jeans and it wouldn’t come off. The manager continued to argue about it and proceeded to call me “cheap”. It was not about the money, it was about the concept for me. Safe to say I won’t be going back there.

Terrible polish quality, I think they have changed the brand to something cheaper? My nails were totally destroyed after my last visit at Sasha’s in JP. I get the feeling management is getting greedy cause the service is worse and worse and they always find excuses for not applying the deals they actually offer. So many other much better and professional places close by.. Never again!

Love the head oil massage with Sara, she is fantastic and it is probably the best I have had in Dubai. Tessi does my pedicure and is thorough and takes her time.

Totally love the services offered and I spoil myself so very often here. But my draw to this salon is for its staff. Each of the girls are fabulous,pleasant and great in their work. To name my faves, Than, Terry, Sarah, Barkha for nails and massage and Surekha for hair. Would recommend using Sasha salons services be it just to pamper or ready yourself for an event.

The hair dressers are really not up to Dubai standards and not trained well. We had most horrible experience where the so called hair dressers could not do 2 simple curling blow drys and completely wasted our time and energy. Of course our mood was ruined ahead of a big family function and we had to redo hair again for the evening at a proper hairdresser. The management girl is extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t apologize for this horrible service. When we asked for refund she refused to refund after an initially saying yes. This salon is a joke and has very poor standard.

Hi! I have never done google reviews before for any other businesses. Today,I visited SASHA beauty salon ( in pavilion) JUMEIRAH PARK. The massage lady Mary was amazing... so much experience.I went there with a lot muscle pain which I had it for weeks but now when I am writing my review I feel so much better and relaxed. Then I got my haircut (blow dry) done. Again, TOHA I would say superwomen 👍 she was so good at it. I just showed her the picture of haircut I wanted and then she did exactly the same hairstyle.. I am glad I found a good hairdresser after along time. Thanks Sasha

They introduced a new waxing product called Lycon which is more expensive and they have NO IDEA how to use the product and it caused a HORRIBLE SKIN REACTION for my daughter armpits!!

I would NOT recommend this salon for haircuts. Firstly the lady who washed my hair soaked my blouse through and through and there was no apology. Secondly I showed the hairdresser a photo of how I wanted my hair and she assured me that she has the skill to do it. She absolutely butchered my hair. Im left traumatized and with the worst hair cut ever. Again there was no apology for the way the staff treated me. I will never set foot in this place again.

I have been going Sasha salon for more than 10 years , in different branches , from Wafi to al wasl to battouta and recently have been going again to jumeirah park ,This place used to always have the best gel in town , however I realized the prices are continually increasing since they stopped using the bio sculpture, I realized recently they don’t offer the buff and polish or the overlay service , in addition to the 5 % tax on top of their prices , why isn’t it included like any other salon !So prices are higher even when they have the discount twice a week , but it’s still too pricy , unfortunately I think I won’t be going again , I will miss it !

Went today for mani/pedi to avail the 20% discount. The reception lady told me the offer is no longer available as it’s nearly Eid. I informed her Eid is another week away. I advised her that 2 days earlier they stopped me as I was walking by to offer the discount. She then changed tactics and said you have to spend 200 to avail discount!!! I informed her this is wrong and outright cheating. She was not at all interested. I paid full price for a second rate shabby unprofessional salon. Never again your services DO NOT justify the prices.

This is honestly one of the worst salons I’ve been to in Dubai. The service is horrible and staff is just a mess. I got a manicure and pedicure in Jumierah Park pavilion and the whole time the lady was chatting up not concentrating on my nails. The application of the nail polish was horrible and I am very displeased right now.I suggest you pay that extra 40 dirhams and get yourselves a proper manicure and pedicure.
