Unable to remember the lady who did my fingernails but she did a very very good job lady who gave me both my full body massage and my toenails did also a fabulous job. She was very attentive and considerate throughout both of my treatment will definitely go back there again.

I was in this salon today and it was excellent! Great service and Miko did my toenails beautifully. I especially loved that sterile tools were used for each client so everything is hygienic. I can only recommend it.I am happy!

I been doing my eyebrow with Sana who relocated from branch to branch but I didnt leave her for 10 years now hahaha. Use to be very good in gel services but the quality dropped a bit. I wish they can really be best as before if management make a note of that.Amazing wax services as well.

I tried Sashas @ VIDA REDISENSES for the first time- found them via the entertainer.. firstly the lady (Anu) @ the reception was v kind and pleasant and answered my multiple calls with positivity and patience. The massage was superb and reasonable in a top notch environment which makes a huge difference. The girl who did it was V knowledgeable and adjusted to my needs. Ended up having relaxing and wxcwllent hot oil massage and wash! Came back rejuvenated. Will now go for a facial and mani pedi in two days.. highly recipe t this place for anyone wanting professional and well priced services. What an home visit experience. Dahlia, Marlin were amazing for a manicure and reflexology. Honestly feel very relaxed and my hands are ✨ they came at such short notice and were incredibly friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.

I had a wax treatment done at the salon in Vida hills and they BURNED my skin!!!!! How hard it is to do wax!!!! I said to the technician few times that I have a sensitive skin, I finished the treatment and my face was on fire! And she put fucidine on it said that my skin is just sensitive and that will go away! But it’s the second day now and I have all red patches on my face and body! I will report this business and sue them. I DO NOT recommend this salon at all!

I always come to this branch; it is clean and convenient. The staff is very friendly. I especially like Asma and her services including waxing. She is very fast which is very important to me and what’s lovely is that I barely feel any pain! This is why I only do waxing and threading with her .

What a find Sasha Emirates Hills has been for me. My second visit - such a warm welcome and amazing service and treatments from all the team. Salon was extremely basic. Did my pedicure there. The soap used looked like it costs AED 2. Technician kept putting the sterilized tools back on the tray which was a red flag from the start, some tools were not even in the sterilized seal from the start. The towel or mesh material that is supposed to be used to stay under your feet was essentially toilet roll paper. Archaic design and equipment: placed a portable stool under my feet which kept moving. All the bottles and liquids used like the pink cuticle remover liquid looked so cheap and unlabeled. The nail polish was dry and crusty, the technician had to keep shaking it and there wasn’t a second bottle they could use. Asked for water, I got a styrofoam cup?? As I was trying to relax, different specialists kept coming to ask if I want a massage, then to do my hands, then to do my eyebrows. Couldn’t relax from the constant disruptions and it felt a bit crass for them to keep trying to sell me stuff. The drying machine they used looked like it belonged in 1950, did not sterilize it after they took it from the previous customer and gave it to me. The technician kept wiping off excess polish, so skills were adequate and no cuticle oil was used of course. For the location of the salon and price of the service, I was extremely disappointed with the experience.

Fantastic salon with excellent beauty therapists. I had a lymphatic drainage massage which was so relaxing and made my body feel lighter in the days afterwards. The pedicure was relaxing and looked stunning. The eyebrow waxing was perfect. I will always come here!

Old review: I used to be a regular at Sasha but my recent experience has made it clear that this salon is super unprofessional. I had booked a hot stone massage and the masseuse showed up nearly 30Mins late to the appointment - and I couldn’t wait because of other commitments. Besides a lousy sorry, the manager at the branch did absolutely nothing to make for one hour of my lost time. I was a loyal customer but will not be visiting Sasha again.Update: I was pleasantly surprised when Sasha salon reached out to me inquiring about my bad experience. They offered to make amends and offered to give me a complementary massage, which was absolutely wonderful. It shows that they care about their customers. And will go above and beyond.

If only I could post my review with Zero stars, I would have done that!I went a week ago and it was the worst gellish manicure experience I ever had!The technician cut my cuticles dry although I asked for a cream but she claimed this is their way of doing it for their brand to last longer.. and they are horrible now, the brand they use is so bad that it started peeling off after 2 days and yet it is very hard to take off!It is such a disappointment as I recently moved to Vida and it would have been so convenient for me to use their services, but never againAnd on top of all, they are over priced!

Honestly, I have been a regular at Sasha for some time. However they are unprofessional at times and I let it slide due to convenience. Some of the nail staff are not great at what they do, while some are very good. There is inconsistency, and the receptionist is always different and it makes it hard for them to be consistent with their clients. I am constantly bringing family and friends to this salon and from now on I wont out of principle for the their failed efforts to charge me the fair and correct price for a treatment that other places would do without question! I have now booked the same treatment at another salon where they are charging the the right price without me even being a regular there or without any question. Honestly very very disappointing.I am editing my review in response to your reply to give you the correct information. I came in for a gelish manicure I didn’t proceed with the gelish after having my removal and manicure done as your staff did such a terrible job and scuffed my nail so badly It was painful and red which is why I didn’t proceed with the gelish polish on that day. I came in two days later to proceed with just the gelish treatment after just having had a manicure done in your salon and i was told I would have to pay for a manicure again to proceed with a gelish treatment. If you call up any other salon around here they will give you a price significantly lower or even half the price of a gelish manicure to just have gelish treatment done without manicure. It is a normal thing to not always have a manicure when you are having gelish done. So I think the information relayed to you by your staff was not right in this case. You just need to update your price list with this service and let you staff know to be consistent in the things they say. Thank you.
