I had an absolutely dismal experience at the salon. Since the old staff changed, it hasnt been the same. The stylist didnt know how to wash my 5-year-olds hair properly and kept messing up the wash, which was frustrating. Additionally, the lady who was doing my blow dry was very careless, blowing air directly into my ears. I wont be going back!

I’ve visited the salon 3 times now for different services and every time, the service has been excellent. Khan Bader is especially great with facial and massage. Highly recommend her! The place is clean. The staff is friendly. Will definitely visit again.

I am a regular customer at Sasha Wafi mall and never been disappointed when doing my nails with them. All technicians are highly competent and skilled, but I particularly love Leena’s work for an impeccable french.Amrita is also amazing for facials.All the receptionists are also always welcoming and attemptive ♥️

Ive been going to Sashas for a few years now and have been doing my nails with POLLY, she is a nail technician who specializes in gel extensions and is a perfectionist. She is fast, efficient and her work speaks for itself, lasting atleast a month.I have pedicures also simultaneously with various staff, SONI and JENNIFER are my go-to girls theyre very gentle and caring with the feet and they give good foot massages as well.JENNIFER is a really good masseuse, she knows how to unknot tense muscles.I Love my time in Sashas the ambience is great and the staff are very friendly and accommodating to appointments.Platinum discount of 40% for Emirates staff is the added bonus that makes me a returning customer.Manisha

Malaika is the best I e tried her blow dry 3 years ago in a different salon and today I decided to have the best hair I didn’t think of anyone except her. Staff are very sweet and approachable. I go to Sasha beauty salon once a month and I really like their services! The tall African lady at the reception is a very elegant and warm woman (hard to find this type of personality in most of the places in the city both restaurants and shops) she will help you with the reservations. You can try their massages which are amazing, all the ladies doing the massages are good. They have different techniques, you just have to find your favorite one! Nails services also are very good!

Dec 2023: I’m a gel nail polish aficionado! Went here 2 weeks back for Gelish manicure and pedicure on a friends recommendation - Asian lady at the reception was on the phone when I arrived and did not greet or welcome me. I waited for her to finish and then she called the nail tech who took me to the nail station. The manicurist did a good job with cleaning and shaping my nails, I requested not to push my cuticles too much or cut too deep and she obliged. They did not have the Ombre shades I had asked for, so I settled with plain bright coloured nails. To their credit, the paint has lasted till now and still looking fresh.One minus point for not having any exhaust fans or ventilation system - all the acrylic/paint etc that they were removing with the electric filer was in the air and falling on my hands, dress and the nail station table. They did not even provide a mask on request.They did have very good discount (40%) for Emirates/Fly Dubai staff.Overall my nails look good, but the experience lacked the “feel good” factor and I don’t want to inhale micro plastics. So I will not be going back unless they get the tabletop exhausts that most good nail salons around the world have now.May 2024: The salon called me after my earlier review and asked me to return for another chance and promised to provide a mask (which they did). However, nail tech Polly has ruined my nail bed with overfilling. I have thick strong nails but after two sessions of gel polish removal here, they have become paper thin and brittle. And it is not because of any deficiency or any other reason, I can clearly see indentations on my finger nail bed where as my toe nails are still super strong. So has happened due to improper removal technique.

I visited Sasha Salon (Wafi) recently, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of their staff members mishandled my cuticle during a nail treatment, resulting in a serious infection in my left toe. The pain has been unbearable, and my doctor even mentioned the possibility of surgery.What’s even more disappointing is the lack of follow-up or concern from Sasha Salon Wafi . Not a single inquiry about my well-being or any attempt to rectify the situation. As a client, I expected better care and professionalism.I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Sasha Salon Wafi for their beauty needs. Negligence like this should not be tolerated, especially when it affects clients’ health.

I had a very good and excellent experience with Malaika from Sasha Beauty salon. I know her for the last 13 years.Loved the Butterfly haircut. Also Maha did my eyebrows perfectly well.

In one day the nail polish was already chipped and I had to re do it before the wedding I was going for. What a waste

Polly has been really good at doing nails for me. She had been consistent throught the 2 years i’ve been coming to SASHA. I prefer getting my nails done only from her and no one else.

The salon is so comforting, the ladies are so gentle and sweet. It felt like I was getting a massage. I fell asleep while she was brushing my hair. I normally feel so much pain but my hair dresser Fatiha was so gentle and did such an amazing blow wave would definitely recommend her and the salon.

I spoiled myself today with a hairtrim, pedicure, and manicure. I had wonderful attention from three lovely ladies.: Shazia, Soni and Fanny. They went to a lot of trouble to see if I was comfortable and happy with the results; very friendly, very professional. And the coffee was excellent too! I can highly recommend Sasha’s.

I get the excellent services from Bader every month and for my hair by Arlene, she is excellent! I would highly recommend Sasha’s Wafi branch as the staff is so friendly starting right from Larni at the reception to the services. I would give 10/10

Deleting my earlier review of the last experience I had 11 months ago which as the owner said..was perhaps a one off. I have persisted with my visits to the salon for Maha who does a great job waxing. She is efficient, pleasant and most especially, quick. I travel from afar and make the effort just for her services. Thanks Maha for restoring my faith in Sasha!

Sasha is one of the best Saloons. I have been using them for years. Staff are professional clean and friendly and they make me feel home. I personally deal with Amrita for my pedicures who is excellent, soft and does a very clean job and Polly for my manicure gel who is professional and so sweet. Keep the good job girls.

Eyebrows was really good, manicure pedicure as well however the color was turning bad and getting out in just 2 days so I believe the material is not good because normally in other places it lasts for one week

First time at Sasha Besuty Salon located near Wafi Gourmet. Got my French mani pedi beautifully done by a friendly and patient staff, Chia. This review lacks one star solely on the basis of poor front desk knowledge of digital vouchers such as YouGotAGift available to be claimed at the salon. There was no scanning of the bar code when presented with the QR code. Instead, the lady simply manually wrote down the code onto paper and waived the fee upon check out. Strange considering there is already an internal online system that accommodates for this. Otherwise, super happy with the services provided.

I love doing my nails there specially with Laly! and the hairdresser Mounira ( the Tunisian) is just amazing very professional and understand exactly what you want and need for your hair and give excellent advices. I highly recommend her.

Sashas Wafi is the best salon in Dubai. Their beauticians are very polite and the service is impeccable. Amrita is the most skilled beautician at the salon. Her waxing doesnt cause any pain and Ive never had an ingrown. She shapes eyebrows beautifully and I would never trust anyone else with them. I drive all the way from Ajman just for the services offered by Amrita.

So amazing. I get my nails done there (gel manicure) and have been going regularly for many months and they always last for 3-4 weeks, amazing quality and many discount offers available.

Moroccan Lady did not listen to what I said, she cut off my hair so much, I now have a boy hair cut. She was very rough and disrespectful and she asked me to tell the front desk lady that ‘tell them this you what you wanted so I don’t get fired’ she clearly knew that she was wrong and she was forcibly grabbing my arm to tell the lady that that’s what I wanted, I didn’t say it because I’m not gullible but I still found it very disrespectful and rude. They have some good people in that salon but it was an awful experience with her. WOULDNT recommend it at all. Save your hair girlies and find another place to go to

Visited Sasha salon in Wafi. Got a hair cut. My scalp was oddly very itchy the following day. Realised a day later, I had lice. How??? Because a filthy hair brush was used in my hair. I had to cancel my very important event, cause i was busy taking out lice from my hair. Went and bought lice shampoo too. Ive just been so paranoid,i keep scratching my head.Called the salon to complain, i was told i would get called by the manager. Unfortunately i missed the call cause i was getting the lice eggs taken out at a salon. But the manager didnt bother calling back.I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone

I had a rather embarrassing experience at this place. I could not understand what they were saying, so one of them just shouted the words I didnt understand while the other just mumbled. I understood the madam do you speak english, very patronizing. My fingers bled both during and after the session, from when they removed the cuticles. I said not to cut my finger nails, I only wanted them to file them. But they cut them in a weird shape. Thats partially my fault as she did one nail and asked ok? and I just wanted it to be over with. Overall, the spa manicure was more painful than pleasant. I was then put in front of a dryer and sat there for ten or fifteen minutes looking at a wall without a word. They wrapped my toes and put on sandals so my toe nails would dry, and then I asked what I should do with the sandals. She handed me a bag with my shoes and she said ok, bye. When I went to pay they added VAT to the announced price, even though I specifically had asked if it was VAT included two days before. In the end I wabbled out of the salon in slippers/sandals, went to change to my own shoes in the food court, and the nail polish was chapped already. I was quite embarrased, and the polish was ruinef before I left the salon.

Worst experience ever. Booked an appointment for facial and eyebrows in Sasha Wafi Branch but end up waiting almost an hour for my turn.I arrived the parlour on time and manger/receptionist told me the expert for whom i requested is currently busy with another customer. I was in rush so i told the manager that i am okay with another expert as i was running late. Manager was very apologetic in the beging when the branch owner was around but suddenly change the tone soon after the owner left the parlour. Manager started arguing and begaving rudely at the end of the facial that you should have told us in the beging about the eyebrows. I told them many times while waiting in the parlour.Very disappointing and bad attitude.Not recommended at all.

Hoarrible! Do NOT waste your time and money at this salon! The good nails technicians are gone, only left with ladies that do not know how to do nails. Very poor job, uneven, too many layers, polish all over the finger tips and edges. Unpleasant and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost! I would never use them even if I was paid to do so. If I could rate lower than zero star I would!
