Went for a gelish manicure and pedicure with my sister first of all the interior took my eyes amazing interior Ma sha Allah, the staff was very professional and polite the prices are very reasonable and worth it professionally done my manicure and pedicure and they were quick too .100% recommended

I’ve been coming exclusively to Sass beauty lounge for the past 3 years. This is the only establishment around dubai that I am truly happy about. The team is super professional and the service is always excellent. I usually get my facials, nails and hair done. My go to hairstylist is Nawal, she’s very capable and always does a wonderful job with my hair. A typical routine for me is Olaplex and blow dry which lasts me over a week. Nail service is always superb at Sass. I’ve tried multiple salons in dubai and always go back to Sass. When it comes to nails, I am extremely picky as I have sensitive skin, the nail technicians at Sass are very knowledgeable and detailed in their work. Barbara, Alisha, Barsha, Ginalyn and the whole team! My nail usually last 3 to 4 weeks without chipping or peeling. An added plus is fact that they use quality products such as Lola Lee nail Polish which makes a huge difference in durability.

I am always happy to go to this salon for my nail and pedi. Always satisfied with the result.I always ask to Angel for doing my nail. She is just beyond of everything. I can feel that she is not just there only for earning money but she really enjoy her job and likes chatting with customers with any subject.Also Phoung is really professional for pedi. I never got hurt when she is doing for my pedi.Also Ive done my nail once with Tina. She did really good French nail for me.I always recommend this salon whenever people ask me where I do my nail.

The only place that I trusted for my nails, been going here for almost a year since I moved to Jaddaf and never disappoints. Doesn’t hurt my cuticle as well, like most places in Dubai

The best salon in town! the ladies are extremely kind, helpful and most importantly very talented. The blow dry is amazing no matter who you do it with and the nail services are always top notch. My fav spa in Dubai, highly recommended!

It was a please experience, from the moment I called and booked an appointment (lady was very friendly) to the nail specialist, Barbara, who did the design I wanted and made sure she took time to do all the steps instead of rushing it. To anyone wondering where to do their nails, in Jaddaf, go to Sass salon and ask for Barbara. Loved it!!

The salon is beautiful and clean, the women are friendly and my manicure was done perfectly! I’m very particular with my nails and the technician listened to my concerns and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely use their services again!

The worst experience of my life with their eyelash extensions. First of all their lash quality is horrible and don’t even let me get started with their glue choice. I got only one eye done and straight away it started poking my eyes and felt very heavy bad and cheap quality. So I asked them to remove it for me and I went back home with chunks of white thick glue stuck to my own lashes and was irritating my skin. I am so disappointed at their work. So please if you guys love your lashes and don’t want to damage them don’t ever do your lashes there. They will try to sell it on you by giving you all fake promises and lies but don’t fall for it like I did. I am very sensitive with my lashes and it took me so long to grow them and make them healthy for sass to ruin them completely for me.If I could give 0 stars I would.

Been coming here for doing my nails and haircut for the longest time now. I’m a very picky person in general. But this place is the place for a proper self care of any kind. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. Love them. But the only con of this place is that it’s expensive. But since I still go here regardless, I totally recommend y’all to give this place a try.

Amazing manicure ! I’ve had manicures all over the world and this was the best one I’ve ever had . So good . Had a leg massage and a full body massage too . So lovely, the massage was really really good . Really lovely girls too . I’m hard to please too and it was so good . Highly recommended . You will not be disappointed. I had Aleysha for the manicure and it’s honestly magnificent! 10 stars !!!

I have been going to this salon since over a year and Ive never gone to another salon after that. My experiences have always been so wonderful, and the services offered are absolutely excellent, ranging from nails, eyelashes, hair. All the staff are furthermore so pleasant and they ensure that you feel comfortable and are satisfied with the end results, which is exemplary behavior, as Analyn always tries to accommodate to my every need. Alisha always does such a fantastic job with my nails and always achieves what I ask for, despite how difficult nail art can be and despite me being picky. Similarly, Parinaz is so precise and skilled with her eyelash application and the extensions look absolutely amazing in the end. Last but not least, both Nawal and Layla are some of the best hairstylists out there with her effortless blowdrying and curling techniques which always look flawless. Nawal also dyed my hair and did Botox treatment for my hair which I was so extremely satisfied with. In conclusion, this salon is absolutely amazing and everyone needs to go here!

They sent me the price list ONE day before my booking which turned out they dont have the same price anymore. How unprofessional it is almost a ripoff. When I confronted to the receptionist, they said they couldnt do anything about it, nor could the manager. The manicure lasted less than 24 hours. I would stay away from this salon as far as possible. Oh none of them acknowledged or apologized for offering the wrong menu they stopped using years ago.

Many good things about this place!1) The ladies are very nice and professional; Tina did my nails and she is detail oriented.. loved her work..2) they offered tea/ coffee, which you don’t usually see in many salons in Dubai..3) the salon is well decorated and gives out a positive vibe..4) the manager is very respectful humble and attentive..5) fairly priced..6) very punctual with timeOverall experience is amazing and I would definitely go there again and recommend it 💕

I did gel nails in this salon months ago and it started peeling after a week. After sending them pictures, they told me to come to do them again. I went, they apologized and did the same again..peeling after a week.Few days ago, I wanted to give it a shot and try their hairdresser, so I asked for 2 braids. When I asked, I sent photos to make sure they knew what I wanted, so they confirmed that they knew how to do it and they booked an appointment for me. When I went there, I ended up showing the hairdresser you tube tutorial about how to make braids and even with that, she didnt know how to do it, asking me if I wanted to do waves with my hair instead 😳 so again, I wasted time!Do not get attracted by the decoration of the salon and think that it has good service !!!

Ever since I discovered Sass close to 2 years ago, I cannot imagine going anywhere else!The staff are always pleasant, professional and amazing in services carried out.Recommended for all their services all delivered with class and definitely some sass❤️❤️

I dont think I have been to a salon this beautiful first of all, and secondly I cant begin to comment on the AMAZING customer service Sass provides. From WhatsApp communication to in person, Mia was the best. I had a busier than usual day and had to shift my appointment, not only was she super accomodating, but also super understanding. As soon as I entered the salon she was so welcoming and sweet, I felt immediately at ease. Zeenat did my brows with a genius technique I have never seen before, I was SOO impressed as they transformed into a gorgeous, neat set of brows.The henna, FABULOUS. Not only was she super quick, but she was precise and did the design so beautifully. This is the only salon you should be visiting, really excited to visit them again for more services. The first thing which struck me about Sass Beauty Lounge is the decor, it’s very pleasing to the eyes. The place is owned and managed by a lovely lady who has deep knowledge and beautiful ideas. The staff is so warm and very experienced in every area of work. The place is clean and pretty. I absolutely love visiting them again and again.

The lady who does eyebrow threading does not know how to do threading. On top of that she argued with me when I gave feedback of dissatisfaction. She told me that the issue is my eyebrows that is why she just removed extra hair around which I could have done myself at home. There are flies inside which is really annoying. They use paper not even a tissue instead of cotton to apply powder on the face, scratched my skin. She removed my eye lashes while doing eyebrow threading. Only the receptionist lady was polite and emphatic apologized. Does not worth money and time at all

Not Recommended , Fake advertising.I Couldn’t find there menu with services and prices online so I texted them and asked them about prices and promotions, and then I decided to visit them. when I arrived there they gave different prices ,and they said the Promotion is not Applicable. When i booked for 25th of December they offered me 30% discount on emirates platinum on the phone and when I arrived there they said it is not included on Christmas.I decided to do the nails anyway, even though the prices was more than promised, since i was there already. They had a promotion which stated ANY MANI/PEDI gives you FREE massage. So I asked staff about it and they said you have to purchase mani pedi together.This was my first and last time visiting this Salon, just because of the fake advertising .They try to play smart on customers and find excuses not to give you promotions and discounts that they offered you before.Now It’s Clear why they dont have price lists on their page or in the store.

I have been going to the same hairdresser/stylist for the last 2 years she is one of the best! Jonah is absolutely brilliant. I love my hair, to the point where I was extra excited to go in yesterday evening, because I knew the end result would be amazing. I would recommend her always! I also went to get my eye brows done, the technician was lovely and made my eyebrows look tame again! I always come here to do my nails, i always feel fresh when leaving. From the first day I came to this salon I was amazed by how beautiful the salon looked and so clean and fresh like no other salon I had been too.Farzanna was so welcoming explaining all the products they had to offer, Dianne and Ginalyn always do a great job with my pedicure and ombré nails I always get compliments from strangers love my visits here they make me feel so nice thank you girls.

My bum got chemical burn, and i had to go to the emergency room after cause i had bad chemical burn all over my bum and back leg. Chairs for customers are cleaned with chemicals that are not skin friendly, more for bathroom cleaning. Girls do good job but experience was close to 1 star, gave 2 just cause nails were good at the end. But tbh, pedicure was painfull a bit, it was to mutch cutting of the nail on the sides.

Wonderful staff, extremely polite and professional, the work is wonderful of course but what i love most is the personal touch of proper communication with the customers, the manager comes and checks on you to make sure that you are happy, the hairstylist nawal is very good and works with passion even though she is very busy, overall i would highly recommend the whole experience.

I have been going to the beauty salon since it opened. The staff are excellent and friendly and service is very good. I tried others before it opened but after using and visiting I do not go to other beauty salons. I get great service from Barsha and Angel and would recommend the salon to everyone
