Always been an amazing experience with Kim who always does mostly of my services. I cannot trust my nails to anyone now since I tried Kim. Very friendly staff that will surely make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this salon.

Honestly the ladies were nice but the environment and hygiene were not up to par. Nail tools were shared and not sanitized. Sitting next to others with obvious skin issues made it a very scary situation for possible transmission.There are way too many customers. One person’s foot filing powder is flying next to the person squeeze in on a stool for a hair treatment. The hair washing station’s foot stool became a chair for someone else. The worse part of the experience was the lash extensions came out nothing like the picture. The lady tried to correct her mistake but it was overall a very uncomfortable and unsatisfying experience. Then they completely forgot the lash perm and couldn’t add it back on because they had started with the lash extensions that failed. They did offer a discount due to the error but it was still a lot of time wasted. The best part of the experience was the very nice hair washing skills. I do believe their strong point was the hair styling and hair washing. I usually would give less stars for the quality of the experience and the sanitary concerns but the ladies were friendly and nice. I would recommend it for a quick hair wash and styling neighborhood joint. Only. 😅

I visited this salon for the first time yesterday however I had a terrible experience with the manicurist she is not professional pulling out the dry skin even not asking if its hurtful or not causing a bleed, 2 nails got bleed and now I have difficulties of walking. Very heavy hand like she was in a rush doing such things. Very terrible experience.

I recently visited this salon for a manicure, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The technician was rough and careless, causing my nails to bleed during the process. And she will just say it’s okay! I mean my three nails is bleeding and you will just say it’s okay?!!! Instead of being attentive and gentle, they seemed rushed and uninterested in doing a proper job.Not only was the service painful, but the final result was also sloppy. My cuticles were uneven, and they don’t know how to shape a nails!!! They really don’t know how to do a manicure they just let someone do the job.I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional and safe manicure. There are plenty of other places that provide better service without the risk of injury.

I really love the services of Sea Pearl Beauty Salon the moment I first availed their VIP package, I keep coming back to them. The Chinese owner is kind and accomodating and an amazing hairdresser. I love my haircut done by her today. She also did my microblading and it is perfect! Their nail technicians and artists are also experts and they have all the nail colors you need. I also tried their Moroccan bath with massage and it was amazing, I loved it! And of course my eyelashes...so fab and lasts for 2 months.All the staff of this salon are commendable including the owner.Dont have a second thought, check them out and book your favorite beauty care service that you need.

I think my eye lash extension is being practiced! it takes 2hours to be done. Im so bored and the one who is doing my eyelash is gossiping with her collegue, im so pissed for the 2hrs of my life. Instead of relaxing while doing my eyelash the whole time im holding my patience and thinking i hope it will be done and i want to go home.I dont like the result though. My 2 hours is wasted! ughhhh till now my head is aching to the voice of the one who is doing my lashes talking to her collegue. Longest eye lash extension maker ever....!!!!

This salon has the worst service ever. I visited them for hair color. The staff who was doing my color was good but I would like to tell the owner that she is using such Cheap quality hair color that it burnt my scalp. The staff was kind and fast enough to rinse the hair color . But her colleague kept saying how many people do here nothing happens to them and that my scalp is sensitive ! Absolutely pathetic response. It was a Indian lady justifying the cheapest quality hair color.

I did my meni pedi here and the 2 girls who did this was so horrible in their job. The services are not good. The salon has alot of flies. And the worst part is they are not clean. They killed a mouse in front of us so I can say how hygenic this place is where there is a mouse worst experience and wont recommend at all

Though I never share any review for any Saloon in Dubai.but this time, I would love to share.I went to this saloon just because my friend has reffered and paid 315 for Kera Rebonding with hair color as I had white hair but I strongly feel that they damage my hair. also hairs under neck are same as before and all white hair is just same visible. I dont know what color they did but no change at all. I will never refer or suggest this saloon to anyone.

I received excellent services from sea pearl staff especially from Ms. Bibika for facial and threading & Ms. Kim for hair cutting and Washing. I received a very jovial mood. After facial massage i felt fluffy.Though i was initially confused with the reception Ms. Lily due to lack of communication the other staff members always did an outstanding job to cover up with matter by explaining to yhe customers. Though its a first time experience for me , i saw old customers coming back and requesting the staff whoserved them.My suggestion if they could appoint a proper front desk executive/s with other provitions for staff and customers the team could reach to their next level.Once again thank you unique Bibika & fabulous Kim!!!!

On a day when you are really wanting to spend some time on your body and relax in a parlor. You come here to realize you may have to learn Chinese if you want the owner to understand what you want to get done. You end up asking for an x cut you will go out with Y.Absolutely zero customer service. Customers come and wait and the staff gives you stares as if they want you out! Over priced for the services and would not recommend to anyone ..

Had a stressful day and wanted to relax. Went for a footspa, mani and pedi. Pratila is amazing she took her time to clean my nails especially the dry skin. Was so satisfied with her work. All staffs are amazing. They are so friendly, observing listening to their conversation they make suggestions on what is good/bad for you hair. I left the salon happy! Will definitely return to this salon for my next footspa! Or maybe a massage. ❤️

Few days ago I have done eyelash extensions but it will start to drop after 4 days ,I have spend 150 AED that is waste of money. Also they are taking extra money to card payment when we asking why you people charges they are like if you dont want to pay from card go to metro and take cash from ATM and give me cash, rude behaviour from staff, I didnt expected, I will never recommend to anyone for this salon.

The worst experience if it was negative marking would like to do that. They had offer of AED 49 manicure pedicure and foot spa. It gets done in half an hr when asked about footspa they said the 1 min scrub and cream they put only on the heal was foot spa like seriously thn what is pedicure jst cutting nails.The hygiene is worst saw so many cockroaches moving around entering the workimg kits
