I re-visited the salon again twice after having a bad experience to give it a second chance.Their hair oil treatment is amazing and you get a head massage with it as well. In addition to their manicure and pedicure which is very neat and they do not remove too much cuticle and they shine the nail really well with the buffer.Overall, my experience improved now and I would recommend coming here for good service and nice promotions.

I have received a message on Whatsapp saying that they will close for 7 days to starting working of the new branding, this was in AUGUST. I had a bad experience at this salon after their new branding. It smelled really strong and unpleasant, and the smell stuck to my clothes. When i entered the salon nobody greeted me, the kept staring at me quietly. There were only two workers, and one was rude. When she was doing my nails, she hurt me, and when I told her, she said the problem was with me. She then stopped and asked the other worker to continue after finishing her work. The nail service wasn’t good, and the furniture was old. I even saw mold in the corner and the place doesn’t look clean. I do not recommend this place. If there is something less than one star i would put it.the pakistani nail specialist was very kind and good but the other wasnt at all.

My first visit and I really enjoyed all the services, I usually go to Tips and Toes but now this is going to be my favorite salon, I can my hair the hair technician name Hassiba, and the Mani-Padi was done by Gypsy & Malen and I did also face Bleaching and waxing and I did my eyebrow the technician name is Jhoan, the customer services is one of the top salon here in AlBarsha, loved their hospitality and how they really spoiled the customers, they gave me 20% in total bill as for my first visit, and they also offer Esaad and Fazaa discounts

Be careful when using Groupon vouchers here. If you buy before you call them, they will refuse to accept the voucher you paid for. I brought gel mani-pedi and paid for it, they are telling me it’s only normal mani pedi (which is also listed on Groupon but for half the price). Unfortunately now I will avoid the salon before even trying it!

The worst place I’ve done my nails in so far. I have visited them many times they keep getting worse. The lady who did my hands was sick I believe but she was still there with a mask breathing heavily. My hands are a disaster as 2 days later I have so many painful ingrowns. The lady who did my feet kept hurting me as much as I told her. The employees are all in their own zone, you kind of feel like you’re in a ghetto salon. Not to mention they just kept telling each other to go get me a slipper and I was waiting. I got my slipper when I got upset and got up to leave. Never going there again🙏🏼

Top notch service, ample parking space, reasonable prices as well. Gita does an amazing job with Waxing. 🙏Highly recommend.

My favourite salon in Dubai! Having lived here for a few years and visiting many popular name salons I can honestly not fault this place. I get acrylic nails, lash extensions and gel pedicure done here and the prices are reasonable and the quality lasts. My lashes stay on for weeks and my nails never chip. The technicians are also so lovely and very welcoming. Esp Malin, Sonia and Sushma.

I went to dye my hair with my friends and it was amazing. I did balyage with toning and the result was really amazing I was so surprised! Overall I had such a great experience. The salon has positive vibes and energy when you go in. The staff and the owner are all super kind and friendly. They kept giving me compliments all over the day. They have really good packages and the pricing was great for me (as a university student). They offered free Henna as well for first time visits which I really liked. They also offered me something to drink and biscuits to eat and chocolates. I left the salon really happy honestly and I’m 100% coming back here again and bringing my mom. Also the interior decor is really nice and relaxing. I’ve had the BEST salon experience ever specially that the staff were SUPER nice and they all made my day 👏🏼

The staff of Lux Ladies Salon are truly experienced and professional which make you feel so relaxed and welcomed when visiting for any service.They have a huge choice in cool nail art with true talented nail technicians. I highly recommend Ilene of whom did an amazing job on my nails 2 months in a row with Gelish Nail Treatment. My nails lasted without damage the whole time and I do my own cleaning.The salon offers coffee, snacks and true hospitality. It is super luxurious with very affordable prices. Thanks again everyone! Best salon ever !!!! I didn’t expect the prices comparing to the quality. Hair stylist (haseeba) did my hair style . OMG it was amazing and only for 150 !!!everyone asked me at the wedding. Makeup artist was the only person who did the makeup the way I want since my wedding day !! Highly recommended, please LUX don’t change your prices. You are the one and only

Ive been to several salons in my 5 years in Dubai and this is by far the best Ive been to. It doesnt attract much on the outside but its so much bigger in the inside. The interior is nice and is very soothing. The staff are accommodating and very professional especially Ma Lynn and Gypsy.

The lady who did the face waxing was AGGRESSIVE. The waxing didn’t hurt as much as her spamming her palm and fingers into my face was.On top of that, she got wax everywhere, on my neck and clothes, and used the regular thick and sharp waxing paper, instead of any thinner face waxing version.Now have to go home and ice my face to get rid of the burn

Loved the experience at LUX ladies salon. The staff is very accommodating and tends to your needs. My hair was in a bad shape. They corrected the colour and gave me a good haircut. I am happy with the outcome. Would definitely visit again.

When a relaxing time turns into a nightmare just had the worst experience: arrived in time at my appointment for brazilian blow out and one of the girl was surprised to see me and told me that the girl supposed to do my service isnt there yet when she arrived it turned out she had another customer booked at the same time. Another women offered to do the treatment for me BUTIt didnt stop there..I had a message where the receptionist confirmed the price as well as the timing but they told me the price given in the message is wrong and that i should actually pay 3 times that price NOT A joke!I asked the price by message prior to going to be clear and see if i could afford it .. had to plan my day in advance in order to go to that appointment and left after 45 min of negotiation from their side where they would say ok we can reduce the price but then you have to buy products from us that would cost the difference and then ill end up paying the same price NONSENSEThere are so many good places in dubai and i ended up in the worst one just because location was convenient! Dont do the same mistake i did and avoid it at all costs

The way they do your nails is so unhygienic. Not to mention, I got press -on nails a few days ago and the same day I got them done TWO OF MY NAILS broke and when I contacted them about it they started blaming me for not taking care of them while they broke literally an hr after I got them done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I came to Lux salon the 13 January for manicure. During the treatment, the girl use a cuticle nippers and accidentally injured my thumb and I bled. After 2 days I start to feel pain under my thumb nail but I didnt make the connexion between the injurie and my pain. After 10 days, the injury get worst and get infected and I had to go to the doctor, who directly ask me if I recently went to a manicure, which I did. Now I need to take antibiotics for 1 week, and worst case get a small surgery to get the pus out (at my expense).I came back to Lux salon to let them know what have happen to me, and I spoke to the manager on the phone. She told me that I should have come 2 days after the manicure to complain and to show the infection if I want to complain. Even if I had done what she asked, the infection was not visible because it was cover by the nail polish.The manager made me understand that nothing was their responsibility because this situation has never happened before and all the tools are disinfected. But factually, I bled during the treatment and the nail got infected.I am especially amazed at this lack of professionalism because I have not received any compensation whatsoever.

Got polygel extensions by Mhalen and my hair cut and colored by Rawan. Thank you guys for the service, truly loved everything.Definitely recommend it!

What can I say. First off the owner Sara is the sweetest Azizam ever. She’s very polite and super caring towards her customers. The morrocan bath is excellent probably the best I ever had in Dubai by this Morrocan lady named Zahra. Overall a great spot with amazing packages and just a wonderful time.

The owner is extremely nice and down to earth. Service was top class. Very neat gellish manicure and pedicure. Looking forward for morrocan bath now. Its a must bisit to this salon on umm sequim street. Staff is very cooperative.. Sonya and Anu did a great job.. really hard working ❤️

The saloon did not respect the appointments . I booked appointment when i reached there she said i cant do for you know I have other customer and then i asked so why you booked for me she said I dont know who booked for you!!!!!!

I went for my root touch up haircut , Heena for hands, manicure and pedicure. They did a great job. Loved my Heena design and the colour 😊would definitely recommend.

Went to lux to get a haircut in october 2022 (was recommended by my aunts) and got a haircut with haseebah. absolutely loved it and i just left the salon after getting my second cut with haseebah. Amazing work. Will be back again. Thank you.

Tried to book an appointment and they completely ignored me while they were online and posting. also told me that i won a giveaway with their salon then saw someone post about how they won the giveaway and got the services which was very disappointing.
