I have actually now changed you to 1 star from 2 after your response and have also added the proof of payment! Your staff insisted even for taking cash payment instead of card that I refused. And I also have the receipt from your salon. So next time before you respond to a feedback check your stats and be mindful.***Visited Seleva Salon for a simple haircut and was quite disappointed. Paid over 100 AED for just a basic cut—nothing fancy, and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the music was way too loud, making it uncomfortable. At one point, it even sounded like there was some sort of argument going on in the background, which didn’t help the overall atmosphere. To make matters worse, they asked me to fill out a form with all my personal details, including my address, just for a haircut. It didn’t make sense at all. I won’t be returning.

The best salon in jbr Edith/Maya and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing, I did not manage to get everyone’s name but can you believe at one point there was 5 staff members attended to me, offered me a drink made sure I was comfortable, personally helped me with the colours. I was blown away by how attentive every staff member was, I went for acrylic removal but instead decided to go for infill once I was there as Edith and her staff were brilliant, she was so careful with my damaged nail and ensured I was not in any pain while she fixed my nail. And for the first time ever I went for lash extensions and Maya oh god she was so good, my lashes look perfect, not over the top just so natural and made me feel so pretty, I will definitely be coming back to this salon on my next trip to Dubai, thank you all xxx

The worst nail services u can face in Dubai. Came twice during one day first time - to make just a simple top cover for nails. Second to correct what was done - No chance. Thick undried layers first time , bumpy cover second time and when I asked just to remove everything and bring my money back , as I can’t bring my 2 hours back , owner said they should charge me twice so services are good 😂 not recommended at all…

I personally recommend Selena beauty lounge. The Staff and manager are amazing. Good price salon is very clean I’m having relaxing day when Im having my beauty appointment with them . My comfort zone in terms of my beauty day.

Seleva salon in Bahar2 JBR is a great place to enjoy a trendy haircut and a pampering manicure/pedicure. Thanks to Miss Edith and to all staff for the very good experience and high quality services.Definitetly a place to recommend if you are spending a holiday in JBR with your family.
