I cannot rate the service i received at Sera Beauty lounge, Media City more highly.Professional and very knowledgable staff meant i was completely at ease during my pampering.I was in desperate need of hair and muscle TLC and the staff did not disappoint!I love my fresh new look and i am so happy i took the recommendations from the new salon manager. Thank you Tee xI also tried a shoulder and neck massage which was amazing and i left the salon feeling totally fantastic. I will be returning, and i will be trying a longer massage next time!!Thank you Sera Beauty Lounge!

Amazing salon with a beautiful space and ambiance. The receptionist was amazing ( very good at communication), the staff are very polite and friendly plus professional. I was attended by Sara , she is soo good ,so friendly and professional, also very funny I kept smiling throughout my session. Generally the service are good and cost friendly. Thankyou definitely coming back

Wow!!!! Just had the best hair style! Very professional team with positive vibes. I felt pampered and special, and most of all I was happy with their service and approach. Definitely recommended! A special thanks to Tee, the new salon manager, she is just amazing!!!

Some times they are provisional when they dont have too many clients. But I have to say that most of clients book with one of the hair dressers so that lady gets very busy and stressed out while the other hair dressers are free.Then the mani paid there is expensive for nothing the ladies do not do polish only colour changing.The facial room is dusty and not clean.The massage lady may come and offer you massage while you are coloring your hair and sitting on the chair then the surprise that u need to pay 30 my. Massage.It was a great place 5 and 6 years ago but not any more.I have to say that they have great facial.And nice location.

This is a really nice salon. I go to see Nody and she always does a great job on my hair and understands what I need. I have been to a few salons since moving to Dubai but this is my favourite. The staff are very friendly and professional and you leave feeling pampered without spending a fortune.

Went in for a gel nail service and honestly disappointed. The nail technician is not experienced with her work, the staff are unaware on the products; overall the entire staff has an extremely limited knowledge of gel nail work, and also poor quality of execution.Lots of training to be done, huge room for improvement.

I just want to share a worst experience with Sera beauty lounge in Media city, we have some official discount.For a simple keratin treatment 4 people worked (including receptionist) on my hair and finished within 40mins due to hair stylish workload. Usually keratin takes min 2 hours to complete.Hair stylish was very confident about her long years of experience and product quality. But that didn’t work on my hair.Just after one wash my hair is back to normal , wavy, frizzy and top of that tremendous hair fall. I have paid AED-1000 with no result.I called them and book an appointment to correct the mistake. They accepted the same and called me for retouching. But hair dressers Sandra just blow dry my hair and give a big lecture on how keratin works on hair .This was the 3rd time I did keratin in my hair, so I know how hair behaves after keratin.

I started coming to Sera Beauty Lounge when my hairdresser Tee moved to work for them. The salon is very spacious and stylish and has a relaxing atmosphere. Tee has been a godsend with my blonde hair! After another lady turned my hair yellow at a different salon, I came to Tee for help. Not only was she able to fix my hair but now I often get compliments on my colour! If you’re a blonde looking for a salon in Dubai that is great with natural looking highlights, then definitely visit Sera Beauty Lounge.

I get blowdrys every week, alternating between two salons - so when I saw Sera Beauty Lounges 25 dirhams offer on Tuesdays, I decided to try it out. I booked an appointment and went after work to what turned out to be a blowdry from hell. The salon was completely empty, but two staff welcomed me and were really friendly. Another staff walked in after my hairwash was done, and she started my blowdry (dont know her name - Asian lady). She pulllled my hair with all her force throughout the entire session, and the heat setting on the blowdryer was burning hot, and still, I ended up walking out with the worst blowdry of my life! Super DRY and frizzy hair and BURNED ends! And on top of that, my entire head still needs a touch up with a straightener and its not even close to what I asked for - straight with wavy ends. Never coming back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I Love the Warm & Friendly feel & welcoming staff! I have previously had Hair, Nails & Eyebrows done and when walking away I was left feeling Fabulous & Confident once again 😊 I recently FLEW TO Dubai FROM THE UK & was not disappointed with the high level of service I received and love my new hair! Praise Praise Praise 🤩 It is a very private environment yet in a central location. Thank you ladies!!

Beautiful place and amazing staff! I went there by coincidence and I am glad I did. Had my hair done and had this amazing face and neck massage. They have also the eyelashes extension that turns out to be pretty amazing n natural look. Great and clean place!😊😊

I highly recommend going to Sera Beauty Lounge. The salon itself is very clean and organized, and includes all required equipment etc... The homeservices are brilliant too. Body waxing and mani-pedi was done at home and was pain-free and flawless. The services are extremely professional and carry all the tools necessary. Will definitely recommend visiting them.

Very bad experience of pedicure session..they put hot water from kettle for soaking feet first when I complained the water was cold..and the lady who did pedicure was asking ridiculous questions like south indians looks like this and that ..i didn’t want to mention this being a South Indian. Finally she cut my cuticle and bleeded very badly and she put nail polish on top of that..horrible experience 😓

I had a bad experience. The manicure was so unprofessional, she cut my friends finger, she didnt even bother because it was bleeding. Our nails were awful after she cleaned and put nail polish. The receptionist didnt charge us properly, we had to remind her about the services. And, we complained about the manicure, they told us that the manager would call us back, but, no one called. Bad experience.

If I could I would give zero stars.Have been there once before for a simple hair trim. Which was supposed to be AED 150. The hairdresser asked me if I want it it blow dried towhich I said yes. I thought I didnt want to leave the salon with wet hair?! I have extremely straight hair. So what was the point of a full blow dry?? I ended up with the same look as if I just dried my hair lightly. And had to pay another AED 150. Doubling my bill!Some of the staff are stroppy.So I book another day, a simple gelish removal, checked the price. AED 60 which is more than my usual. But the receptionist told me they will file my nails so I booked for the convenience of the place (i work in the building). Then, staff asked me if I wanted filed and cut so I said yes, but again, in the end they said I have to pay to extra because they were actually giving me a manicure and pedicure. What?! But I already said in the beginning, which service I came for; and that I did not want manicure and pedicure! Which was AED 119. So they wanted me to pay 119 plus 60?! This is robbery! I told the receptionist that I only wanted the gelish bail polish removed. And ended up with plain nails just filled. And paying AED 119.Grr! If I book a service, why do you ask if I want something else?If you are up selling, its definitely not working. Just feels like Im being cheated!!So, yes. Not going back ever!!!

Amazing services in Sera Salon. Excellent hairdresser and all ladies are amazing in welcoming their guests with a big smile. I highly recommend this beautiful salon with the best atmosphere and the great services.

Great service. Very professional. Beautiful salon as well. Had a 1 hour massage that was just divine as well as leg wax and eyebrow threading. Very happy with everything.

I’ve been to the IMPZ lounge and overall it’s okay, not so great. The place is not that clean but the staff are very friendly. There were only 2 ladies at the salon so it took me almost 2 hours to do a classic mani padi!

This the worst salon ever the staff are nice execpt for the very very bad manager there woman with fair hair very rude and act rude and she was trat me very bad while im a customer and spend good amount Of money eventhough the lashes was bad and she refused to fix i will not go again and i will call customer rights
