I had an amazing experience , Malou did my facial, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is very professional, took her time, and made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I especially appreciated the head massage she gave me while waiting for the facial mask – such a thoughtful touch! I highly recommend Malou and will definitely be coming back.

I went with my friend for a mani-pedi date, and had such an attentive service. They offered delicious hot or iced coffee, 4 therapists (when available) and such a calm ambiance. Highly recommend!

Visited today with my sister for Mani Pedi, the ladies are very friendly they were smiling the whole timeThe salon is clean eventhough its very small but very well maintained and organized.They have cool offers as well and to our delight it was in the entertainer.The lady who did my hands was the best her name is Malou and my sisters nail technician name is Dory and she too did a good job.Will visit again to try other services.

The salon gives the luxurious and serene vibeHigh professionalism, great customer service, maintain and monitor safety procedures, salon is clean and tidy, All staff are very respectful and helpful, good quality products and great results. I am confident to say they deliver and Manucurist Jesusa keeps my nail worries at bay🥰😌. Supervisor Rose is always helpful and always goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Serendipity is a very nice salon. I liked the vibes. Everyone is very welcoming and professional. I loved Marianna, the hairdresser who made a complete makeover of my hair from color, trim and blow dry. It made me feel fresher. The ladies who made my mani and pedicure were very nice and spot on. I hate to write a bad review. I was after a fresh set of long acrylics and to be fair Serendipity did accommodate and ensured the nail lady came in for an hours time.However, I was not warned about the prices being extortionate. Although lovely customer service and the owner was always on hand to offer a drink.The nail technician was also not trained to do designs, so I went for one colour acrylic with chrome. I don’t believe the quality of products used was great, although the technician was great at shaping and finishing. Within a day the tip fell off my thumb and within three two other nails had broken right across, ripping my natural nail off and causing them to bleed.These were the worst nails I’ve had done and I wouldn’t want to go back to pay more to get them repaired. It cost me 490AED!! Extortionate.

I visited Serendipity in the morning to get a Mani-Pedi. The location was easy to find, and there was free parking available. Jovi was my nail technician, she is professional, friendly and polite. Im extremely happy with my nails. The salon is also very clean and organized, and everyone is on time, professional, and friendly. I also liked thwt we paid before the service, so I wouldnt have to ruin my fresh nails.

I had my eyelashes lifted and a gel manicure today at Serendipity and was really surprised how nice the experience was. They were able to do both treatments at the same time and both took the time to get everything right. Overall a very relaxing experience - I will be back!

Cute place with nice service, pls add more colors of long lasting polish. Btw if you want to remove ingrown nail or long lasting polish (no gel) then you have to pay extra. First time in UAE I herd of extra charge for basic services.

It was my first time visiting Serendipity, and I had the best treatment I could get, I got pampered with a wonderful massage done my Miss Rona, hair treatment and head massage by Miss Shihara and hair styling by Miss Mariana. The three ladies were lovely and did an amazing job. Will definitely come back again

Great service and very friendly staffs. There you can find a lovely hairdresser called Marianna. She is very artistic and devoted in her work. For Nails, ask about Malou. She treats your nail with care and they grow nicely with no chips at all. I highly recommend Serendipity to try all their services.

Lovely massage experience. Rona did an amazing job for the duration of the 60 min massage. She was kind and was accommodating by asking what pressure I preferred and if I had any conditions beforehand that she should know about. 10/10 experience, would definitely come back.

Amazing place for a body massage with Rona. She is a great masseuse and uses different techniques to tackle the knots and sores in the body. Felt so light and relaxed after that.Hanan was very sweet and so welcoming. The booking process was also very smooth.Left the Salon with great happiness and definitely going back to avail more services.

PROS: The best pedicure and foot massage I ever got in Dubai, Angel and Magi are top notch, and the full body massage by Rona, with top quality oils, was an amazing experience. I had a nice hair cut before, now it looks like a kid cut my hair with kitchen scissors. -> UPDATE: Owner was very responsive and fixed the issue, which shows that it’s a great salon - thank you!

Good products were used and it was also done professionally.I did the facial with a lady named ( Malou ) who was friendly and has good experience.I also did a clean polish-free manicure with a lady named ( Jovi ) who was good and professional too.

Got my hair done here for my friend’s 40th birthday party and was so happy with the service and result! I highly recommend it. They even very kindly threw in a free makeup session when they saw me doing mine (badly! Lol) lovely staff, great owner, very professional!

My hair was ruined in this salon. It’s cut way too short and unevenly, and I left the salon looking like an heap of hay - because they couldn’t even style this mess.Under-qualified hairdressers have no idea how to cut wavy hair. No skills of doing this, no understanding. And bad English. There wasn’t even a diffuser in the salon, that’s basic tools. No appropriate hair products either. No hair clips. Why does one more person have to uselessly stand there just holding my hair? Same for the washing, that person washed my hair while the hairdresser was doing nothing whatsoever. What a waste.I had 2 hairdressers trying to fix it but they really have no clue of the consequences of what they’re doing with the hair, what it’s going to look like. You don’t just cut chunks of hair and then do the layers, when I say I want to keep my hair as long as possible! I clearly showed the desired length of the front hair.I said I want layers but I get one even length.Then the second hairdresser did the layers carelessly, just to do something, a little bit on the top, a little with the filing scissors. And still the bottom layer ended up cut in one length.In the process I was getting a lot of “oh no it’s not too short, look she just cut a little bit” I’m not blind, I saw the strands of hair falling off and then some more cutting, and some more. Trying to persuade me otherwise is gaslighting.On top of it all, while I was trying to show how to do my hair, everyone just disappeared. Walked away without saying anything. Hello? Who am I showing this to?I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the service. The ladies are all nice and sweet, especially Rose, but that’s not enough.

It was such an amazing experienced. I have had my Thalgo Facial Treatment with Malu.. She did a great job, removed blackheads, whiteheads and skin blemishes.
