Literally the worst experience I have ever had at any salon. The hair dresser did not understand anything I was saying which resulted in my hair being orange! There was no communication throughout the process. After the whole process, the customer is to be blamed for choosing the color from the catalogue as the hair dressers do not advice you or tell you about any of the outcomes. My entire shirt was soaked while my hair was washed. Wasted my time and money. Just after one wash and less than 24 hours, the color has faded and turned completely orange! I would never ever recommend this place

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I booked a blow dry with a specific stylist, but when I arrived, someone else did my hair. This person was incredibly rough with my hair and had no basic knowledge of blow drying—she even struggled with the blow dryer switches! When I asked to speak to the manager, she tried to gaslight me into believing that my hair was straight, even though it was obviously not. To make matters worse, my hair was still wet when she claimed she was ‘done.’ This place needs serious intervention. They all lack professionalism.

The hairdresser Ashley doesn’t speak proper English and performs additional services without informing you, resulting in an unexpected extra charge. You end up paying four times the price of the basic service. The management made no effort to correct this mistake caused by the hairdresser. One thing is certain: I will never set foot there again, and neither will my friends !!!!

By far the best salon and service I have found in Dubai. Brought my family visiting for blow dry they loved it! Niki is a magician with hairstyles! Highly recommend!

I have booked an appointment for hair coloring and paid a deposit ( deposit for hair color) ???? But okay it was my fault from the first place to believe they were professional. Cancelled my appointment a day before my appointment, the lady responsible of the whatsapp started speaking non sense that it was allowed to refund my payment ????? Its not like i didnt show up for my appointment i cancelled it prior !! This is un acceptable. To keep someone’s money without giving back a service is not acceptable and allowed !! This salon’s management needs intervention. Worst experience i wont even bother to do any other service there

The worst worst worst service for eyelash lift and a very ignorant manager I’ve ever seen in any saloon, first the technician put Face Toner on my eyes as a (cleanser) and she kept hurting my eyes so I asked the manager to change the girl for me , she was acting sweet saying sure as you wish then she sends the SAME girl to continue my lashes because of course my eyes are closed but I realized and asked for manager again, when I asked her why did she send the same girl her response was “because she’s the best in lash lift ” I told her no send me another girl . She sends me another girl and the girl finishes my eyelashes and once I was done I couldn’t even open my eyes of how much glue the first technician has put . I had to start to use glue removed in order to open my eyes + while paying the manager had the audacity to ask me “why I’m upset” The saloon is very bad I don’t suggest anyone to go there .

I just had a gel manicure. Very natural as I wanted. May looked after me, she is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

I visited the salon yesterday for an eyelash lifting treatment, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.First, the appointment took an excessively long time. What should have been a relatively quick procedure ended up taking 2 hours. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.Secondly, the technician who performed the eyelash lift seemed inexperienced. She struggled with the procedure and did not instill confidence in her skills. As a result, the final outcome was extremely poor. There was no noticeable difference in the appearance of my eyelashes before and after the treatment.Additionally, I failed to communicate with the technician and explain what bothered me, however she was not understanding neither arabic nor english.The lack of expertise and the excessive time taken made this experience a negative one. I hope the salon will take steps to improve their services and training for their staff.On a positive note, the Lebanese receptionist was very kind and understanding. Noticing my dissatisfaction, she provided me with a discount on the service, which I appreciated.

The salon is cozy and the lady who did my makeup was amazing and the lady who did my hair was very nice and she did the hair for me

To be honest pictures look good in Instagram. However the moment I entered the salon service was bad seems like they don’t know what to do and I showed her the picture i want to do with my hair I clearly said I don’t like light highlights but still she did it LIGHT (I was there almost 3 hours and more) when she asked me if it was fine I said no its light but she still kept it and I ignored it since I wanted to leave after staying so long. Paying 900+ is NOT WORTH IT at all. Would not recommend this salon to anyone.

To be honest even one star is too much for this salon , I had the worst experience ever , they posted hair treatment offer and I booked under the promo price unfortunately I called to cancel then they called me back and promised to extend the offer one day more for me ! Once I went there while the stylist washing my hair the manger came to asked the stylist about the price ( and obviously they already discussed it earlier since the stylist told me she knew my name and service before starting and I told her it’s under offer ) ! And I was shocked !! They doubled the price !!!! I confront her with her promise and she was embarrassed and left .The stylist was very bad doesn’t know how to deal with customers , rough with ironing and very talkative!!! Seriously will not stop talking over your head( I hate it when they give you bad commentsof your hair for the sake of buying their stuff very pathetic and cheap ) !Among all of the above , the silly thing the manger offered me a coffee only , saying they don’t have any other drinks or water to offer and I didn’t refuse lol ! Then suddenly they are offering the clients their specialty drinks and the manger roaming around with espresso on her hand ! How shameful lol !!! And yes she didn’t get me a coffee or water lol !!!Worst experience ever and wouldn’t recommend going there to anyone !!!

Very Good service I ‘ve got when Doing hair treatments package + blow dry with the best hair professional lady (Niki) also she has nice soul she treat all clients in same way with very high and good communication and customer satisfaction skills,, even her working hours finished she always stay more time with smily face ..the other service such as pedicures care and manicure is good also but they are very slow ..need to get more improvement .. wish u all the best shade ❤️🙏🏻

The lebanese manager needs to be replaced, shes very childish & useless. i did hair protein with them & heard that they mix their protein products with water but didnt believe it until i tried! its true their protein doesnt even last 3 weeks!!! and its supposed to last for 6 months. do not try this salon products are mixed with water & the staff are horrible

I don’t understand how is this a ladies saloon and the inside is only covered with a curtain that is half of the time not even closed where men pass by every few minutes and when you ask them to close it they don’t listen. Hair service is ok but they need to learn how to deal with different hair types + fix the hair stylist attitude

First time in this salon and i’m happy with my experience. I did a layers cut and a blowout it turned out beautiful, shoutout to Nikki she’s the best.

My friend warned me not to go here, but I went anyway despite her opinion. She told me that they burned her scalp when doing her blowout, after coming home I realised there was a red spot on my head with less hair. That’s when I found out they had literally burned my hair, the worst part was that the burn wasn’t even worth the blowout. The blowout was so bad I had to do it myself when I got home.

A professional scammer!!!!!!!!!! 🚫❌when I wanted to make an appointment, I asked the price of everything over the phone, and they told me that they have a discount for hand and foot polish, 140 dirhams. When I went there, I asked them again what the price was, they said 147 dirhams, I said that you said something else on the phone, they said that the price we gave you was without VAT, I asked for the removal , and they said we do not charge you for the removal. I’m trying to say that I asked for everything to make sure they wouldn’t charge me extra.The quality of their work was very, very bad and I was dissatisfied with everything except the this lady who was doing my foot Zhazha, she was nice and she did good job with my foot.When I finished my nails and wanted to pay, they told me that I have to pay 200 dirhams,!!!!!!!!!! ❌and I wondered why? They said that because we cut your nails, and I said that you should have told me before that you charge for the cut!!!In the end, I had to pay 200 dirhams. Never never never try this salon!!!!!All they want is money, not to the satisfaction of the customer, just MONEY!

I had my hair keratin treatment, it wasn’t as expected and it ruined my hair color. Plus would have appreciated it if it had been done properly my hair is still largely remains the same for part and other other part is treated. I am not sure about the quality of the product. Also, I booked my appointment at 1 and the technician came at 1:20.

UTTERLY disgusting first of all they do not know how to follow simple hair cut instructions i told them to cut 2 INCHES below my bangs the clearly cut 1cm below my bangs to add on they made my hair so short it’s like a boys hair the salon makes u wait 29 min they don’t offer water,coffe,juice NOTHING very bad and i don’t recommend

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! do not ever go to this salon! Receptionist is very arrogant and their technicians are the worst I have used in dubai. I did mani pedi and blow dry with them and had to go right away to another salon to fix what they did. They made my nails bleed and my hair was literally burnt not blow dried.

No doubt nail artist from Vietnam are top notch and they know what they are doing, super happy with the nail service but for hair please consult someone who knows english as my long thick nice hair was ruined by hairstylist who was Morrocan I don’t remember her name after showing her pic the way i wanted to be styled she literally made it short and with only two layers as I specifically explained and showed that i wanted more layers even she made my hair small she couldn’t add more layers and she kept insisting it’s there it was really waste of time and money such a disappointment, really unhappy with the result.

Nice service… once you get it. I tried coming twice and both times I have had to wait. I am currently waiting for a blow dry which they said was a 15 minute wait for one person. I have been sitting here for literally half an hour, waiting for like, three people. It’s a nice salon, but they’re very misleading.

A really bad experience, nothing was managed we have booked an appointment at 12:30 and it was for two and then everything was messed up a lady that is not related to nails she was related hair styles did my nails, and we payed money for no reason, it was a really bad experience cutting and filling with color took 1 hour and 30 minutes. My appointment at 12:30 and I was sitting for my turn and a lady her appointment was 12:45 literally they told me to get up and they let the lady to sit instead of my turn ???? Terrible experience. Booked an appointment for 3pm, waited until 3:15 and when I approached them, they said I have to wait until 4pm for my service. They wouldn’t have even approached me to tell me they were running late, neither did they inform me before.

One of the worst experiences ever, I called ahead of time to book an appointment and specifically asked if the accessories available on their Instagram were available in the store and the manager confirmed to me that they have them. On the day of my appointment I showed the hairstylist the design I want and I was shocked when she told me that this specific accessory wasn’t available. Keep in mind my whole look was planned with this hair style in mind. The manager came and she tried to make it seem as if it was my fault. I told her you can’t tell people you have stock of everything if in fact you don’t have stock of everything. This branch is quite far from my home and I wouldn’t have come if it was not for this specific hairstyle. Instead of just apologizing from the start she kept making excuses and told me she’ll make it up to me next time. I didn’t want to lie and told her honestly there won’t be a next time. She then had the audacity to tell me “wow so u just cut off people like that so easily from your life”. So now you wasted my time and energy, during Ramadan might I add, and then took the liberty to judge my character, and you still expect me to come again. What a joke! She then told me choose whatever other design and show us the picture we’ll make it for you. When I chose something else, the hairstylist said I can’t make it for you because we don’t have the hair tool for it :)Twice you confirm to me something you can’t deliver. Completely unprofessional. Never coming here again.

Very bad, I went today for a gel manicure and pedicure.They dont know how to do a classic French, I left paying 309 Aed for 2 layers of gel and a top, which were also not homogeneous. The Filipino girl tried to do the French white stripe 4 times and I didnt get tired of leaving it as it is. And I leftOn the phone when I made the appointment I specified that I wanted French.He could have told me without any problems that they dont know how to do the French in this salon and I wouldnt have goneAs soon as I arrived no one asked me if I wanted water or coffee.No reception.I stopped the girl with the broom in her hand and I asked for water, after 20 minutes of sitting for a coffee I asked the Filipino girl who was doing my manicure.The feet were not cleaned at all, just the cuticles and thats it, underneath no, under the nails no, the skin was dead and 50% clean. Alone .Nobody apologized for this, and the girl at the reception told me to come another day because there is a beautician in the salon who has never received complaints and she knows how to do French.I replied that I dont think so.But it was very simple to tell me on the phone beforehand that the only girl who knows how to do French isnt working today and I wasnt going.Then again, French is a banality if you are truly a beautician
