Wonderful staff and amazing service.😍I had done facial, hair cut, hair protein treatment and highlights also.My hairstylist was fantastic and both of the girls has done the job with full patience. Trust me it was my most satisfactory experience till date♥️I recommend this salon to anyone who wants to come out happy, relaxed and smiling. Thank you.👍🏻

Worst service. Staffs are very unprofessional. My wife has done Keratin and it didn’t even lasted a month. They have charged 450 aed and it was not even looking good after 3-4 days of the treatment. I tried speaking with them and they did again a head wash and a blow dry after 3 days but was the same after the next morning .i again called them a month after and they said a month has passed and i have to pay another 450 aed again. The product they are using is worst. 0/10!!!

“Disappointed with the Service”I had high expectations when visiting but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I received was rushed and did not meet the quality I was promised. Overall, I felt that the experience didn’t justify the cost, and there was a lack of customer care. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of their service.

All staff are wonderful and friendly. When coming here feels like coming catch up with friends. Whenever I do my eyebrow everyone ask about it. Must say the way amber does it no one else can do it.Before doing pedicure was so scary and painful thought for me because of my previous experience but since seema( aseema) does it she know what is my need and concern.Kiran the way she does the massage my god it’s so difficult to hold my sleep ( so relaxing and comfortable).Total it’s a wonderful place to give pamper yourself and to hangout.

The staffs Amber ,Seema, Kiran and Priya all of them are very Good in giving beauty service ,I feel this is the best parlour in the muhaisanah 4 area , I cant find any other salons here with best customer service .I have been visiting here since 2022 and have recommended my friends too .They have all types of beauty service at affordable.costs .Thank you Guys Soo muchIts worth coming to you guys for this ❤️

My personal experience with shamina ladies salon is genuinely very satisfying. I did my hair protein treatment from here and I am completely in love with the result. All the staff members were so professional and friendly at the same time But I would especially like I would highly recommend you all to visit Shamina Akther ladies salon. ❤️

Highly unprofessional staffs. I went for waxing, they were in hurry to close the shop and two people did waxing for my hands. The wax was super hot and they did not bother to even ask me whether the temperature was fine or not. After finishing waxing, all saloons ask to check and confirm that the waxing is clean and nothing is left out. They did not ask me to check and directly applied the oil after they finished. The thread they used for threading eyebrows was too thin and pain like hell. when I asked for a replaced thicker thread they told that they use the same for all their customers and my skin is sensitive thats y it hurts more. I wanted to do a pedicure also but after all this, I didnt want to do one more service from them. Just paid the money and ran out.

I did my hair cut today (10/01/2024) front layer and back side trim and little layer , after cutting hair staff told they will do setting only front side ( hair cut 60dhs ) I paid and back side setting they are asking additional charge of 80 dhs 😡😡first time I’m facing like this in Dubai , after hair cut all saloon does full hair settings, when I asked staff regarding additional charge they said electricity bill is more here “ so full hair additional charge madam “

Very unprofessional werent paying attention to what they were doing . I got a haircut and the staff was talking and laughing with another customer and not concentrating in what she was doing she cut my hair rlly bad the ends are split now becuz of her haircut .
