Yesterday I went to the salon at 9:40 PM and it was closing time ~10 PM. I wanted Meni and Pedi, any other salon will say no.. but this salon said yes and the ladies who did for me were absolutely amazing and friendly! I was extremely happy of the service and how fast they managed to do my nails in 30 mins! Thank you ladies! I don’t remember the names but I had to share a review! Hello,I was told that I can File a complaint through your instagram page.I had a very unfortunate incident in your salon , Al Dhait branch today.Unfortunately, your employee Lelina totally messed up my hair.I asked for a simple hair cut. But she ruined my hair with uneven layers.The two sides of my hair were not identical. One side was very visible that it’s shorter.I kept telling her that I can see that the 2 sides were not identical. But she kept asking arguing with me.Anyway, may I know what steps can I take it based on this incident?Thank you

I recently visited this salon and had a fantastic experience. Kresti is a master at coloring and hair treatments, and I couldnt be happier with the results. Padi and Mancur did a great job as well. Padi, with Fatma, was particularly impressive; she was perfect in every way. Although I cant recall the name of the nail technician, I was pleased with the overall professionalism of the entire staff. I highly recommend this salon for their expertise and excellent service!

I had my nails done and my hair cut. Their work was good, but not perfect. Frankly, the method of cutting the hair was not good and the result was not completely satisfactory, and the nails were not the best thing.

A beautiful and tidy salon. I had my hair done by a Moroccan girl named Ghazal. Her work is amazing. She did a treatment for my hair and a massage that was nice. She had a hair dye and a hairdryer. Her hands were light and the color was nice. She received it in her hands.
