I always go to this saloon for Madero Massage (with Lyn) cuz I purchased 10 sessions for it which is I always had great massage. Their madero massage is super. But today I tried normal manicure and it was really good results. Shella did good job for my nails fingers. I love it

I discovered the salon through Instagram and decided to visit because of its convenience and an interesting four hands offer, plus I needed to find a salon where Slavic technicians would do the manicure and pedicure l.First of all, when I booked, I clearly specified that I needed a Slavic technician, someone from Russia, Ukraine, or Belarus. The receptionist confirmed that they had girls from those countries and immediately booked me for a four hands session. The offer included a discount, and I also liked the fact that they offered a 10-minute foot massage and a scrub.The Russian combo offer, to be honest, is not cheap compared to other salons, costing 380 AED.My impressions: as a new visitor, when I stepped through the door, nobody smiled at me, nobody said hello. Or welcome at least” The technicians were sitting in the room, all on their phones, with discontented faces. A Filipino girl at the reception, without a smile or greeting, sarcastically said my name, without even showing me where to sit or go, or who my technicians would be.When I started looking around the room myself to find the technician, a girl technician (not Slavic, which was a crucial aspect of my visit, btw both of them, pedicurist as well) beckoned me with her finger. She greeted me briefly and sadly, without even disinfecting her and mine hands, and started asking what kind of manicure I wanted. I showed her and explained that I wanted to keep a round shape, to which she argued that it was a soft square. To avoid conflict, I told her to just do it however she thought best. My nails were originally perfectly round, no squares. I don’t like arguing, but honestly, I was already upset by the unfriendly attitude from the technicians and the reception. Later, the pedicure technician approached, didnt nod or say hello, just sat down and started removing the polish from my nails without even asking what to do with the shape, etc. My feet werent disinfected either. There was a small foot basin nearby above the table , which was in a horrible dirty condition. The technician started cleaning it in front of me, simply washing away the dirt from previous clients with a small stream of water. Complete lack of hygiene. The ultraviolet lamps were all dirty and dusty, as were the tools.The technicians were clearly in a hurry, so there wasn’t a second for me to look at the polish palettes, but they kept rushing me, asking if I had already chosen a color, even though my hands were constantly being moved. I asked, How can I choose a polish if you dont give me the chance?Moreover, I wasn’t even offered a glass of water or coffee. Yet the manicure technicians across from me (Filipino) offered it to another client, which felt awkward and unpleasant.I didn’t like my nails, but there wasn’t time to redo them as I had a flight the same day. When the pedicure technician finished, she left without saying a word, not even asking if I liked the pedicure. Fine, I kept quiet, assuming she was in a hurry, as it was lunchtime. The service was supposed to include a 10-minute massage and scrub, but it wasn’t fully provided; no one did the massage, and I won’t even mention the scrub.The manicure technician finished, and I went to the reception to pay. The receptionist pretended I wasn’t standing in front of her and started making instant noodles in front of the me. I objected and asked if she could make her noodles later, to which I got a smirk, a rather unpleasantThen they told me the price would be 100 AED more, and that the removal of the old polish wasn’t included, even though there was a price list at the reception showing what was included. They misled me about the price and asked me to pay much more than was due. I showed them the price list and asked how it was possible that the staff themselves weren’t aware of what was included in the service (Russian combo, the removal of old polish was included)!Another girl came over and said the first one was mistaken.Technicians: BEGIMAI – FOR HANDSAIKA – FOR FEET

Lynn is a great endosphere and Madero therapist, she and Jenn from reception they are both such beautiful girls. Anyone looking for a place for a bit of TLC I totally recommend SHE BEAUTYThey also have the best Russian manicure nail therapists.

I havent tried other services which is why i cant say much but for people who work in the same building as the salon you can get a great discount for all there services. Coming always as this is my neighborhood salon. I always go to the Russian speaking masters for me nails to Begimai and Aika. I love it. They are doing both machine and classic manicure and pedicure. The quality is top as usual and the service is fast.Separate thanks to Begimai, she is my favorite master. I don’t know what I would do without her in Dubai.

I don’t know why there are good reviews of this salon? I tried it once and I had an awful experience, gave them a second chance thinking maybe it was a one off and the second time was also horrible!- Never on time - running extremely late with appointments.- quality of the nails are terrible and they take a very long time.- Unorganised, getting appointments wrong and not booking them correctly.- no hospitality considering they aren’t cheap. Wasn’t offered even water after 3 hours.Very bad overall and I won’t be returning.

Was super disappointed. The nail technicians keep leaving and resigning from the salon, I also purchased a package of massages and was never informed of an expiry date until they suddenly cancelled it.I tried contacting them but had no answer for more than two weeks... Ive sent them the screenshots and now no reply.Unfortunately I dont think I can go back to them and I dont recommend anyone to go there.Hoping to get a resolution soon.

Where do I start?I think they have ruined my nails. I have photos of my nail bed looking blue in colour after removing the gelish.Hygiene in the place was not good. They use tools that are old and used up.I asked for gelish but when I went to another salon removing it, I was told that there was hard gel as a base; something I didnt ask for in SHE, nor was I informed. I wanted GELISH!The Sunday Discount 😰”30% on all services”Well, combo mani pedi price is little cheaper than each one separately (as most places offer that), I was charged as if I used the services separately,then given the discount.

I booked for a facial. Waited one hour because the facial rooms were both is use. The receptionist and beautician were both apologetic but I was very upset as this was a waste of my time on a public holiday - once I had the facial it seemed very rush, the rooms are not closed so you can hear everything happening in the salon, the basin is outside so the beautician has to leave every two minutes to change the water , the hydrafacial is not actually the original hydrafacial - so I was a bit disappointed on leaving. :(

Finally I found a nice nail salon I can pamper myself. its been 2 weeks and nails are still looking great. beauticians skill is outstanding inside not have to worry while getting nails done. purchased a package to go back.

I visited today for the first time and unfortunately will not visit again.I paid extra money in order to have the Russian speaking girls as they advertise, I ended up with a girl that did not know a word in Russian.They advertise that they provide 10 minutes Massage for pedicure, I did not get even one minute.I spent 2.30hr in the salon, and they did not even offer a water, not even saying about tea or coffee.Spent 400 and for mani pedi, with all the mentioned above it is unacceptable. Why do you advertise things on social media if you are not implementing them?I visited the salon today for the first time and it will be the last.They advertise manicures and pedicures with Russian girls, so that’s what I went for and paid an additional amount. One of the girls didn’t know one word in Russian.On Instagram it is written that they have a massage for 10 minutes during the service, I didn’t even remember any massage.I sat in the salon for 2.5 hours, they didn’t even offer me water, not to mention even tea or coffee as required in all salons.I paid 400 dirhams for this experience, it is very unfortunate that you treat your clients this way and that you give false information. Its not even about the massage or the tea, its about how you treat your clients.

I came to the good master Asil for the first time, everything was fine, although I hurt myself and it was a little painful for me. Less than a week passed, and Yasnov came to the master because her nail had fallen off. It was free under warranty. I started doing and experimenting with one nail. She took other materials and ruined my nail, it turned out to be the wrong color and the shape was not even. It was different and looked cheap. I do not recommend going to this salon. Because you pay well and then they will experiment on you with low-quality materials.

The most terrible manicure in my life. Never go here!!!I didn’t expect that manicures were done so badly somewhere else. It looks like a normal salon and a normal price, but the services provided are disgusting. The skin is all bitten, the varnish lies unevenly, with bubbles. I spent 1.5 hours on a terrible job. I asked about the price - 300 dirhams for a Russian manicure and pedicure. At the exit it turned out to be 370))) there is an additional payment, here there is an additional payment, but no one warned about this in advance. The result is 370 dirhams and 1.5 hours of time thrown into the trash. Just terrible.Masters Aika and Begi.I terribly regretted coming.

I visited this salon twice for a procedure - a hardware manicure with gel polish coating (master Aika).Pros:1) the service was provided within 2 hours 👌2)we treated you to delicious coffee 👌3)manicure done carefully 👌4) even my husband checked out the nails 👌5) master Aika is a very sweet, pleasant girl to talk to 👌Cons:1) uncomfortable table, nowhere to put your legs, I had to sit sideways, which is also uncomfortable, and the master also has to adapt to the client’s arm, which is stretched not directly towards her, but from the side 🤷‍♀️. This table looks more like a bar table.

Nice salon, friendly stylists! I had a manicure from master Begimai, everything was great, I was very pleased, the manicure lasted great. Now a regular customer!

I liked the salon, I get my nails done by Melika because she does machine manicures. Quite neat and very friendly. Cozy atmosphere.
