She style ladies salon

The ladies there are very friendly and nice however the material is average. I did classic manicure and it started to peel off after 2 days. Also, i did wavy hair styling before and It was open up once I get home.

Small ladies salon in Silicon Oasis but they have all imaginable services 😍 I started frequenting this place since 2021, and the service level never came down ! They always have better materials, better services and better offers 🤩Twice a year I do protein treatment for my hair, and its the best thing ever, the lady who does it for me (Aisha) has the most magical hands ever 😍 quick yet gentle, and my hair is always looking health and shiny.They always have different offers and discounts, check whats the latest when you book 😉

Very good service for pedicure and hair treatments. I really like pedicure with Veronica and keep going back to her. Shes very sweet and gentle. Hair washing and haircuts are also good. Prices are super competitive and they are always running promotions 👌

Did Gellish manicure from this Salon on 17th July, and it fell off today (20th July) Very disappointed with the service, it took almost 2 hours to finish just gellish mani and it stayed for just 4 days only. Total waste of money and time.

My girlfriend got gel extensions for her nails for the second time at a disappointing salon. The first time, the gel started coming off in less than two weeks. She spoke to the salon manager, but received no response or apology regarding the poor quality of materials used. Two weeks ago, she gave them another chance because the salon is conveniently located in her building. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again. When she called the salon to complain and request removal of the gel, instead of an apology, they charged her 50 AED.I find this level of service unacceptable. Gel extensions should last for at least a month without coming off, as they did when she visited higher-quality salons. This will be the last time she visits this salon.Im writing this second review because I couldnt respond to your previous reply. Firstly, please focus on my feedback rather than who wrote it. My main concern is the quality of the materials used. Weve had numerous nail extensions done at other salons without issue, but at yours, they came off in less than two weeks. Despite raising this with the manager the first time it happened, nothing was done, and now its happened again. If you look at other reviews, youll see many customers have had similar bad experiences with your nail extension service. When we spend money, we expect good quality service. We wont be returning to your salon. If you want to improve your nail extension service, its up to you to address these issues.

Once, I requested a gel extension, but the nail technician gave me acrylic overlay without even asking if I preferred gel or acrylic. After only ten days, it started deteriorating from the roots, looking completely deformed, and one nail even came off entirely. When I went back to have the acrylic removed, instead of apologizing, she blamed me and was disrespectful, saying my nails were bad. Ive been doing this for years without any damage to my nails. This isnt the first time Ive experienced poor treatment from this nail technician.And she charged me 50 dirhams to remove the acrylic. After I got home, she called me again to say there was a mistake in the calculation and that I needed to pay 100 dirhams instead of 50! How rude.

The salon’s owner offered repeating my Gel nail polish after it peeled for free. Though there was no available appointment during that day, she managed to find me a space between other clients.Ask about Sana for massage service.I will definitely come back for other services.

Great prices.Services are pretty standard. Waxing is good. Got a hair cut and wash and it was great! They only have 1 tiny room for waxing/massages.Parking is a little difficult, they have parking in the building but someone has to come open it and theres a very limited number of spots. Otherwise you have to park a little further away and its a 3-5 min walk

Personally, I had an appointment the same day.Cons:I called to refresh an ombre they tell me « Yes sure, we do»Finally, they makeup for their mistakes 2 times. First time hairs were white, second time they were green!Time announced was 2 hours but finally took 5 hours!My wife cried because of the disaster result.Clearly, they don’t understand the objective.Even if you show videos of professional and pictures of colors, technics and final result expected.They simply say “Yes ma’am, don’t worry, we know our job ».As mentioned somehow, they don’t know how to do an ombre!This shop have 15 to 20 years back in technics compared to France (from were I’m from) and also have some serious lack of experience.They only do « highlights », like in the past.For the payment, my wife paid 554dhr.I talk +40 min to manager. She explained the 300dhr (bypassing Groupon) + 150 for the haircare. But initially, they asked for 700dhr. Finally they took 554dhs but 300+150 is not that price.Manager came from Sharjah to talk to my wife and went back home to take vacation instead of reading the situation and stay to do her job.The responsibility is clearly deported.Why opening a shop if it’s not for costumer care and satisfaction?Not enough experience and skills to anticipate time and price and work to do.Make unskilled people work and train on your head.If you go for an ombre, I don’t recommend.ManagerS don’t put themself in costumer’s place. Extreme lack of empathy. If you wanna take revenge on someone. Advice this place.Also, be aware of only 5 stars ratting score comment. It’s like paid comments.Last but not least, they abused of my wife’s kindness, naivety and patience. Manipulation over manipulation.If your are human, don’t go over there, they are not like you. Time & money wasted.

Widad the owner is attentive to details, she comes to each customer to ask if she needs anything. Pia at the reception is very friendly and lovely. Sara who did the hair color for me is very professional and fast. I got the color I want from the first time. Hair coloring on Groupon is at reasonable price for the quality of service you get.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, The experience was horrible and traumatizing to say the least.I went to get my hair blow dried, the staff member who did it made sure I suffer through and after the experience she was intentionally hitting me with the brush and pulling hard at my hair, I kept telling her to go easy on me but she was too busy talking on the phone thanks to her Im now left with burnt hair and a serious headache.I demanded to see a manger/owner before paying and they refused so I also refused to pay before meeting with her because I thought she should know what kind of people shes been hiring.Little do I know that the owner herself was as impolite and unprofessional as her staff, she came yelling and cussing at me without explanation accusing me of not wanting to pay.This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a beauty salon, 0 mannerism the rude staff the awful service and the amount of unprofessionalism made it very horrible and unforgivable to me.Now, I understand why theyre always begging and desperate for customers.

I went to remove my gel nails two days ago , the lady told me i have to pay 100 Aed for acrylic, ( it was gel but she was arguing about its not and after all she said its the same price ) which i found its too expensive after the service i got . the lady was not professional at all , my nails were on fire i told her too many times it hurts and its broken but she was not listening, it tooks for ever to remove it .I asked too many salons because it was my first time in dubai ,but i found out that i paid almost triple the price , overpriced for poor service
