My favorite place to be and super salon! I tried Morrocan bath with Fatima. She is amazing! She has very approachable attitude and cared for me, as it was my first time trying the Morrocan bath experience! She is the best asset to this salon!I would like to mention Rihana she does a great massage and Mani/Ped, she has very nice hands! I recommend and I come twice a month.

This place is amazing, they really know what theyre doing when it comes your hair. I had a horrible bleach experience in a previous salon and Sheira fixed it, I love cutting my hair their Sarah is the best. They literally do an amazing job and treat you well definitely worth the money. 💖

Just had my first appointment here at Sheira Beauty and loved every bit of my experience with all the staff. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. Did my hair Balayage with Touria and she perfectly knew what she is doing , I love how my hair came out! I got a gel mani and pedi as well, My nail tech did my nails amazing. They took their time and treated me very well, Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this place. they were all great at their job! Definitely recommend coming here. Took up a pedicure package and it was really nice. The lady who did my pedicure was super sweet and always gave me advice on how to go about caring for my aching heels and brittle toe nails.4 stars because of how ugly it is to get an appointment booked. I booked twice for appointments, was told I was booked in, arrived on the day and time I booked and was told that I didn’t have a booking. Absolutely annoying and disappointing considering I was traveling over 40 minutes just to get there for a pedicure.Otherwise the service is really good.

Sheira Beauty & Ladies Nail Spa is such a must go Spa. I highly recommend them as their service is excellent. From a welcoming smile of the reception staff down to each individual staff whose very accommodating and very friendly. Special mention to Mona for her amazing service from foot spa, pedicure to facial and body massage - she never stop to amaze me and am so lucky to have got her. I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment. I had a 1 hour service. They rejected the 1 hour service. So I said I would do the half hour service. I had 1 task to do for work so I mentioned I would do the treatment from 10 30 - 11. A member of staff who used to be very friendly before started arguing and shouting at me to why we are not starting immediately. I mentioned the reason to her. She then started blaming me that I am shouting in her salon! We come to the salon to relax not to have arguments.

I have a membership in the Sheira Beauty & Ladies Nail Spa. Professionals and just nice girls work here))) I did a pedicure, manicure and massage more than once. I can say that I have a good experience. Very responsive and fast administrator. The massage specialist Mona just brightens me up after a hard day at work. I highly recommend this salon. Good quality and reasonable prices.

Highly recommend for moroccan bath. Fatema does a great job. I have been regularly going to her for the past few years. Soothing and hygienic ambience, perfect for some relaxation. I would recommend a full body massage after the bath 🥹 can’t wait to go again ❤️

Nice experience! Amazing massage... they also have a 50% discount on all services as a membership. My favorite is Iman, who takes so good care of my long hair. I have never seen someone brushing my hair with so much softness and precautions. She is the type of girls mother and she love working in the salon. I would like to leave a comments for my favorite salon in Dubai , I had many kind of experiences since I leave in this country and I never been disappointed from this places they really give u personal treat.Many people read bunch of reviews before deciding which beauty salon worth to go for , my sincere advice don’t think , they really do good job and they are so honest ,and they have yes many offers amazing as well.I bring my kids they don’t have entertainment there but still manage to take care of them without playing ground , they will for examples let them do painting or give them some services for free. Really this salon I can’t change it.

Came across this salon on Groupon as I was looking to fix my hair. I did a Brazilian Keratin treatment with a haircut deal.Sara did the service for me and I found her to be very nice and accommodating. She was very thorough with the process. Even gave recommendations on how to prolong the effects of the treatment like what products should be used at home.Annie at the reception was very friendly too.I am aware of the painstaking procedure to end up with good results so overall, I was happy with how my hair looked and hoping to maintain it this way.Just a note to make sure everyone reads the T&Cs and be ready to inquire beforehand about any additional costs to bear. My hair is short to medium length and it is not thick so I had to pay the minimum addition.For the service and results, I am satisfied.Would I say if it was a value for my money?I might have paid almost the same amount even without the voucher.Still, my experience was pleasant.Thank you, ladies!!

I cannot stop raving about this place! Two of my friends had recommended this place when I moved to Mamzar, and since then it has been my go to place. There are so many good things about this place.- To begin with, they are opened from 9 am to 12 am, which makes it so convenient for a working mum like myself.-The parlor is neat and clean-There are ample number of experienced staffs to attend you. For me this is fairly important as I usually get multiple services on the same day and I hate waiting btw services for the staffs to be available.-Talking about multiple services, they have a lot of amazing, affordable and flexible packages. Unlike a lot of other parlors they use well renowned products even on the packages - which is great!Last week I happened to do my eyebrows, hair cut color (balayage), kerastase hair treatment, curly blow dry, head massage, Moroccan bath, full body massage, manicure and pedicure with gelish extensions, waxing, talgo facial all for 1000 dhs; which I felt like a pretty good deal considering most of the places would charge 700 dhs for just a balayage hair color and hair cut.- They do nails very well and has a very good collection of nails products. Thanks to Annie for doing my nails so well.- Fathima does an amazing job when it comes to Moroccan bath.- Sara is really good with hair, she was extremely patient and very sweet. She hears you out well. I had never coloured my hair and was very skeptical but she helped me get exactly what I wanted. Cant thank you enough dear!- Both Mona and Julia are amazing masseuses! They do their magic so well to relax your body!Thanks Sheira!

I came for a body massage n for acrylic refills. Enjoyed my service thoroughly. The service staff are professional. Faced an issue with an add on service pricing. The receptionist didn’t seem to understand the issue. Sheira the owner of the salon was kind enough to attend to the issue. She was humble and was guinely interested in sorting the issue!!

This Salon is located inside the premises of the Move n pick hotel at Mamzar. Quite easy to find and ample parking available outside. Its a very well maintained salon, hygienic and beautiful interiors. All the are bit expensive in terms of the services provided. They have all facilities including Moroccan bath which is AWESOME. The staff is friendly but of course like all the other salons the regular customers are given more preference which is fine. Overall a very good salon with top notch quality. Must try and must visit

I have been coming to Sheira Beauty for 4 years now and have throughly enjoyed the service. It has been a great experience and the staff are very friendly and always make sure I get what I ask for. I drive all the way from downtown to come here which is a 30 minute drive as ghe services are so good. The prices are great and I highly reccommend this salon to everyone.

I am going to share my overall experience.👉🏼 1000/10 for the nails as I loved them! Mary was so professional and did a wonderful job! Thank you so much mary for the beautiful nails😍👉🏼 I would rate 4/10 for the lashes as they are not what I wanted. They are so short and NOT what I asked for. I clearly said I want long volume lashes, and the girl didnt listen to me and did what she thinks is right without listening to what I want. They are short to the point where they are the same length as my natural eyelashes, I would not recommend for people who want “VOLUME” lashes, would totally recommend it to people who want very light effect.👉🏼 Third, the manager’s behaviour is very disrespectful. A miss communication happened over the phone with one of the staff (she informed me about a service where its included in the voucher and it wasnt) the manager was standing next to me and she didnt apologise or even speak to me, all she did was act like I was not there(totally ignoring me) without apologising for the false information provided over the phone by one of her employees. Instead, she said to them in a loud voice infront of me “no no she is not allowed to do this service”. Clearly this isnt a proper way to treat clients, if you’re the owner and you’re seeing this, I think you should reconsider the manager for her behaviour.

The place is clean. All staff are friendly, professional and attentive. I did foot massage one week ago and it was worth to pay. Today, I did Pedicures and Morrocan bath. There are many nail polish color to select. I felt skin soften and refreshed after the Morrocan bath. Membership package is worth to buy.

I don’t know where all these good reviews are coming from. I purchased the package “pedicure and 75 minutes reflexology”, unfortunately it was such a disaster that I don’t even know where to start. I wish I would have saved my time and money instead of going there. The appointment started15 minutes late, the lady was not friendly at all, she started the timer for reflexology when she started the pedicure and took such a long time that I only got 30 minutes reflexology instead of the 75 minutes I paid for. And the pedicure didn’t include colour, that would have been extra. She was rough during the pedicure, cut my skin and I could barely feel anything during the “reflexology” because there was no pressure. You cannot call a very simple, downright bad foot massage “reflexology”. The salon is unprofessional and it was a disappointment to say the least. When I raised my concern, the way they dealt with it just made it worse.

Fatima who provides the Moroccan Bath services is simply the best. She is very kind and sweetheart, u feel safe with her. I definitely recommend her services, hands on she is amazing 👏

The groupon deal is a scam. I wasted my time and money to go there just for them to tell me I need to pay them 3x the amount to get the keratine straightning service I already purchased. My hair is a short shoulder length bob. Im very disappointed and feel tricked as my time and money was wasted, paying for taxi for nothing after I bought a voucher.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the saloon. I took the groupon deal for the 1hr foot massage and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly yet professional approach. The service they provide is very very good even if you are not paying full price. The staff have a very caring, sincere and committed attitude. And Maria has magic fingers! I went to the salon for a haircut and all i can say is that it was the worst experience Ive ever had. The lady who cut my hair had short hair herself and i was assured that she knows what she was doing.She is so rough with washing your hair, just used shampoo, didnt bother to put conditioner.I asked for a trim, just a straight bob to let my hair grow out and this woman was so happy to chop my hair off, it is uneaven and not at all what i asked for... Too short and the left side is shorter than the right. Didnt thin the hair so i have thick patches. Didnt use heat protection spray or cream to style it and had the nerve to put hair spray without asking if i wanted it.

I had a terrible experience. I bought a package of 6 massage sessions a while back. I used only 2 and they told me the place was sold to a new owner, so the package is no longer valid. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have only tried there foot massage by carol and because i went after 10.30 pm there was no disturbance, the foot massage is given on the same place where pedicure seats are.The massage was amazing, carol kept asking if the pressure was fine.Worth going for the discounted deal.Staff is friendly and professional.

Found them on Groupon and went for keratin. I was promised Brazilian blow out and the lady insisted that what she’ll use but apparently they used some kind of a CHEAP keratin brand! After one wash my hair is puffy with a lot of creases not to mention the weird strong smell a week after. This wasn’t my first Keratin treatment and is definitely the worst.I am very disappointed with the result and wouldn’t recommend!For the prices had to pay almost 7 times the Groupon price.

I had wonderful experience for my nail art extensions. I love to go there again Ani did a amazing job with smiley face and so calm I really liked her how the way she done her job.

They need a serious upgrade on staff and customer service! Staff don’t know what they’re doing, they openly discriminate between Groupon and regular customers as if its normal to do that. The Filipina receptionist is only bothered about applying her own makeup and doing her hair rather than attending to customers, she’s utterly rude to say the least and has no sense of talking to customers. The other team members are trying their best to be nice but it’s the least they can do working in a place like that.

Horrible experience. Did the brazilian keratin treatment and ended up with destroyed hair. It became orange from the treatment, she was so brutal with the hairbrush that my hair almost fell off and she juggled two customers at the same time. I spent five hours in the chair and wasnt even offered coffee/tea. On top of this, I paid 400 (!!!) dirham extra because my hair was a LITTLE longer than 13 inches. Had to spend the same amount on haircare products to save my damaged hair. So sad and upset.

Neat n clean place. Most staff dont speak English; so communication is a bit of an issue. Went in for keratin treatment n got a burn mark on my forehead as the hairdresser was doing a super fast job. Other than that it was a plesent experience.

Received a disappointing service and subsequent complaint handling is even worse. I had been promised a resolution after internal discussion and its been 18 days havent heard back from them (God knows to what length are they investigating). Have been a regular customer but I am re-thinking now. It seems the owner is in the dark about the skill set of the staff.

I did keratin treatment for my hair and got very good result .my hair was so ruff &had hairfalls but now my hair got new live thanks to SB team it’s been few years I am going to this salon and do only services as mani pedi Moroccan bath and facial and never tried for my hair and I do regert that I did not got services all this years there as hair they are that good and so professional I do recommend this salon sincerely they are so cool there and nice and kind and also friendly

Its really unfortunate that we take voucher and then u say that the service is not doable. Sara was the lady who spoke that voucher is not doable for hair keratin and told me to pay extra 300aed for a hair of 14 ich long only

The full set eyelash extension is VERY BAD. 1 HOUR AFTER THE APPLICATION ONE EYELAS FELL AND AFTER A FEW HOURS 4 EYELASHES FELL. AFTER ONE DAY THE EYELASH EXTENSION WAS GONE AND NOW MY NORMAL EYELASH ARE BACK. the application was very uncomfortable and im never coming back there again. it is a waste of money and it is hard to reach the place without a car. very disappointing experience. the girl who did my lashes didnt even listen or asked to what I wanted to get!

Very bad experience with eyelashe extention I have been doing it 3 years this is the first salon that i experienced a very bad cheap quality that burns my eyes and I went to hospital to end up with eye infection I dont advise my enemy to go there and burn ur eyes and need training about applying the one by one hair extensio cuz it last half day exactly.

Turia has been cutting my hair for over 4 years when I first started going to her, I would ask her to cut my hair a certain way. If its something that wont be fun for me, shell tell me what kind of cut is best. She now has complete control over my hair. I trust her so much that she doesnt even tell me how shes going to cut my hair. I just started and was not disappointed. She knows what new cuts and what colors will work for me. I have referred many people to her place at sheira beauty salon and they are just as happy with Turia as I am. Its like having a friend for life.
