The place was relaxing and amazing!!! For a salon located in Rigga the place should be rated as “A “ for awesomeness, not the same as other salons in Rigga where comfortability and cleanliness is at top priority. I did gelish mani pedi for only 99aed with Roksana and I’m telling you she’s the best! Did my nails meticulously, even ask me for an option if I’m comfortable with the machine for nail removal, otherwise she’ll do it manually. Very professional, and she gives very nice massages. I went there for facial and haircut. Ms. Renuka did my facial which was extremely satisfying and relaxing with good massage. And Ms. Pasaang did my haircut which was very good and suited me very well. Both were very polite and friendly. Highly recommended !

This is my first time coming to the salon and I they were very professional. Yogini and thuy did my manicure and pedicure and i was satisfied with their service and kindness. hien did my lash extension she was also very friendly and let me play my favourite songs. Fir sure i will come back again and ❤

On December 22nd, I made the decision to visit the salon for a standard manicure and pedicure. During the session, the manicurist utilized a nail drill to remove my existing gel polish, resulting in an unintended consequence of excessive thinning of my nails. This has caused discomfort and heightened sensitivity in my nails since my visit to the salon.Regrettably, due to this unpleasant experience, I have chosen not to return for any further services at this salon.

One of my favorite salon in Dubai.. I’ve become Mirrors’s fan since last year. Their services always satisfying, their staffs are friendly and nice, the salon always clean. They understand the needs of every customers are different and they have done their best to meet our expectations. Definitely comes back

It was my first time in this salon. Staff are friendly and professional. Im very happy with the service I have received from the staff especially to Marilou and Yen.If you are using a voucher, better come around 10am to 2pm so you can be prioritized as they are still not busy at those times. Overall, I love this salon and will definitely go back. :)

To be fair, the staff who did the service was nice. However, the next morning, I noticed the hair color was not properly done so I sent a message with photo to their WhatsApp, did a few follow ups with the customer service and the last response was I will check - oh well 3 days after they are still checking. 🤷‍♀️ will never come back.

I was a regular customer since opening of the salon. Today, it was a very BAD experience. I had my nail extensions on Thursday and i complain about the polish (cracked) and length of the nails. They told me to come in salon (Saturday) and they will make a redo , but wen i reach to salon they said they can just change the polish. They are giving fake promises! Not recommend this salon! Also for removing the gel polish they are asking for some amount which should be free as i did it in the same salon. Wasted time and money.

Excelent and professionl servicr, I went for gelish mani and pedi and I love the quality of the polish and the service from the staff, specially Jennifer the lady from the Philipines, she shaped my nails better than expected. For sure I will go back.

I visited the salon on 26Jan 2024. After having all my services done such as root colour, facial, and classic mani & pedi - I was really happy with the services and the staff. I even left a good review for the salon.But unfortunately, by the evening, I noticed that my scalp started to itch, and it continued all weekend. I advised the salon, and they said they would look into it, but unfortunately, they never came back to me. I contacted them again two days later, and all they could say was that they had never had any comment like this before!I have been colouring my hair for years, and its the first time I personally have experienced an itchy scalp like this, so I know I am not making it!The hairdresser who did my hair - either left the colour in too long or did not wash out the colour properly. Whichever it was, the salon did not respond to me until I contacted them again, nor did they even bother investigating this! Lastly, there was no compassion or apology from the salon whatsoever.Overall, a very disappointing experience from a service provider who doesnt care about their customers!

Highly recommend this place!! The atmosphere was lovely, and Ms. Chatu who performed the waxing was attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. I was a bit nervous. Luckily, I was treated to a genuinely fabulous experience, which is hard to come by when youre talking about bikini waxing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SALON IN RIGGA!!! I love the place. Its so spacious and CLEAN. And its not crowded at all. The staff are very nice and professional. From the receptionist (Ms. Maria) up to the ones who did my nails. They did it properly and CAREFULLY. I think this is the first time I didnt get hurt from having a manicure and pedicure. Within one week my lashes have been fall down and they took my original lashes. I think the glue was not of good quality. I look so horrible. Moreover the lashes were not fixed equal. In right eye she put more and in left very light. I had a very bad experience here. Next day i came to insia else i would have gone and show what they are doing.

Great service and the staff are lovely.Chatu is quickest eye lash technician I know and does it to last no matter which look and always with a smile.Shubas is on point with her treatments and so pleasant during all her appointments.Heshani is always accommodating, helps with last minute bookings and stays connecte.

Ruksana took extremely good care of me when i went to Mirrors at Al Rigga branch. I did many services such as moroccan bath with hair spa, facial, eyebrow upper lip, etc.. she made me feel comfortable and ensured that i got what i wanted.

I did full color, lowlights, olaplex and a trim with Kris today and she was great. I wanted a specific brown (one that doesn’t look orange) and she managed to pull it off. She even taught me a few tips and tricks on how to maintain the color and style my new look. Thank you! I’ll be back for sure x

DO NOT RISK IT WITH LASH EXTENSIONS. I had an individual eyelash set done with them, and the glue is too strong; my real lashes are falling out with them!!! Ive tried individual lashes many times, and I know its normal to have a few lashes fall out, but the amount I lost is unbelievable. My lashes look so short now 😭😭😭

First time, I came in January to get the hair services. Chris attended me and she is excellent in her work. The technique she used to cover my grey hair with light dye was fabulous 👌. I loved her work so much that I came today again to get the hair dye from her. She is amazing in her work. 😍

I visited yesterday for Moroccan bath and mani pedi. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.Firstly, I had to perform the Moroccan bath by my self which was quite surprising only even not 15 minutes she scraped me.Mani pedi, I found the staff especially Miss Hinn, to be lazy and with a bad attitude.

I have most of the times had a good time at this salon. Id definitely recommend the nails spa, hair cut/style and massages personally although I was slightly disappointed with the way my appointment was managed today.My appointment was booked by giving them reference of an ongoing offer although I was charged the full price of a haircut.Turns out I was supposed to mention that at the reception again because seems like the one managing appointments do not put that as a note in their system.While I take this as a learning for myself, Id recommend to mention this explicitly while paying.

I had hydra facial done here, after just a few weeks my skin started breaking out so badly that even after 7 months the break outs didnt stop, when i had just gotten the facial done, my skin was extremely red even tho i had informed the specialist that i have sensitive skin, she went very hard on my skin, thought it would go away but instead i started getting pimples that left marks, very disappointed

Bought a groupon offer for foot spa with mani pedi for 79dhs. Foot spa meaning they will just add scrub. Everything is so fast nothing relaxing, it’s more like an express service. The scrub finishes in a split second. They don’t even put cream properly.Technically they will just cut your nails. Absolutely not worth it.

Simma did a really good job with my Botox hair treatment! The treatment really helped nourish my hair to make it stronger, fuller and shinier. Would definitely recommend!

Awful experience in this salon & will never recommend it to anyone.The price given to me over the phone was totally different when I came to their salon.Add to that they have asked for extra payment for the removal of the lashes which is too much.Just be careful before coming to this salon & make sure to ask for the price ahead otherwise you will be shocked with their prices.

I did protein treatment, root color and gelish mani pedi here.Firstly do not go by any price mentioned in the website.Secondly during the protein treatment she burned my head when using the straightener. When i told her that she did not even pay attention as she was continuously talking over the phone.Secondly she trimmed my hair which is completely uneven now and is looking like it was done by a 3 year old who cannot hold a scissor. I clearly mentioned that i need my greys colored and nothing else. I hardly have few grey hairs . She did root touch up for my entire head and still i have greys. What the point of the money spent then. If u cannot do something as requested do not suggest something else altogether to just get money.Giving 2 star only considering the pedicure that was done properly.

Totally terrible and unprofessional staff!!!I raised a concern about my gel polish, and the receptionist who was handling the WhatsApp said that gel polish only lasts from 7-10 days when I just had it 6 days ago. The way it was answered was totally unprofessional. Minutes after someone called and apologized about the incident and said that they experience internet interruption (which apparently is not true).They offered to redo and accepted it.Today, I went back to do my nails and once I reached there, the receptionist called the nail technician. So, I showed and asked why did it happen becuase last time it was good.The nail tech said she is willing to redo the specific fingernail. AND IVE BEEN HEARING QUESTIONS ANNOYINGLYMaam, what do you want to do? Like literally more than 5 times I heard it. Seriously?? When I showed 4 fingernails ruined and you will ask the client? I, myself when back thinking that it was already sorted out by the MANAGER.You should train your staff to be professional and should know how to handle decision-making especially in the reception. That is where the first and last impression of a client. No matter how good the service is, if you lack in the frontline you will have more unhappy clients.It also shows that the salons around you is better when the staff said the gel polish only last 7-10 days. Their gel polish can last up to 3 weeks.

For the past 7 years I had consulted different salons in UAE for my hair treatment and I must say for the first time in this 7 years I had the worst experience from your salon. I visited your salon thrice just for the Botox treatment. Second time your staff promised she will make sure the outcome will be perfect but it wasn’t and I had to visit again and do the treatment but the effort was in vain. I’m not okay with a trial and error one more time as I don’t want to damage my hair with your unsatisfied service again so I prefer a fair amount of refund instead of your system generated response!

I did hair protein & hair color & cut one week ago. The stylist Pasang was very professional and kind and talented. I did it 4 times before in other salons but no one was like this. In many high street salons I’ve paid for the location rather than the quality.Here I’ve found satisfactory results, good quality products and very affordable price list.Simma is very knowledgeable and experienced.

I did my normal pedi and gel mani at the newly opened Mirrors branch in IBN Battuta with Bella. She did a great job with both and I feel satisfied with her work. The equipment are highly maintained, areas are sanitised, staffs are extremely cautious of cleanliness and customer service is of high standard. I recommend this branch for all who are looking for a quality service but at the same time budget-friendly salon👌

I booked appointment online to get eyelash extensions and express facial. The receptionist asked me if we can start from eyelashes. I agreed. The beautician came and asked me the same question. When she was doing my lashes, already halfway through, she told me I can’t have a facial for 24h after having my eyelashes done. How am I supposed to know that?Also there was a wrong price for the lashes online. I booked for 99, and they told me the cheapest option is 149aed. In the end they asked me to pay 105aed.I don’t like the effect. She put 5 fake lashes to one of my own, and passed most of them. That gives a very fake look, and just in two days I can see where the clusters fell out because there are huge holes. Also some of the lashes she glued to my eyelids.Definitely not happy with the service.

Wonderful service. I had protein treatment and classic mani and pedi. Noseen and Kris are amazing, very gentle and accommodating on request. The place is not crowded.

The experience was good. I had my nails done. Both Roxana and Noushin were nice and did a great job.

My daughter and I went for the moroccan bath and we loved it. Harsha who did the spa and body scrub for the both of us is so accommodating and nice. We also had our hair done by Chris and our nails done by Van. All of their staff was so professional and we are sure to come back again.

I booked an appointment online at 11 am, I came at the exact time, the receptionist to tell me that there is no staff until 12, I do not understand thewhy is there possibility of booking, and confirming it, if there is not enough staff. And the additions to that the receptionist didnt even bother to apologize, but simply wasnt interested in the slightest. simply a bad experience and a bad receptionist.

I have been going to this salon 2 times a month for my nails, waxing, facial, hair, even prenatal massages I do home service. Sometimes I use coupon sometimes I pay regular price. I love certain employees here who does nails so I always make sure to book an appointment before coming.Today, when I sent them a message a receptionist named Rose, told me I cannot go there because i am using coupon and that I cannot choose my nail technician, she told me that coupon users can only go until 2 PM if its past 2 pm they cannot accept me.This is very rude!!

Me and my mother had come to this saloon I was really nervous because it was my first time but my nail technician Eta had my experience memorable she had really given me the best nails and. I had a great experience today.I went for GK keratin treatment as my previous salon said this is the best brand. However, when I went to mirrors and Roselle who was my consultant saw my hair, she strongly recommended to go for organic protien treatment based on my hair texture. She patiently spent a lot of time and put a lot of effort so that it lasts for long time. Thanks again for such a lovely experience.

Lots of potential but waxing therapist needs to wear gloves and the manicurist wasnt very efficient; she was very rushed; hurt me a few times and left nail polish on my fingers under my nails.The pedicurist was at least good and she wore gloves

I come to this saloon only to do Hair Botox with the staff name Pasang ❤️She is Amazing, so professional and she knows what she is gonna to do.My hair after the botoslx treatment is much better and more healthier, less hairfall.This is my third or four time to do the hair Botox with my lovely lady Pasang 🌹Me and my sisters are always with her to do the hair Botox.Mani and Pedi unfortunately they are always choosing a new staff/non-professional to practicing on me!!I really got upset! The owner, receptionists and the manager are listening to my comments but no effect or even Compensation!!I wish all the best to Pasang and Thank you so much ❤️

Dis salon don’t even deserve 1 star , I went there for hair extensions nd the team thereself don’t know d extension they r fixing is suitable for hairs or not . For the straight hair they fix extensions which is curly nd upon asking Thm to remove nd refund thy r saying we cannot refund full amount on the name of labour cost they charge me 1000 dhs nd refunded me jst 2300 while I paid 3500. They know how to bring money out of customers pocket bt thy dun ve acceptance to refund on their mistake . One of their staff called Maria is d senior bt she doesn’t have manners to speak to client . I will never recommend anyone. Their team cheats owner doesn’t know how to handle staff even when whole s merino happened in front of her eyes. Literally worst salon

I went there for acrylic nail polish. The lady didn’t even clean my nails. She just trimmed it, thats it. It’s not good as there are a lot of unpublished parts on the side. The lady who did my Pedi cleaned it okay, but she was in a rush and put my foot on my sandal right away, and of course, it got ruined. Then she complained in the Filipino language as she thought I was not Filipino. I will never go there again

Went to this salon for a botox treatment and expressed multiple times that i only wanted to reduce my frizz and not straighten my hair as i have curly hair. I left in tears as i knew post washing that the treatment done on me was not what i requested. Consulted with other salons who confirmed the treatment was performed incorrectly and that my hair was straightened. I had requested for a refund of my services but instead was told on the phone that i consented and that is it and offered to compensate with deep conditioning. After my experience i will never visit this salon again. Complaint has been raised against the damage to my hair. Do not recommend!!

I use home services from Mirrors salon.Most of the staff are well experienced and do a great job! They have all the necessary products with them.However the driver is never punctual, always late. Sometimes 30 minutes late.And would like salon to reconfirm the timings, requested services and number of technicians to be sent to avoid confusion.Thank you.I’d recommend this place for home services .Use Groupon for better prices.

Great experience being a first time costumer. Kudos to Mel for bringing life back to my dry, damaged hair. She did both balayage with protein treatment and the result was beautiful! I am just delighted. The staff are nice and so was the ambiance. Will certainly come back to try more services!

I used to do my hair botox treatment since 3 years at Mirrors rigga branch, once every 4 months, the result was gorgrous and long lasting. The last 2 times i did was disappointing, its not lasting even a month which is a waste of money and time. Seems the product been used is not original, so not doing what it should do. When i called after a month to complain they replied that if i had a problem i should contact them in a week or so, which is weird. But i went for a touch up and they made me pay again. I went again in July, I though will give it a try once more, but the result of the hair botox again was awful. Finally, Never Again!! Plenty of salons in the country with same price but better service and willing to do the touch up for free as it is their mistake!!

0/10. Not recommended at all. The Filipino lady at the reception is horribly rude. She miscommunicated the price for nails on WhatsApp and once I had reached the salon, she increased it by 50 aed. She only agreed to it once I showed her the messages she had sent me herself. Even though the fault was hers and she apologised (after I created a fuss), I was forced to pay the whole price. Gelish nail colors also have extremely limited variety. Just not worth it.Otherwise Infested with bugs. Incorrect prices. Stinky place inside. Very shady. Extremely mediocre and not worth the price. The only thing the salon is surviving on is their nail technician probably.

Nice and clean salon however if you plan to use an online voucher get ready to wait long as they get busy and refuse to accept bookings for those holding vouchers.Paid extra for foot spa which was not done well at all. The salon next to my house does it way better for half the price.No variety for gelish colours, lots or red and no nude or trendy colours available..

Lucis rekaxing massage and Jennifers Moroccan bath were really good in their job. Enjoyed a lot Lucis massage. She did it so well. And the offer price was excellent.

Worst of the worst salons everrrr, my sister came home crying from the miserable attitude and the worst hair oil massage.So basically the girl doing the hair massage talks soo much nonsense and while massaging it was painful like hell when she massages after that my sister touched her hair after the wash she found a big bulky hair in the back of her head, and is impossible to be combed. My sister went mad and they were like madam this is because of the hair fall, ignoring the fact that the massage girl was unprofessional with no experience in what she was doing with so much talk amd zero work.I will not only write this here. I will write this everywhere because you are the worst saloon that have ever existed .

The place is clean as well as the equipments. Good ambience as well. But the staffs dont know the prices of your services, you dont have the list of services or even the brochure. I did mani and pedi but my nails are not properly cut.. Even the skin sorrounding my nails was not removed properly. The staffs seems like not organized who will do your services. Hope you can properly train your staffs. There are a lot of salons in Rigga and your salon should be competitive enough. Very disappointed with the service.

They used to be my go to saloon, but I guess theyre quality has dropped and only the prices have risen. My protein treatment is not as effective as it used to be and my lowlights arent even visible. The manicure came off itself in just a day while I was tying my hair. Not happy, need to look for a new saloon now.

I have been an avid fan of this salon for the couple of years. I have been doing my monthly service in Muraqqabat branch which I didnt experience the same treatment we are getting in Rigga branch(very rude). I have been bitting my tongue and prolonging my patience every time Im dealing with the very un professional manners of either the one in reception or the manager. Its either they are always very rude esp when you are holding a Groupon, to begin with why would you be advertising it in that website if you cant maintain the same services you are giving! Every time you got an inquiry its either they read it or leave it like that. I have been very patient on how unprofessional your managers are but this has to come to an end and make a solution about this matter. I had raised it many times but still they are dealing with us with no difference. The reason I keep on coming back is not because of the promotion it is because you are giving a great service and I really like Chatue. Since the past 1 year I am a loyal customer of this Salon to have their wax, pedicure service etc,Ambiance is so nice, and place is really comfortable. I met ate Jonalyn in their branch in muraqqabat and she is very professional and good , she know what she is doing. But then she got transferred in Al rigga branch so I followed her as I am comfortable with her especially for my bikini wax. I am disappointed today when I called for appointment and they told me that she got transferred in IBN Batuta branch. This is really unfair and frustrating as well.. Transferring staffs whenever you feel is not the right decision I believe. Hoping for your prompt reply .

Horrible experience. Waited all morning at my house for the service. Very unprofessional, very arrogant WhatsApp host making it clear that I am a poor person that can not afford the service for eyelash extention. Online the booking is 315AED and they informed me after I asked where they are, that it will cost 1000AED. They also never send a message that they will be late. I had to reach out and ask where they are. Just for eyelash extensions the price change 1000AED when I spoke to her. Will not use their services again as they have no customers care, Profesionalism or class. Very bad experience 😕

I went in al-rigga branch of mirrors salon. I had a cobone voucher that included hot oil treatment, hair cut and blow dry.I went in there on Friday, the receptionist wasn’t there but the person there booked my appointment for Wednesday and she knew about the voucher.But when i went on Wednesday the receptionist was not welcoming at all. She told me they are not accepting any voucher till eid but still they will do it. And she was questioning me about the person who booked my appointment rather she should have asked her staff as this was not my headache.But the person who did my work was amazing! She really did everything the way i wanted.So the stars are for the person who did my work only.

I was really nice doing massage with koko from Vietnam while 5months pregnant. Much appreciated and before I did not know that pregnant woman can do back massage but she took through and it has been good experience with her.

I asked the Nepali lady to color my hair, she messed up the entire hair and at the top of it, she keeps justifying what she did wrong.Bad hair service ever.. if you want to make your hair done then don’t go to this salon.. it is a waste of money, time and in the end you will only get disappointments. The owner needs to give the staff a proper knowledge and training Specially in hair services!!!

The salon service is really bad, they cannot do anything for you.. they sold me a promotion they didnt do. The receptionists treated me really bad, i asked for wifi password they didnt provide, i wanted to do a massage for the package i paid they charged me more money... its simple they just want your money. I also bring my friend with me and everything she wanted do to in the nails they charge more and more. Terrible! Never will come back again.

The reception ladies are very poor at customer services, they dont even know how to behave and they had no clue about the online offers & prices on the site.i chose manicure and pedicure service but it went like disaster,my cuticle were cut and bled by two Philippine ladies. The worst hair dresser ever. after reading the reviews and checking their website I was convinced that it is a professional hairdresser. But my result are the worst anyone can have.I went for hair colouring and a hair cut ( V shape at the end and to be trimmed up to my shoulders ) I end up with two colours light roots dark ends and to fix the problem they had to wash and die the hair 3 times my scalp is burning now, and my hair is trimmed too short ( above my shoulders) not what I asked for. With my hairdresser this job would take 2 to 2.5 hours, today I walked to this salon at 10:40 I left at 15:16. Waste of time wast of hair I look rubbish. Simply not professional hair dresser don’t go to it, it’s a scam.

But this time when I went for a haircut, they said the prices have increased and charged a whopping 157 AED (which was previously 75 AED). Dissapointed...My sister called 2 days ago for an appointment for my eyelashes lifting and a package of mani pedi and footspa for her.Mayura ask me to wait for 5 to 10 minutes as she needs to send the driver to the other branch to get the things needed for my eyelashes lifting. Ive waited for 30 minutes and went back to the reception area asking for any update.. I told her Im waiting for 30 minutes now and what is the update, and the answer that I got is... What 30 minutes madam??? My appointment is at 2pm and I asked her at exactly 2:33pm. So I guess that is even more than 30 minutes. The driver arrived just right after I asked her.We customers called for an appointment as we do not want to wait for that long if all the staffs are booked. Your staffs time is precious same as ours.
