Got manicure and pedicure, and paid extra for scrubbing and massage. for the manicure they just did cuticles and nothing else and said this is the only procedure we do for manicure. even for pedicure their just soaked the feet in warm water and did cuticle no other steps were involved. had the worst manicure of my life.

Honestly such a lovely beauty salon. Super friendly staff working there, from the first phone call until the moment you leave, the service was perfect. I came here for a budget friendly quick haircut and will be a returning customer. It was very busy, that’s always a good sign. Looking forward to try different services here.

However, the salon has since introduced new treatments, and I’m thrilled with the results. Marcy did an outstanding job, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. The staff were always friendly, but thanks to Marcy ’s expertise, I can now confidently recommend this place for quality hair care.

During my waiting time, they offered me the best peach tea I ever tasted. As my turn came up, they did my Manicure, Pedicure & Feet Reflexology. Then they did my Haircut fresh & new. I will put 5 stars because the staff is amazing and because they are pro for manicure. but honestly for the eyelash lifting I didn’t appreciate that she is not wearing gloves during the session and that she push my lashes with her fingers… I had eyelash lifting before and it’s the first time I experience this. However she was nice.

Booked 2 Gellish pedicure appointments for myself and mum so we could get done at the same time. Once my existing polish was removed, the receptionist interrupted and asked to borrow the technician for 5 mins for another customer, as the technician with the other customer couldnt follow through. 20 minutes passed! I then politely informed the receptionist that I will no longer want to continue the service, apologised and would happily pay for the gel removal.Turns out, the receptionist is the owners daughterThe owner came up to me and gave me a speech about my overall attitude, attitude towards her daughter , and was outrightly rude.So yes, overall great experience and would definitely recommend this place 👌Just be sure to not say anything to the owners daughter 🙃

Bad service.There was a delay of 1 hour to start with my manicure. The receptionist was offensive and rude instead of apologizing for the delay.Their manicure and pedicure are not that great as well

I have done my Gelish manicure with them on the 17th Sep its started peeling off on the 26th Sep (less than 10 days)… when I called them on the 29th Sep to check the staff told me they only Guarantee 2 weeks for their Gelish Manicure but in my case it didnt even last for 2 weeks and not the first time … I am extremely disappointing with their quality for the price range… honestly there are better quality & lasting Gel Manicures available on Jumeirah road.
