Been visiting them for years now..and seen a tremendous improvement on my recent visit.Their hospitality is quite commendable. I prefer waxing services mostly but my facial experience with Sumaira was fantastic. The massage was very soothing and relaxing. I also got a pedicure that too was very well done.The staff is really comfortable to talk to and light hearted people.My only suggestion would be to improve on the ambience of the salon and hair cut services.Thank you so much.

I had an incredible experience when I visited this salon. The entire staff were professional and attentive. They have excellent packages, even customised one according to my needs and gave me a good deal.. Highly recommend this salon for every beauty need as the quality of services is amazing.I got my hair colored ,from virgin hair and my experience was great. I wanted to use bleach on my hair but the hair stylist pushed me not to and I am so glad she did. My hair looks great and we achieved the perfect colour Hear without bleach.Shine & glow is the perfect spot for your hair transformations .

Have been going to Shine n glow since long for my hair packages(kanishka is super good)n rest of beauty treatments always have been impressed by all services, but today was specially Happy as the new nail technician they have got Mafel on board is too good with her work...extremely happy and satisfied with the nail work she did for me!!Big thumbs up 👍

Ive been visiting this salon for the past two years and never had an issue with any of their services. However, on July 15th, I went in for threading and a facial right before my vacation. The facial caused a severe allergic reaction, resulting in 15 days of intensive medication. It looked and felt like a second-degree burn due to the harsh chemicals used( for which i have evidence as well in form of photographs). My vacation was ruined because of this treatment. Before you get any face related treatment done, please make sure to check the products being applied to your face and read the ingredients carefully. Dont rely on the beauticians, as some of them are clueless about the best procedures and products for your skin. Personally, I am never going to visit this salon again for any facial treatment, as my trust is lost.EDIT: I have been visiting your salon for the past two years and have had no complaints until this incident. The staff who previously worked with you were very professional. However, the new staff member who performed my facial seemed unfamiliar with the procedure. Despite providing clear instructions that I needed a FRUIT facial where at all the places I have visited only fresh fruits are used if you are unaware, she did not adhere to these instructions. If only you would have delivered whats promised in your brochure such an incident would have been avoided.I advise avoiding places where customers might be misled.

I was visiting today salon Shine and glow for waxing and pedicure. The waxing is done good, but pedicure its nightmares of women. The girl who was doing for me pedicure named Marian and she was just leaving me on the middle of everything and go. She doesn’t do anything properly and hurt me so much. My nails not done well at all. No creams on my feet no scab nothing at all. I was asking to she comes back and continues on my feet. I’m very disappointed about service .

Just been to Shine n Glow . The staffs are so good and warm. Especially Shabana , she did my facial and threading today . It was so good ,got refreshed . Both my daughters got their hair spas done by Amara and Sumera. They were very generous and did their jobs well. So we three look forward to coming back here.

Dear Admin, a reply to your reply yesterday on my review....1. To say your staff was emotionally disturbed and not treated well is a cheap way to escape from the blame of your bad service. I have CCTV at my home. Business needs well trained staff as the client pay well. This time staff was not at all well trained. So stop unduly taking her side. Accept the truth, dont try to justify wrong things and try to improve your service so others will not suffer.2. I asked only the services which u hv mentioned in your brochure, sent to me by you only, my WhatsApp messages are self explanatory, if needed I can publish them also here as an attachment.3. Your staff took too much time to set up, untrained, non confident and carried out long time for only half face wax, that too with many cuts burns on my face, itself explanatory. Mere wastage of my precious time, which was already booked for other works which I couldnt do on that day.4. Whenever there was good service by you, I appreciated. So if this time I am giving 1 star for your bad service, dont get offended, it is given because the plastic like wax material (i dont know how DHA approved it) u used for my face waxing, misguiding me for good quality Brazilian wax, literally peeled off my skin and after 2 days I left with scars n black spots, which are there still now, during the auspicious Diwali festival, which made me too much disappointed and to put my review here, so that other people should know the truth.Hope improvements from you for others. I never gave such review to any of the salon till now, as they all provided me reasonably good services.5. I myself stopped your salon services long back due to before also some times not good service. But you kept on sending me whatsapp messages for your services, (actually for your business and profit), so I thought management must have changed or improved the staff, so I gave you chance once again, but again u disappointed me. You sent the home service staff for your business and to get money. I asked her for pay machine to pay for your service (I pay with card always), she did not come along with, so I asked her to get anyone from the salon in the evening to pay, she said other staff who would come on next day would bring the machine to pay, next day I asked for the staff to u, you directly said no staff would b sent, without even taking any of my concern about what had happened, unduly justify wrong things of your staff and unduly favouring her/them. Which will not be accepted by any of the client as we all pay you good money decided by u. Now also I would pay for that days half face wax if you get machine at my home to pay as it was a home service.6. I hv seen multiple single star reviews given to u here, anyone can check that abd understand that this is not the 1st time u gave bad service.7. I already blocked you on the same day evening after giving my this review on whatsapp and asked you not to call me or send any promo messages. So there is no chance to entertain you anymore.Hope you will improve with this.Regards.

Regarding Yogita.Very professional her wirk facial waxing eyebrows are always excellent upto my liking. She herself is pleasant fast and clean. Yogi is an asset to any place she works at.

This is one of the “ BEST” Parlour in the Quasis/Nahda area currently being managed by the owner Pooja Shah who is very welcoming and knows how to take care of her clients. I have been visiting this parlour for the last 10 years and the girls Sumaira, Yogita, Gina and Kanishka are the excellent service providers. Best part of this parlour is provides amazing packages, hygiene and excellent service. Never thought of visiting any other parlour in these years.

ShineNglow salon, although relatively new in the area, is run and owned by ladies with lot of experience. The owner and the stylists are very professional and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. A good place to pamper yourself with such reasonable packages. They have an excellent hair stylist and an amazing nail specialist.Will definitely be going back to avail their deals and discounts.

My time in shinenglow salon the two times I went there so far was amazing. The first time I had done an amazing herbal facial which made me feel so fresh and relaxed. Second time I got the perfect henna done that started and ended right on time. The best part of this salon is the experienced staff which gives you amazing recommendations. My very 1st experience & it was so relaxing and amazing! I had tried 4 services – Diamond facial, Pedicure spa, hair spa & full body massage. The most relaxing body massage I ever got.Staff is very friendly and is attentive to all your needs. From beginning to end, it was the same energy level. Spent more than 4 hours and totally loved getting pampered.The rates are reasonable, parlour is clean and well managed with economical packages. But not very happy with the saloon location which is at Al Nahda 1 as there is no metro nearby. You have to commute by Metro & RTA bus for people with no car.Nevertheless, it was truly an experience to remember. Highly recommended!!🥰

I have been a regular customer since the last 4-5 years mainly to do my hair services with their head stylist Gina. Cannot recommend her work enough, I don’t feel comfortable with anybody else doing my hair. Completely recommend the salon as well it’s a clean cozy setup.

Visited this place for the first time ,if only I could rate this salon 10 stars instead of 5 starsthe most challenging part for me was to look for a place where the hair stylish would be enough experienced to  help me achieve  the desired hair color I was looking for without using any bleach.Thanks to Pooja whos the owner of the salon,she immediately understood, what I was looking for and advised me a  proper treatment plan along with hair color that would protect and not damage my hair.Gina the hair stylish did Magic with my hair, Im so glad I  achieved the desired hair color without any bleach. Very nice servics especially waxing. The olive wax they use really help with hair growth. I have been going for waxing for 6 months continuously. The employee Sumeira is really professional and performs waxing in a pain-free way. Though the salon is at the expensive side- it is totally worth the experience! Really recommend it!

My experience in the salon yesterday after the COVID-19 lockdown was AMAZING! I felt really safe and comfortable that the social distancing rules were followed and carried out well. You could see it was a well thought out process. I would 100% recommend booking an appointment if you haven’t already!

Have been to many salons in Dubai and “Shine and Glow” is the best without a doubt. The place is very clean and welcoming. They have reasonable packages with regular promotion offers. Extremely courteous staff who are expert in their fields. Nothing like a relaxing massage and facial by Yogita after a hard day at work. Mai is undoubtably the best nail artist in town.. I will not hesitate to suggest it to anyone who is looking for best services and value for their money.

Went to do my keratin and they offered a good deal for both keratin + hair color somethinf I could not refuse.. but it was the worst experience ever. I did it once, had to go back 2 weeks later to rectify the color and keratine and the lock down happen... my hair is at its worst.m so much of hair fall and also so rough. Gueaa cheap products were used, very unprofessional. Never going back there ever

Worst salon Ever in UAE for a Full body massage, I booked 3 services from cobone paid already and that’s why no option to avoid this salon , The massage and relaxation room were stinking and the clothes they gave to wear during the session stinked like hell !!And that clothe was also something looked like from 18 century, very unhygienic place in this pandemic situation.Normally we expect a full body massage as a relaxation method and this stinking was actually making me more suffocating and stressful .The rooms look like old age rooms with no candles or atleast a good relaxation music . Don’t recommend for services like massageService is good but the place is very unhygienic.* Spa manicure pedicure was great .* Gold Facial also was very good .

I visited there today it was my first time here and I was amazed, their services and staff was really good, I do my waxing, eyebrows and uperlip and it was rally good experience specially Farzana and shabana did my work these guys are amazing and doing good job will visit soon.. 😍😍

I would not recommend this salon for eyebrows, the lady messed my eyebrows, one is at 6th floor and other eyebrow is in the 7th floor. I dont want to comment more on it. Im really upset.Pedicure menicure, the girl maai is outstanding sweet and kind girl, her pedi meni is outstanding.Personally I would not recommend this salon and may not visit again.

Excellent and Quality service...I did my Facial from Shabana and she did it with utmost dedication.Her hands did magic on my face and also it was very relaxing.The glow on my face was very evident.Thank you Shabana for such an amazing service.Highly recommended.😊😍

The salon is on expensive side. But the services are amazing. The staff is courteous. They are professional and focused. They honor the bookings and timings. If you want good quality service this is the place to go.

Took a deluxe package. The spa mani padi was done only up to the ankle. No feet massage. Hair trim was done without spraying water. Just snipped.. Overall felt I should have taken individual items instead of package. Mabe they would have done a better job.

Worst worst worst not at all professional, this is my 2nd time to this salon and I have to face same problem and they dont even care,I took 2 service I took appointment I finish my first service and they ask me to wait for 1 and half hour to do my second service, this same thing happened to me when I visited this place very first timeThey dont even care to inform me that I have to wait for this long.Not recommend at all, they are clearly cheater and froud and selfish.
