Shines beauty salon

So I came down to this salon just below our apartment to check how much they can charge to cut til the roots my grey hair and do some hair trimming. These two people at the Reception, one I believe the Hairstylist as she was wearing an apron looking at me with those judgmental look at her face, cold rude face and not welcoming and one Reception who refuses to do and insist to color my grey hair instead. Considering I just grown my hair back right after chemo, chemicals to my hair is a no no.Just because I am wearing my pyjamas and not bringing in my Chanels, Hermes, Yves St Lauren etc, doesn’t mean I can’t afford to get my hair done. I am a Landlord here living in the same building, we are not tenants. But the aura I received from these two girls are flat out rude and judgmental.PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WEARING REAL BRANDED THINGS AND LOOKING RICH. OTHERWISE, THEY WILL NEVER TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT. Doesn’t even deserve to get a one star - but no choice as review has no “zero star” option.I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. PERIOD.

Today I had a fantastic time at Shines. I got there by car, and they provided me with perfect instructions for the underground parking nearby, which by the way was free of charge. Then I got a haircut from the master Ruslan. He was professional, attentive, and skilled, giving me exactly the style I wanted. In fact, I came to correct the disastrous haircut that I got somewhere else 2 weeks ago, and Ruslan managed to transform my hair without cutting too much. I definitely recommend Shines for anyone looking for excellent service. I also highly recommend Ruslan for anyone looking for a great haircut experience.

An excellent salon with pleasant administrators and good specialists. Today I visited the salon again, but this was my first time to see a stylist. I really liked Bogdans work. Fast, clear and most importantly high quality.

+ Beautiful interior+ High-quality work by the master (I had a manicure and pedicure done by Olga - neat and the girl herself was pleasant).+ Pedicures are done in a separate room and the chair for it is comfortable+ Tea/coffee and sweets as a complement- For some reason, the administrator decided that I was a “sent Cossack”, which was indirectly made clear to me throughout the entire procedure. It’s impossible to relax when they look at you strangely and come into your office several times! When the payment was made, they still tried to convince me that I still work in the beauty industry 😂. Guys, come on, if you treat all people “from the street” like this, you won’t have enough nerves. I didn’t lower the rating, but it greatly spoiled the impression.

Excellent salon, I had a lengthening bob cut from hairdresser Natalya. A very pleasant hairdresser, she listened to all my requests and cut the hair just perfectly. The salon is new, beautiful, lots of space. Ill go get another manicure. I recommend it.
