My name is Poonam, I have given a review once before but I want to give a new review for a new service. There will be no second review from my account, so I am giving the review from my husbands account.I took keratin and highlights service from Shobha Salon. Shobha Didi (owner of the salon) fulfilled my expectations every time. As many times as I have done keratin or highlights till today, no other salon in Dubai has given such results as Shobha beauty salon has given. Shobha Didi is very particular in her work. My first time experience is very good. The staff all good behavior and Shobha owner is also good. I recommend everyone to do visit her salon! A big thank you to Shobha di of shobha beauty salon.She really is an artist, its been 10+ years I m going there for my parlour services.I have always received proper guidance from her in everything.Her products are also amazing.This time also she helped me rectify my hair and made it perfect, I had msgd her do many times but she is so patient with me.. and the final hair what she did was amazingEven my daughter does her nails and extensions and loves them a lot .Thanks a lotLots of love ❤️ 😍 💖Vrunda

Shobha beauty saloon is one of the best saloon of bur dubai with affordable prices, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, i read the earlier comments which is totaly wrong, i have been going to this saloon for 7 years, i dont feel that the owner of the saloon is rude, she is strict about her work. She has always supported me with the timing and service and this is not only with me i have seen this with other customers also, so i will recommend shobha beauty saloon to all Ladies..☺️☺️

I have been going to Shobha saloon for almost 10 years now, and I haven’t thought about trying some other place!! Its simply the best!!

I have been visiting the salon since a couple of years ONLY for the fact that prices are pretty reasonable. Their staff keeps changing and in my recent experience at the saloon the owner was extremely rude. She gave me a slot of 11 am and upon my visit she wasnt available. I called her from the salon to check where she is and she mentioned that it will take her another one hour and didnt care if the client is waiting (she said that she cannot come now and cant do anything about it - apparently she didnt read my message properly and no courtesy to apologise. Infact she also asked why am I arguing and that there is nothing she can do about it). No value for clients time thats an unprofessional behaviour.

As good as always been. Its always a good experience with Shobha in terms of services and customer behaviour. Strongly Recomended..

The staff does good job how ever the owner Shobha is sooo rude. She doesn’t know how to speak and treat her customer. I would not recommend anyone to visit her salon ever!!! I have never met this rude person in my life being into customer service she doesn’t have etiquette’s to talk!

Clean hygienic, great value for money, low waiting period, personalized service, very friendly and well trained staff.

I booked the appointment at 7:30 with my frnd and we reached at 7 PM then after 15 min someone came and ask what i want to do and i told my package they started but in between they are busy with the walk in customers as well and all the time concentrating on 2 VIP kind of ladies. They finished my mani/pedi in just 15 to 20 min,( she was not even trained properly) just to attend walk in customers, not properly clean/scrub or massage. i took 60 DH hair spa but once they washed my hair mask they just used hair dryer to dry my hair, no comb or blow dry (It was included on hair spa package). upper lips wax was so harshly done. For all the service it took 3 hours( cause they just leave in between with face/ nail cream) but in totality exact time was not more then hour. I visited there because one of my frind recommend, but i I REGRET.....I hve waste my money and my time. what is the use of booking appointment ..I wont recommend to any of my frnd or relative to go there.

Do not visit this parlour. Very bad services and cheap product used for facial and waxing. Threading is hopeless - all over cut in eyeblows,uperlip and chin.The staff do not listen to the customer and ignores the instructions.
