I did not like my hair and I was treated terribly. They do not care for their customers. Never coming back again!The reply shows how horrible these people are. I am a regular customer, loved my hair before but hated it this time. Introverted people will understand my frustration and I decided to leave it be. To have a cash only service in 2024 is ridiculous. I barely carry my purse because I rarely use my bank card and the one time I do forget it I receive nasty threats and abuse. I try to do the right thing and send a bank transfer not knowing it would take so long. This has been such a horrible experience for me and I am truly appalled. Regular clients clearly do not mean a thing and they are quick to say ‘scammer’. I truly hope no one will experience the service I have received, so disgraceful! Caused such a major inconvenience.Having a cash only service in 2024 is terrible. Usually if I’ve forgotten my card at a shop they would kindly say not to worry and allow me to bank transfer. Here I was threatened and treated with such hostility! Surely a business should have a card option too.No loyalty to regular customers and they think everyone is out to scam. Happy I paid the money because I am not a thief and never will be. God is my witness. I am taking the time out to remove the braids myself. These people are spiteful and unprofessional, we can all tell by the replies to my honest review. This was a blessing in disguise because I won’t be allowing such people to touch my hair and neither should anyone else.
