I went this salon 2-3 times but today my experience is gone wrost .specially the-owner’s behavior is pathetic..no customer service. she is such a ill-mannered woman. dealing her own workers poorly..I would highly recommend not to go unprofessional salon better to go Divas just opposite the silky touch & u will feel the difference.

I visited Silky Touch today for hair colouring. Ms. Saleema, the owner herself, carried out the colouring. She suggest the best options, products and best colour combinations for my hair. She did a marvelous job beyond my imagination and I now I love my hair the most. Need to mention that the staff there were very caring and accommodating. I would strongly recommend to try Silky Touchs services.

Very poor customer service of the existing staff. The staff who were previously working there including Emilia had a lovely personal touch. The new management lacks professionalism, and are exhorbitant. Very rude and biased in their approach. They only cater to Philipinos and Arabs. I’ve been going here since las 7 years and really disappointed now with the service.Sangy

Hightly recommended Bestest saloon in the international city hair protein and cutting is very best.

Horrible place for hair cutting. Showed a picture of the hair style and specifically mentioned not to shorten the length, instead they gave a horrible short haircut.Not recommended atall.

A bit long but I am sure old clients (and new) can relate.I have been going to this salon since 2010 when it was basically new. Service was great then, hence, even I moved to Sharjah in 2018, I still come. Then the pandemic. I moved back to Dubai in 2022 and visited, unfortunately, new staff (not sure if new management) and I really didnt like the service so I stopped coming.2024, I received a WhatsApp message with their packages which are really great so I went and found out it is under new management and new staff were there. They greeted you warmly as soon as you enter which is a nice feeling. However, I think the salon needs a little face lift. You still see the watermarks on the white ceiling, the scraped paint in the pillars, the dirty white panels, the old wallpapers, etc... A new and fresh vibe will be nice if you could, without spending a lot.For the services, here are my remarks:Pedicure and Foot spa - done by Iman and another lady (sorry forgot her name) - both were great, cleaned my nails, massaged and removed dead skin from my feet and placed polish. However, the quality of the nail polish isnt that great. Maybe you can use better brands like OPI or Essie.Facial - done by Iman - she tried her best to remove my blackheads without much pain. I know it is painful but perhaps a longer face steaming will loosen up the skin, making it easier to remove the stubborn blackheads and or whiteheads.Underarm wax - done by Iman - easy peasy, super quick and no painHair wash - done by (I forgot the name, same lady who did pedi footspa with Iman) - I dont know how to say it but I feel like her hands are heavy. It felt like my hair being pulled and hurt a bit when she was handling my hair, so not really an enjoyable experience. Perhaps, be a bit more gentle next time (?).Blow dry - again the same lady, heavy hands. When the hair is wet and tangled, a brush with hard bristles is not the correct tool to use. You need a wide tooth comb to loosen up the hair tangles or a detangler brush with soft bristles. And with the correct conditioner, hair should be easier to comb. My hair conditioner does that.Eyebrow threading - same lady, she removed the growing eyebrows buy llt didnt cutvthe cute babyHair and makeup - done by Iman - the foundation color she used was darker than my skintone. Well, in the evening light it was great but in white light, the color difference is very noticeable between my face and neck/ chest. Good thing my dress has a closed neck and not a low neckline. Good thing that it was an evening party. Everyone told me I looked pretty 😍 Hair was done curly and turned out lovely, thanks to Imans effort.Will I come back to this salon? Yes, I will. Theres always room for improvement and I think they will consider my suggestions and accept my constructive feedback. These sweet ladies deserve a chance 😉
