5 of the extensions are broken the very next day. Expected to be better for the amount they are charging. It is disappointing for pedi medi there is no 4 hand services, only 1 person doing everything for 4+ hours while other staff giggling around.Receptionists dont seem to understand the difference of overlay and full extension even after explaining to her that my nails are overlay. She carry on with the discussion of prices therefore miscommunications happened and technician already chop off my ori nails. After communicate with the technician, it was too late, nails are gone, so i said its ok just continue extension , what to do. I will be fine if the outcome is good but unfortunately nahhh. there is ‘hair/ fur’ on all of the nails, technician cant see it even after i pointing it out numerous times. she said she layered top coat so nothing can be done. Usually nails tech check every single layer and making sure its perfect isnt it? Even the back of the extension is… ( refer to photo)what is wrong with that two holes? technician atey said its ok. Seriously its not ok and customer are force to accept it. fed up as nothing is up to standard , dont wanna waste more time there ,i just pay and leave. For 662.30aed it was a speechless experience. They gave 15% discount for acrylic and 10% discount for the rest of the services. Kindly level up your services to the standard and par with the prices you are charging. Customer will not mind paying more if the services is tip top.

So disappointed!!!!!!!!Note this Salon does not entertain any Pregnant women, as if we are aliens. They treat us and act unprofessionally. Neither talk sense nor accommodate us. No Waxing is allowed, No simple facial is allowed. So we, the pregnant ladies not supposed to pamper ourselves or be hygiene in our pregnant journey?!!. I’m in my 2nd trimester and they don’t have any compassion towards a pregnant lady. So any pregnant lady out there, don’t waste your time and you deserve to be treated better in some other Salon definitely not here.

Simply Beauty Al Nahda has a very welcoming reception. The salon is very neat, clean and organised with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating. They answer your questions with much regard, offering detailed guidance on the services they offer to best suit your needs.The radiance facial was a real treat, leaving my face glowing and most importantly feeling clean and refreshed.Rosie was very pleasant and always checking on my well being. Her warm hands and gentle touch made the experience one that I will surely be returning for.Expect to pay an affordable price for the quality products, services and overall experience offered. This is not the typical quick stop salon.Go here to be pampered and enjoy the experience. A little luxury in the depth of Al Nahda.

My daughter recently had a lovely haircut from SB-Al Nahda 1, Dubai. I did the hair protein treatment as well. Very lovely team, so welcoming specifically the two dazzling ladies at the reception. We were introduced to Mrs. Kishwar. She really did a wonderful job. My daughter was so happy with the new look. Mrs.Kishwar gave beautiful layers to her hair, absolutely stunning than what she could have imagined. Even the protein treatment was done in a way that Kishwer did her job patiently going into details and made sure that she did the best job possible. Special mention to the parlour ambience, the refreshments offered, very cooperative staffs, overall very comfy and refreshing. Thanks to the whole team!

Its my first visit here in Dubai and wanted to pamper myself and my sis in law. We did a pedi spa and I had regular manicure. Both Joan (who did my pedi spa) and Gina (who did my manicure) was excellent and had great customer service. I am definitely going back to try more of their spa services before going back to the US. I went to this salon/spa (Dubai Main) for Moroccan bath and unexpectedly I super liked it. The staffs are very accommodating and the the girl who did the Moroccan bath to me, Kath, is very good in what she is doing. She is meticulous and she do it gently but properly. I went to get my hair done for first time in 3 years and I absolutely loved it. Ladies were very kind and helpful, my hairstylist Keshawar (i think thats how its spelled?) Was very lovely and kind, I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Very bad place. They did the hairwash terrible for me my hair is still not smooth. I asked her to curl my hair but they just curled the end I am not happy with services at all the staff may look nice but the skill is disgustingly bad. Plz do not waste mo ey for haircut here

Really shocked at how bad their customer service has become. I went yesterday, and requested for mani pedi. A staff is sitting and scrolling on her mobile instead of doing my pedi while my mani is being done. I told the mani staff i need my pedicure done now too and the staffs response is are you in a rush? Im 35 weeks pregnant, super uncomfortable already and all the staff showed no interest to work. After my mani pedi, no help given to put my slippers on or to check if nail polish has dried instead they went to sit comofrtably at the reception while i struggled with my big tummy to put my slippers and to get up. You will lose all your customers soon thanks to the attitude of your staff that dont want to work. The manager of the parlor is clearly not managing the staff well. Really dissappointed and never coming back!

My go to salon. It is always immaculately clean & organized with a soothing music in the background. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and professional. Ms Gina is my most favorite person at the salon. Aside from being excellent in providing my regular mani & pedi, she’s very caring and pleasant with her clients. I recommend to visit this salon and try their services.

I have visited more than once and they have always been great in all services, including manicure and haircare. Sheila did amazing for my gel manicure and took care of all the details very well. Highly recommend!

I have been doing my gel nails with them for close two years from the time they have started. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience. My usual lady Gina wasn’t there. I guess this lady is a training she applied and the next day it chipped. I went again they tried to fix it. And by the same night it’s again chipped. When I went the third time they aren’t ready to apply again by removing it completely or give a refund. They just put the clear base on. Which looks ugly.This service wasn’t cheap at all I paid AED 205 for manicure gel and pedicure normal which they ruined the shape and application. I would never recommend their services.

Just had a very relaxing massage with Ms. Joanne at Al Nahda branch. Highly recommended! Best massage i ever had so far 💯 Kudos to the accommodating and welcoming reception too.

Very bad experience. I went for the hair cut of my daughter. There was philipino lady Jennifer claiming herself as owner, manager and hairdresser handled it. She really messed up my daughter hair. After the filthy haircut she refused to set it up and asked additional money for blow drying it. That how they are looting the clients. Despite of their prices are just so exorbitant, their services are customer services are no less than ridiculous.I actually wanted to report this to the actual owner as I am pretty sure she deliberately lied to me stating herself as owner so I couldn’t report this.I really hope if this be seen by the actual owner, he/she should take some serious action on it in order to save salon reputation ahead.Salon not at all recommended 👎🏻

It was my first time at simply beauty and I loved the services, excellent staff, very comfortable space and Joan made me very comfortable while waxing and Maris and kishwar were too good with mani-pedi and hair. Love it. Would visit again. Thank you guys.

Very nice salon! As there are so many beauty salon in Al Nahda i can say this one is the best! The salon itself is nice, big and clean! Lovely staff, always trying to accomodate if need of an appointment. Gina does a great job for nails 💅 and Joane a very good massage 💆🏼‍♀️!Definitely recommend it! 😊

Terrible place disgusting hair cuts cant even do layer cuts its a waste of money. My daughter came out crying due to the bad cut . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

It was terrible experience with hair cutter lady,her names is Jenifer, she is same manager. She doesn’t know how to cut the hair. She cut my mom hair without spraying water, without any style, but we was showing style which one we want.Even after cut, she didn’t clean neck and face, I clean.Same lady did for me gel manicure, and I was requesting French manicure, and she doesn’t know how to apply on nails, I don’t know why salon has this in list for client, they should removed if they don’t have specialist who can do elementary French manicure . But they want money that’s why, even they don’t know, they will do in kachara way, for one time!Now I will look another salon.

Zero knowledge of hair cutting and coloring. I paid 3 times more than usual salons in al nahda dubai area thinking they know what they are doing looking at the prices. But no. Typical dubai salons. You get your haircut wrong ! Hair color all over your skin and nails damaged and they still charge you as if they have done everything perfect. Not recommended at all. Dont waist your time and money for making your hair cut ugly and nails damaged!

Appreciate the service, they listen and understand your need and the end result is totally magical. Highly recommend and must try . Personally I will revisit again.

Unprofessional. Please fire the receptionist, she’s bad at her job. The services weren’t that great and it was too costly. Experienced a bit of hidden discrimination which is unacceptable in any way. Horrendous work my god!

The attitude with the receptionist is very bad.. they are least bothered to talk to talk to us and try to understand what we want.. they charged me more for Moroccan bath which they told there is a whitening pack.... and to be Frank it was the horrible pack not worth the money.... and when I argued with the receptionist.. she was least bothered to make it less for me.. and told me its fixed price.. which was never worth..

Had such a horrible experience at this branch today. The receptionist is rude & asked me to comb my own hair befire they give me a haircut that too in such a weird way.Bickering about how my hair were long & tangled.When i said that leave it, let me go as you guys seem to be too busy ( which they were not at all- all of them just chilling as it was fri afternoon)They cared less to even ask me once to stay.Would not recommend at all😑

Meni Pedi was rushed with no results . OPI Gel color applied in rush and ended up in very poor quality. Peeling off after 4 days in a few fingers.Staff was kind but unprofessional service.

Absolute trash service, they are frauds. They keep changing prices and lie to their own customers. Very racist and unwelcoming to the races that aren’t filipinos and the staff in general look absolutely uninterested and lazy. No warm welcomes neither friendly. Horrible experience, please DO NOT go to this salon. It’s insanely overpriced for the bare minimum.

My wife went to this place as I was taking the kids to Trimmers and when she came out she said that Oh Lord they are expensive! as she paid 33 AED for eyebrows and upplerlip threading not that the thread was smooth as it did hurt a bit just like other saloons.

Had a great experience. Frances did a great job with my hairstyle and color of my hair. Warm hospitality and clean salon.

The price its to much expansive. He dont have package services with choice, the other salons in the area are much cheaper and offer a wide choice of packages. I dont come-back.
