The service, clearances is perfect problem is keep shifting the stuff between branches which make the customers think twice to come back to the saloon.please take it seriously

My first time at simply beauty in al Nahda , a usual hair wash In the locality is around AED 25-30, I was charged AED 53 which was ok however the service was extremely lousy right from the customer service to the hair drying.My hair was literally wet , not properly combed, when i asked Juliet who was doing the service why it’s nots dry she said I will be charged extra for blow dry.I hope people know what’s the diff between blow dry and normal dry.Totally disappointed for a first timer.
