Simply Beauty Salon - Nad Al Hamar

1 star for the cleanliness of this beautiful salon and the friendly and polite staff.Requested a wash and blow dry for my thick long hair and specifically asked for the ends to be curled in.The blow dry was so bad it made my hair look and feel like straw! Instead ofa salon quality blow dry I was left with flat and dry hair that looked like it was over-ironed by a novice.Despite knowing that I was dissatisfied, no questions were asked nor any attempts to rectify. The staff with a big smile went on to charge me Dhs 160 for this terrible job.Perhaps the staff could be trained on a bit of damage control if they wanted their first time customers to come back. I definitely will not be visiting again.

Horrible service the result is low, and they gave you different prices before you start, and ask for extra later unprofessional team.And she destroyed my nails plus during the process, it was painful like she never did nails before.Over all never again.

I took a haircut from this salon which charged me 150 AED. I liked the staff and their way of handling their customers was very impressive.

As a first timer it was a good experience for me to do the hair protein treatment in Nad Al Hamar branch.. Staffs were so professional and helpful. Special thanks to the staff Ms.Celina who did the treatment for me. She was so dedicated, sincere and skilful. Also Ms.Yulle, the reception staff was amazing in her hospitality. The salon is so clean and tidy. I Wish to visit this branch in future too.Thank you so much 🙏🏻

If you want to get your hair butchered you should go to this salon. They have terrible service and cut my hair unevenly. After I complained and spoke to the manager who barely spoke English they “fixed” it. On top of that I was told that I need to pay the full amount for the services. I have never had such unprofessional hair service EVER!!

I have been to many salons in Dubai, but I stayed in this salon. the girls are super courting with 5+ clients, especially the hairdresser Mirna, she is just a sorceress. recommend to everyone
