The staff is extremely competent and they will make you feel amazing. They give out the feel that you have gone to a beauty salon. Although the prices could have been a bit lesser , but no worries as it was completely worth it.

I come here WEEKLY to do my hair and every 2 weeks to do my nails m. I’m so disappointed every week the price for blow dry is different. Last week 130 this week 160. She said it’s curly no curling iron was used. I showed her prof that last week I paid 130 she doesn’t care at all. I’m so disappointed by her didn’t explain why the price changes every time and just asked me to pay no explanation. I do the same blow dry every week and every week it’s a different price what is this. I just left the salon there is absolutely no curls just burnt my hair

The services and staff at the salon are super nice and friendly. I love getting my nails done by Devey, she is the best and goes above and beyond to give me perfect nails each time. I highly recommend her and the service at the salon!

Really disappointed by service. I asked many times to make layers thin. All nails have different shape and nail polish left wavy texture. Zero attention to details, they left me with glue and nail varnish all over fingers. They overcharge for really bad job. Manager doesn’t know what’s going on, never seen her even once to check on customers or supervise work stations . Stay away.

I’ve visited this salon twice for my nails. I didn’t like it the first time, but I gave them another chance. Unfortunately, the second time was even worse. I had an overlay with French tips, and it turned out very bad. I had to explain multiple times and even showed photos to the lady doing my nails. She was lovely, but I think the staff need more training on how to do a proper French manicure. I left unhappy because I had plans that night, and the salon was closing anyway.The next day, I returned to inform them that I didn’t like the French nails and requested a change to a regular gel color to match my feet. They told me I would have to pay for this, which I found unnecessary, so I left. Less than two weeks later, my nails started peeling from the base, and two have already come off! Maybe they are using low quality products because I’ve never had overlay nails peel off and this is less than two weeks. I paid over AED 400 for a service I was not happy with.There are over 7 salons in Sobha Hartland, and I’ve never had to write a review like this for any of them. I even went back the next day to try to resolve the issue instead of writing a review, but my nails started peeling shortly after. This is my honest opinion about my experience. I won’t be going back, even though the salon is right next to my building.

I got my hair and lashes done I just wasted my money plus time. They charged me 200 aed for a lash “refill” they put glue in my eye and sent me with a pink eye and rrno difference to my lashes. As for my hair I kept telling the lady don’t put too much heat else my hair will be flat and she said she will do “something in the end” and then nothing. I left with flat hair. This is my experience and I would never return here waste of money

Earlier, i had an issue with the gel nail paint, it started chipping. They were actually very nice, they offered to redo my nails. And Anna did a fab job.

I was excited to be your loyal client for 1 year after that I’ve changed my mind . Rising prices , poor management with booking .not organised . Your receptionist is owful . I’ll make sure to never come back and tell all my sobha community to not go

The blow dry by both Ann and Marife are to die for, they make your hair feel like clouds - feels so soft and lasts for a long time even though my hair is very curly. I got compliments from everyone who saw me that dayI was however disappointed with the nail service a lot; bubbles in the polish change that I paid 30 for and after I left the salon, I was called twice after 9pm and texted on whatsapp while I was out out to pay another 35 for cut and file - and the total for a complete manicure is 70 which is insane (5 dirham difference between that and polish change?)Most huge chains take 40-50 on average for a complete polish change with cut and file and perform much better to be very honestWished I could keep going back for the heavenly blowdries as it’s 5 minutes away from home but I need a place for both nails + hair and found two salons in Sobha that do it for cheaper

It was a very nice experience. The staff are quick. I done my nails gel polish with Dory 💖,The place is beautiful and comfortable, the beautiful reception girl was very kind .I thank them all 💖

This is the best Salon at Sobha Hartland. The quality of the services is exceptional. I had my hair done by Miss Gilda , it was amazing. She is the best for hair services. The reception staff Yule is also very professional and accommodating. Hands down my number 1 choice for any beauty services

It was my first time here and I really love it, the vibes, the customer service and they work so professional, they do they’re job AMAZING AND PERFECT. Of course when I came back here I know the place where I have to be to shine and look gorgeous… my ladies that do my nails was Devi and Janice & and also all the staff

I’ve been visiting the salon as I work in the same neighborhood. The salon staff are very friendly and professional and I’ve been happy with the hair service I usually get with Marphy. However, I recently had a pedicure which was very disappointing as the polish they use is very cheap! I don’t know why we paying so much for a cheap quality like that! I wouldn’t recommend anyone for the mani-pedi service.

My nails hurt 4 days after removing the gel there. It never happened before. And they charged me AED 100 for just a gel removal, without the manicure. Very disappointing. UPD. I went to another salon and they told me my nails were damaged by the machine removal. One star is too much for this place.

Want to recommend Sally for massage. She is the best. Takes all the tension away, I always feel like I was born again after the session.

I have been here several times however this time will definitely be my last! The receptionist informed me of the price of blow dry and threading, then the lady who threaded me this time was this poor old lady wearing thick eye glasses and couldn’t see very well, she was absolutely clueless and cut me up so badly on my eyebrows, I didn’t even get a proper threading! when I left I realized she hasn’t even finished the rest of the chin so I actually had to come back and ask her to finish. On top of this the receptionist asked me for more money saying she made a mistake in the calculation instead of apologizing for the bloody cuts on my eyebrows and now my chin! Zero customer service, very disappointing experience. Please train your staff!

Had a bad experience here, I asked for the new opening discount, they said nails are not included.-And now when I read the other review they gave her a discount.-I asked to change the color of my nails and we agreed on the price. Usually you pay the same price for changing the color which is normal color+ shaping.They decided to increase the price because I asked for shaping, without informing me.And when I told the girl on the cashier she said ok I’ll give you 10% discount :)Also I will give them 0/5 for cleanliness.

I got the pedicure done here. The nail paint they use is cheap ones. Once I washed the leg, the paint color changed. I wouldnt recommend this salon. Im very disappointed. Will never visit them again.

Simplicity is true beauty. Team is skillfull, areas clean, excellent services and very welcoming staff. This has now become my to go salon for my hair, eyelashes and mani-pedi needs. Looking forward to try their other services in the future.

Very bad waxing. I came home and I saw patches of hair , just huge patches of hair on my legs . Unacceptable.The other point it’s very unprofessional atmosphere. People who work there just seating next to you on their phones sound on and loud ,singing, didn’t feel like a professional salon . More like I came to someone’s home.

Very poor service!! Very disappointed after manicure, they cut something in my finger ,so 1 week it’s painful and my finger pouted! It’s unbelievable and unacceptable when you doing beauty services and then suffering from pain !Don’t go to this salon ,I won’t go there and will tell all my friends about this terrible experience!!

I do not recommend this salon. I booked mani pedi because of the opening discounts given but I had a horrible experience.There are many other salons in the neighbourhood so don’t waste your time going to this one.

Ann did my eyebrows so well, great attention to detail and was very gentle. Highly recommend.

I had hair trimming for straight long hair, so it wasnt that hard to do. They cut it unevenly, I dont know where they got such professionals. Very disappointed. I have to wait now for my hair to grow, so I can trim it in a better place.

I am very happy to have chosen this salon, Ann took care of me and the result was even better than I expected. All this for a very reasonable price. I recommend!

A nice hairdresser did my haircut! She carefully washed her hair, combed it and styled it 🙌🏼I was surprised that I was removing a lot of length (I had to cut it off because a lot of hair fell out and it didn’t look nice!) I’m a little sad 🤏 but nothing will grow back!

Two months ago I went to get my nails done here and since then I always go, everyone is super friendly and always available. Two days ago I did the color to the roots, facial and eyebrows. All done with great professionalism.
