Pathetic!! Bad attitude towards customers. Most of the staffs are either in grumpy mood or they talk behind us in their mother tongue. Apart from that they mess up with everything they do. While doing upperlip the staff literally ripped off my skin which i noticed after reaching home. I did feel a burn when she put rose water to cover it up which i didnt notice from there. Eyebrow colouring i specifically told them natural and they overdid it. I looked like a clown for an event. Never going back. Its better to drive to other parlour around qusais than spending high price for poor service and negative energy!!

It was really nice😍Me and my sister came for Swedish massage, full body wax and manicure and pedicure.Pyang was really sweet and her massage was superb, I was really stressed before coming to saloon and now I feel so relaxed. And Jian was also so sweet 😍 every staff here is so niceMe and my sister loved the service.

Charged me 163 for a basic manicure and pedicure which was for 40 mints only.Overall experience pathetic. 120 for a basic pedicure for 5 mints such and cleaning! And 43 for just cleaning nails!!!!Will never go here again and won’t recommend for such services l!

It was quite good Salon..The staff are nice..I had taken the service of my hair and hair specialist Aleena is very good at it.

Contrary to the bad reviews I read, my experience here was fabulous. My stylist Susan did an amazing job with colour and hair cut. She actually listened to me and gave me the colour of my choice. Thanks so much for it! Will keep coming back here!

Unpleasant Visit:My visit to Simply Beauty Salon in Wasl Village, Dubai for eyebrow threading left me in pain and with poorly shaped brows. Despite raising concerns, the technician lacked the skill to correct the issue. Additionally, the receptionist showed no willingness to adjust the bill, despite the salons higher pricing compared to nearby competitors. Save yourself the disappointment and money by avoiding this salon.

I got my eyebrows done, but I asked for just a clean-up. I specifically said not to thin them, but the lady ended up thinning them a lot. They look so uneven now, and its the first time Ive had such a bad experience. The lady was nice, as were the staff, but she was really slow and it hurt when she threaded my eyebrows. I could tell she was new and not very skilled. Another person tried to fix it, but it was too late. My eyebrows dont look great at all.Its such a bummer that they also heat damaged my hair and messed up my curls. They didnt even bother using heat protectant and applied way too much heat just because my hair is curly. Its obvious that theyre only used to working with straight hair. The staff is nice and friendly, but their prices are way too high for the not-so-great services they provide. Hopefully, theyll step up their game and improve in the future! 💇‍♀️

I highly recommend Ms. Rachelda for massage. She did for me back and shoulder massage, shes very good and you can tell shes experienced. Thanks for helping me feel better 😊 Ill definitely go back to her.

Disgusting!!!! Heights of unprofessionalism the lady at the salon had no idea of threading eyebrows she was so harsh she cut my skin near the brows with thread and its left with marks and cuts and I had to tell her to give shape and cut extra hair!!!! What type of people are they hiring!!! Never visiting again!!!! And if want to take care of your skin make sure u search for other salon!

Very very very bad experience. Worst salon in UAE. Unprofessional staffs. They ruined my hair my eyebrows.

Friendly staff. I had no problem communicating with them and they did everything I asked for. I did eyebrow threading, upper lip threading and mani & pedi - quick and neat. Will definitely come again!
